Merge option when matching phone numbers are found
When I add a contact and the primary phone number is found in my data base a pop up should ask if I'd like to merge the contacts. Right now I have to cut and paste info back and forth then delete one

Check Contact Phone Numbers against Do Not Call List
Embed do not call list into command so that it will automatically populate agent's contacts if phone numbers match. Automatically prevent calls to those numbers.

API Endpoint for Retrieving Contacts in KW Command
Currently, there is no official API access or endpoint for retrieving contacts in KW Command, making it difficult to integrate with third-party automation tools like Zapier. Users must rely on workarounds using Google Sheets and Webhooks, which are inefficient and prone to errors.

Buyer Bulletpoints on Contact Page
For active buyers on their contact page, have a number of bulletpoints to the right of the contact info as to what they are looking for (vacant lot, under $60k etc) so that it doesn't have to be written in a note or scroll down after much activity to remember what their preferred criteria is

Have a husband/wife option along with spouse
We have a few people in our database that their names are gender fluid. I would like to qualify them as husband or wife in the relationship so that we don't have any embarrassing mistakes when trying to connect down the road

Add a indicator that an email was opened in the contact view
Please add an indicator that an email was opened in the timeline section of the contact page. this would be much more efficient than having to go to the email section of the reports page and having to search each individual contact in the list.

Have separate fields for First name, Middle name, and Last Name
Have separate fields for First name, Middle name, and Last Name. We have some couples that only have 1 email address or no email and only an address. We would like to put John & Jane in the first name field, then Doe in the Last name field. As it sits right now for those that we have both names in it will only put the first (John) in an email sent... not John & Jane. So it'd make it nicer and more clean to have them in separate fields.

Emails with Contacts Automatically Create a Note in Command
I find myself cut and pasting my email interactions into notes all of the time. Emails with contact should automatically create a Note in command. It will easily show you the last time you connected and give you a clearer picture of your history with the contact/client. Contactually had this feature, and it's a no brainer.

Filter email by "contains"
Prior to Command being updated, I was able to filter where - email, by- contains. Using this filter allowed me to find common emails, such as filtering by contains @kw.com to tag the contacts with KW Agent. Now it shows starts, does not start. I found it to be very helpful to also find emails of larger organizations, to know where my agents might find it useful to leverage for leads.

I would love to connect all family members to a contact
I can only add up to three family members to a contact. I have several families that I would love to connect and have no way to do that.

cannot manually type in the State in the create address
When creating an address for a contact (It was a PO Box) I cannot manually type in the state. I have to search for the state even if I put the correct abbreviation for the state. So annoying!

Show Email Open as Contact Timeline Activity
I send out email campaigns regularly through KW command to my sphere of influence. When I go into a profile to see activity on their timeline, it shows that the email was sent, but doesn't show if it was opened or not.
Is there a way to add their activity on the recent campaign, for example, whether they opened, clicked, etc...?

Adding a brand new contact in the contact pop up screen
It would be nice to add a contact while I am already on a contacts page so I don't have to keep clicking on the "back to contacts " tab to back to the contacts list and click "create a new contact". I often come home from networking events and have a stack of business cards and causes extra steps in adding one new contact after another

Customize columns to add neighborhoods
When you customize columns in Contacts, it would be great to add the Neighborhood option to be able to see that on a larger scale. You can create a SmartView showing who has a neighborhood, but you have to click into each name to see which neighborhood they have.

error log
Previously when you imported contacts and there were records that failed, the error file contained ONLY those that failed.
Now, the error log is the entire import file with numerous columns at the end showing why they failed.
This is messy when you are imported thousands of records and because error validation is on numerous columns, basics sorts are not able to quickly show the associate what failed.
Please go back to showing only the records that failed on the error file export.

Default signature needed in email from contact module
It's fantastic that we can manage a number of signatures in the email module within contacts! But we need to be able to select a default one that automatically inserts into our emails. For every email we send right now, we have an extra two clicks to click on the add signature button, then click on the signature.
