  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. Under the cap & Split section - it should have an additional bar for "pending" CO$ & Roylaty that has not yet closed (as long as closing is before roll over date). And it should indicate if the associate is on track to cap or if they are off target.

  2. We need associates profit share info in the associates applet. See their downline & their Profit Share Trends. MCAs are constantly asked for this info, it all being in their associate applet would be much easier to navigate. And a bonus if it was on their profile for them to see as well. Maybe the # of associates in their downline clickable so they can see who they are.

  4. Since we have default modules in our system for MC websites, we're unable to edit them, please make a page on where we can edit our information and display listings!

  5. When closing a file, I click the Opportunity link (left side info) to open that opportunity - it used to Open in a New Tab: Now it does not.
    - Opening in a new tab automatically: when clicked help pages back/forth.*Pleeeeaase put that link back to: Open in a New Tab!
    - Less clicks and paging back/forth. Thaaaank You!

  6. Please add the filter options “Property Type” and “Classification” for compliance requests. When reviewing compliance items, I often need to sort by those specific criteria, and having these filters available would greatly improve the review process.

  7. Please provide an option to sync the email details from the KW Insights record to the Recruit record. Currently, when a record is linked to a recruit, the email address from the linked record does not populate in the recruit card. We’d like to have the ability for the email field to automatically pull into the recruit card when the records are linked.

  11. For both Recruits and Associates, it would be beneficial to have an AI summary available for the contact's timeline just like we have in Command. It would make it much easier during handoff's during onboarding or for keeping up to date on Associates at a glance.

  12. As a MC, we need the ability to add a Guest User just as teams have that ability. We want to have remote employees that may not have SS# as they are overseas and it is not secure to use the MCA or AMCA access for these employees. PLEASE give us this ability

  14. Is there any way to make an alert pop up for notes that agents have entered when an MCA goes to complete a commission check request? Another idea would be to put a block on processing the check until the notes are read. We just want to ensure notes are not missed.

  15. Our market center is trying to use CommandMC as our main CRM. As a staff, we completed monthly care calls to our associates. We track who is completing their dials and notes on the agents. As of right now, I can not see if our associates are receiving dials as it lumps recruits & associates together AND I cannot see who completed the dial.

    I would like to be able to see this information in a report AND even better would be able to have a dashboard where I can see which staff are in the lead and gamify their…

  16. Would love to merge the notes, activities and timeline. During lead gen, we put our conversation notes in the actual Notes section whether it's an email, call, or text. Now that Activities are being tracked, we are adding that second step. Unfortunately, the activities don't show up under Notes. They only show up under Timeline. Would love if these sections could be merged to avoid confusion and duplication.

Since Command was started, inside an Opportunity, on the Documents tab, we were able to click a link above the name of the Opportunity (upper left corner) labeled something different than it is now and I can't remember the original label - maybe "Back" or "Opportunities" that made it very easy to go back to searching for the next Opportunity to work on. Now it says "Compliance".

  18. Display the associate's production status in the dashboard - an easy way to see if the associate is active, referral only, or an admin. This would minimize the clicks we'd have to make to verify.

  19. In a state where we hold Escrow, we prepare our listing transactions ahead of closing so that any seller excess is able to be brought to closing attorney or ready to be picked up/delivered once the property is on record. Right now, in order to do this, we have to change the close date to the day the checks are being prepped and it causes confusion as to when the property actually closed. In winmore we had this ability so long as it remained in the current month and we really need this feature back!
