Contacts: Open Contacts in new tab
Agents are unable to efficiently review and edit multiple contacts while navigating through the Database. The current single-window approach disrupts workflow and causes loss of context when switching between contacts.
To address this, we propose returning the Contact Name as a link feature Command previously had. Agents could open multiple contacts in separate tabs within the database view, by right-clicking on the contact name and selecting "Open Link in New Tab" button.
This allows for standard desktop browser Tab management features, such as tab closing, reordering, and grouping which all would enhance user experience and productivity.

Improving the number of search criteria we can choose from when setting up recurring searches for our clients.
adding some additional search parameters to what we currently have...maybe not all of the ones available in mls but at least the 20 most used would be a great start. I'm currently having to set up reccurring searches through mls for more than half of my contacts instead of command due to lack of filter options.

add activity to a group
It would be great to be able to "add activity" to a group of people that have been tagged when we send something to the entire group either through a direct mailer or an email etc vs having to add that activity one at a time.

Add attempts to the daily tracker log
In the daily tracker log sheet, please add a field to enter the number of attempts. That way we can see how many communication attempts we are making each day vs. how many actual 2 way conversations are happening.

Ability to Map our contact addresses for shorter drive time
I do pop-bys for my clients and with the growing date base, if we could just check mark the names and ask the command to map the addresses to utilize less drive time, it will save us a lot of time. Google map can only do 25 addressed max, there are other apps that will do 50 addresses but we have to share the contacts with them. We need command to do this or us so we do not upload our contacts in a third party app. Please help.

Add Assignee Field to Export file
Please add "Assignee" as a column in the Export file. Within the export file, team managers need to know which team member is assigned to a specific contact. Currently, you have to first filter by assignee and then export, which means separate exports for each team member. It'd be more efficient to export all contacts, clean up the file and then sort by an Assignee column. So many other fields are included in Export, why not Assignee?

Link MLS with Command Contacts to show any listings matching the Contact's addresses
Link MLS to Command Contacts so when a property is listed on MLS that matches the Contact in Command, it is shown as an Active, Coming Soon, Expired, Cancelled, or Withdrawn listing. The KW agent should be able to add a widget on to the Home screen so we can see at a glance the listings that have been recently changed that are matching addresses in our contacts. "Back to Contacts" Goes Back to Place in Contacts Page after Scrolling
Want to seen the one that we were looking at last. I wish it would save place in my scroll. I want it to go right back. Would use the back and forward buttons some times but not always. Match behavior from Google Contacts.

Sort SmartViews in Order
The desktop version of Command needs to sort SmartViews in alphabetical order like the mobile version currently does. The random order makes no sense after all this time unless we are still in Beta.

Sort Contacts by Last Personal Contact
I’d like to pull my contacts list sorted by least recently contacted. But I want this to be by personal contacts/reachouts (texts or calling) but not marketing emails. So if I sent a marketing email last Thursday and I sort my contacts by last contacted, everyone shows last Thursday since I sent a marketing email. But I just wanted it to show when I personally contacted them. The reason this would be helpful is I can easily pull my list of contacts based on those who I haven’t made a personal connection recently and then prioritize who to reach out…

Api nation google integration allows for more than just primary phone and email
, while we do have support for multiple emails/phones in contacts within Command, API Nation says they be able to sync to the primary fields for emails and phone numbers.
KW Command currently allows for syncing information to the Primary Email and Primary Phone fields only.

Allow agent to use the same contact phone number or email address in the addtional field and primary field
Agent would like to add the same primary phone number/email to a contact in the additional field on the contact card and not get the error 'That phone number/email address already belongs to this contact.'. He'd like to have the same number or email address on the primary field as well as on the additional field

Contact Assignees Notified w/ New Notes or Activities
Idea: Assignees of Contacts get a Command notification whenever a new note or activity has been added to the contact their assigned to. While beneficial for solo agents, this would also be extremely beneficial for teams and ensure that all assignees of contacts are easily notified when something new happens with a contact their assigned to.
