  1. When using custom Smartplans like birthday greetings, there’s currently no way to receive a copy of the exact email sent to contacts. While creating a test contact provides a preview, it doesn’t show the personalized details (e.g., the recipient’s name or merge tag content).

    Request:
    Please add an option to automatically send a copy of each Smartplan email to the user or a designated email address.

    Desired Outcome:
    This feature would allow users to:

    Verify that personalized details are accurate.
    Keep a record of sent communications for reference.

Sharing the following from my marketing guy: "I would love to see the ability when selecting contacts or scrolling through tags to not have to click the "show more" button / view more arrows at the bottom to reveal more contacts in the list. This is especially cumbersome when assigning multiple contacts to a smartplan. For example, you want to assign a follow up smartplan to your sphere, you have to use the select all feature assign the smartplan in groups of 20 (no option to View 100 or 500 like in other places) at a time.   3. In the search filter for contacts,
    How can I filter the contacts who had the smart plan in the past and not current? Could you add a filter please? I understand that i can find it in the activity, but with 800 in my database, that's a lot to go thru. This is to avoid repeating the smart plan on the clients.
    Or if you cannot delete the smart plan under the smart plan section , even if it's completed.

  7. Can we have an option to skip weekends in the smartplans? I tend not to work/make calls on weekends, and by monday I am overwhelmed with the numbers I have in my task list for the week and so I do nothing...eventually just archiving everything and starting over. Can you fix this?

  8. Increase the column width of the Smart Plan Name and decrease the width of the other columns. more characters or space is needed to see the full name of the smarptlans. The other columns like date need less space.

  9. When adding steps to smartplan the work area is stuck to the side and unable to widen. Can it be edited where we can make the screen wider not only longer? Or bring it it the middle where the stesp aret and move the steps where the editing steps are. In this box I am typing in now has the ability to make the box bigger by clicking on the double arrow on the top right, that would work for the email edit box in smartplans!

  11. It would be nice (especially for teams) to be able to archive smarplans or toggle specific smartplans on and off as active to team members. We have certain smartplans that are used for follow up from specific events once a year. I don't want to delete the smartplan; however, it is cumbersome to have it in our list all year round of available smartplans. Having some way to turn those on and off from our list of available plans would be ideal.

  12. Two things: Can we have a "view" button so we can see what our smart plan emails are going to look like? And can we select spacing? I can't single space my signature block and it looks amateurish double spaced.

  13. currently, the monthly neighborhood snapshot Smart Plan (a KW developed Smart Plan) provides both a header and footer, but the format is not professionally presented and is not adjustable.

  15. I am reaching out to express my serious concern regarding the new requirement to pre-approve URLs in all emails and texts. While I understand the importance of ensuring system security and preventing phishing, requiring us to manually pre-approve URLs in every communication is an impractical and unsustainable approach. This workaround is, frankly, a disruption to our business processes and an unreasonable expectation for users in the long term.

  17. Under smartplans, we should be able to attach a document to a particular email. For instance, I have a smartplan set up where I wanted to send any prospective lead that comes in a Home Buyer's Guide. I should be able to attach the guide to the particular email I want it in.

  20. The qualifying smartplans should have option to pause as soon as the client responds to an automated text. The whole point of these smartplans is to get them to respond so then we know they are a real person but then we know best way to communicate. The plan should pause so then we can go in and respond specifically to their response. There can be a "resume" option that the agent selects too
