To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Allow MC staff with tier 1 roles accessibility to update/edit/add/update photos to associate profiles. Our website pulls those incomplete profiles from Command which of course makes our website look incomplete. Having this ability would allow staff to complete those profiles.

  2. I would like a portal for the agent to see all of their KWRI expenses - MAPS/EVENTS/TRAINING/MARKETPLACE with name, date charged, etc. There is not one place for them to collect that information at year end currently and they have to email multiple departments to get their expenses

  3. Current character count is 500 for "Add Comment" (main "Documents" tab) and "Comments" (under "Review" tab when reviewing documents). Would like to increase to at least 1,000

  4. The agent is not able to change the "closing date" in opportunities once submitted. They can change the Estimated Closing Date. When we had WinMore we had to manually go in and change closing dates once they were updated - I was hoping the Command MC would alleviate that process but as it is it actually has made it a longer process. If the Close Date in Transactions would feed from the Estimated Closing Date in Opportunities it would make the Projected Closing report accurate without having to manually change it. Thanks

  5. We would like to see "Classification" added to the Command MC Reports Applet. If added, we could run reports to compare New Home Sales to Resales.

  6. This would allow the option to pull active agent for production, GCI, etc. instead of including everyone for the year.

  7. when you see "My Profit Share" open an option to add the name of potential people so you can see the date, and also the pipeline of candidates, and can follow up with them to ensure when they do come over, that they would have a date stamp and ensure the MC does the right thing and can check it too.

  8. When reviewing a Document, if you go to reject and enter a comment and you make a typing mistake you have to physically mouse over and click the mistake area or delete all the typed text until you get to that mistake. The arrow keys change which document you are on and it can be very frustrating when typing out a long winded reason why the doc is being returned then lose it all due to hitting an arrow key.

    Suggestion is to make it so that when you are in that comment section, arrow keys are only affecting that…

  10. Since the administration applet now shows the DBA info on file from Franchise Systems, it would be helpful it this could populate into the Directory applet as well so that Regions have visibility and we stop bottle-necking information.

  12. Can we have the ability to add tags to tasks and then filter the task list by tags? This would be helpful for managing events in the office.

  13. Look at the different reports that Broker Metrics can create and create them for Command. Give ever agent the ability to pull town, county, area comparison. Agent to Agent comparison. Office to Office comparison, Brokerage to Brokerage comparison. See agent counts for different brokerage. Possible at some point making some of these reports a simple button click(ie Company info, brokerage info, team, agent) but also still keeping the option for on the fly boolean search.
