To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. I am reaching out to express my serious concern regarding the new requirement to pre-approve URLs in all emails and texts. While I understand the importance of ensuring system security and preventing phishing, requiring us to manually pre-approve URLs in every communication is an impractical and unsustainable approach. This workaround is, frankly, a disruption to our business processes and an unreasonable expectation for users in the long term.

    The need for security is essential, but this measure places an undue burden on us that hinders productivity and undermines our ability to use the CRM effectively. We expect our CRM provider…

  3. As an agent, I want to bulk add contacts to a smartplan yet I want to stagger their start. If I am adding 200 contacts to the smartplan and want to stagger 20+ per day, it is not helpful to have to click the up arrow 20+ times when I could type directly into the field. This would allow me to easily add people in just 2 clicks!

  5. My Quarterly Call Smart Plan to be editable regarding which days it schedules the calls for. If you don't want calls on weekends or if you take specific days off during the week so you do not get a pile up in your missed calls and focused on your call days.

  6. In the New smartplans the typing window on the right side makes it way to small and hard to work with. Can this be moved back to the middle or at least able to expanded to take up more of the screen. This would be better that 75% of the screen being blank space.

  7. Two things: Can we have a "view" button so we can see what our smart plan emails are going to look like? And can we select spacing? I can't single space my signature block and it looks amateurish double spaced.

  8. currently, the monthly neighborhood snapshot Smart Plan (a KW developed Smart Plan) provides both a header and footer, but the format is not professionally presented and is not adjustable.

  10. I don't notice when a contact interacts with my neighborhood nurture, until I get back into that contact later. That is when I notice that they looked at a certain property and address. If we got notified separately, outside of command, it would let us know faster and we can act on the hot lead.

  11. Save searches should be enabled for all Contacts despite of them using the KW App. Just like Matrix, Flex, Brivity, Chime, Top Producer and other CRM's. As of now, if the contact does not use the App, the save search will NOT go out.

  12. Using smart plans as the property goes under contract and moves through the stages, the ability for command to email the transaction side (seller) status or reminders throughout the transaction

  13. Please add a cc' field for Smartplan emails. We are currently unable to see outgoing Smartplan emails and would like the capability to see the email that was sent out.

  15. ChatGPT or other tools can create .txt or PDF files that are multistep touch campaigns. If SmartPlans added a function to read these files, import the information and create the steps it could save massive time and create a high level of scale to SmartPlans

  16. Agent would like to add neighborhood to a contact when they submit their info through a paid ad for a listing. This would automate connecting to the client to relevant.
    Agent also mentioned wanting to take any bulk action on a contact (e.g. taging) via SmartPlans.

  17. Under smartplans, we should be able to attach a document to a particular email. For instance, I have a smartplan set up where I wanted to send any prospective lead that comes in a Home Buyer's Guide. I should be able to attach the guide to the particular email I want it in.

  19. When a lead is captured and comes into Command for teams it is owned by the Rainmaker. A smartplan then triggers immediately to start. Even if the lead routing is on round robin, and the lead gets assigned to a team agent, the smartplan initiates before the lead gets assigned... giving the initial smarplan tasks to the rainmaker instead of the team agent!

  20. Over the years I have customized my 36 touch campaign. Included in my campaign are events and touches that occur the same time each year. For instance, I send out calendars each November and send holiday cards each December. I would love to create a Smartplan with my current campaign however not being able to choose dates on the calendar makes this difficult. I still haven't figured out the work around.
