Opportunity Name as Default Search Setting
MC Admins used to be able to move from one Opportunity to another with Opportunity Name being the default search setting if that’s what we had used in the previous search. (Which it always is). Now it keeps reverting to Address which we never use because it’s not good at finding Opportunities. Can we get this ability back too?

When in the "Find an agent" section of Recruits - Tag Selection
Inside of Find an Agent we can filter a list and select agents to add to Recruit Management and I want to be able to tag this selection so its easier to follow up through Recruits Management.
Currently agents who are already added to Recruits Management. I'd like to see two options for the selection: "Add Tag" and "Add New Leads to Recruit Management."

Add R0 Option for Production Status
When adding a recruit to the pipeline, currently you have the option to select if they are Red One, Red Two or Unlicensed Staff. I would like the ability for R0 to be an option for those whom we are actively moving through the KSCORE process, or another licensing program. This would be especially helpful for the leads we have coming through our locations webpage to automatically be assigned R0 if they select that they are not licensed.

Provide a way for recruits to resubscribe to Command MC smartplan emails
Tech support just let me know that there is no way for a recruit in CommandMC to resubscribe to receive emails from smartplans. We really need to be able to send them a resubscribe option if they request it.

company dollar transfer not recording the paid in CO$ by the agent in their accounts
CO$ transfer to another MC, when executed removes the amount paid in by the agent from their cap status! We need to have it remain as paid in CO$ in their status and reports because they have paid it, we just transferred it. There is no way to know now when they reach cap except by keeping an excel sheet.

Leadership Report that shows which opportunities are incomplete. We should then be able to download the report.
We have no easy way to download into Excel or Sheets, opportunities that have closed escrow, but are incomplete. We should be able to sort it by agent so that we can follow up with them to get the file complete and closed.

Mark as Lead Button
When adding recruits in CommandMC, we should have a button, like in Command Core, that allows us to mark the recruit as a lead. This would be helpful for any inbound leads that we get to our mc websites that are not powered by Command, and for any agent referrals.

brokerage listing weekly email
Automatic email of all new listings in the brokerage sent out weekly to a list. Much like "the neighborhood" or a custom "saved searchs" email in Command, but for Command MC.

When rejecting a listing in Frontdoor, the message should appear also in the timeline, or a copy of the email sent to us,
Currently, when we reject a listing, the message is sent only to the agent. There is no way we (MC Leadership) can go back to the message to refresh the idea. The idea I am submitting is to save the message also in the timeline with the rejection data. Follow up would be much easier. Or sending a copy of the email sent to the agent to us too.

A View of Completed/Successful Smartplans
It would be great to see a list of the Smartplans that have ended for those entering our CommandMC Database.
For Example; A Prospect makes their way into CommandMC as a lead. We reach out of course, and we also may start them on a Smartplan for automated Followup. If would be great to see, within the Smartplan tab a list of competed Smartplans, so we have context for future correspondence.
I know we have the Timeline, yet Smartplans are mixed in with everything that we do and this would improve our followup.

Change verbiage on email notification upon contact card update
When you make an edit to an agent's license expiration date that agent gets notified that you changed their license. I have had several frantically ask me what that's all about. The verbiage in the email sent out to the agent should include the exact changes that were made so they can rest easy not thinking I removed them from our MC. This can really go for any notifications the agents gets when staff makes a change to anything in their card.

Pipeline status change from appointment set to held when appointment is logged
Pipeline status change from appointment set to held when appointment is logged. Once appointment is held and logged, the pipeline should automatically move from appointment set to appointment held. Currently that step needs to be done manually

Team Admin Being able to see agent's cap & royalty status
In agents indivdiual Commands, they can see the 'Green chart' that shows how much they have paid into CAP & Royalty. From an admin/operational point of view, I wish there was a way for DOO to see this for each of their agents on the team.
Overall, I'm searching for the best way/best Excel formula to track our agents upcoming deductions prior to them being inputting into the opportunity. The end goal here is to have an automated way to track the deductions of our transactions that are under contract so that we will know the net income of these…1 vote -
Allow Negative Values for Transaction Adjustments
We need to be able to make adjustments the same way that we were able to in WinMore. In WinMore, we could subtract and add whatever amount we wanted while doing an adjustment. We cannot do that with the available options and it is an absolute nightmare to create adjustments.

Compliance
When an offer is Terminated, it would be great to have the Documents from Version 1 go right into version 1 and reset the file placeholders.... vs. agents "Updating" a single file. That way Broker/Legal can search older versions of Documents. Many associates/TC's dont know to use a new version - unless Broker catches it and advises a new version to be used.

Easier Report Downloads
Can we just have a simple download like KWConnect used to? PDF and CVS/Excel options are still great. However, the amount of steps I have to go through to download one report is a huge time waste.
