Allow guest users to create transaction rooms in DocuSign
Guest users need the ability to create the transaction rooms in DocuSign. I have teams that have TCs that are set up as guest users because they are unlicensed. They have to log into the agent's account to create the DocuSign room, but the should be able to do that in their own guest account.
