Show Agent Royalty in Cap Status Graph
Currently, the Royalty Cap progress bar that agents see is based on Royalty Paid by MC. It would make things a lot easier if their royalty cap status and transactions were based on royalty paid by associate, this way if we have royalty issues, the agent would only see their cap status reflected based on what they've actually paid in, and would make collecting the missing royalty on a previous transaction a lot easier.

Multiple Recruit Pipelines
Make the recruiting pipeline mirror (visually) what the Command Opportunities Pipeline is for Buyers, Sellers, Rental. Instead of those categories it would be Unlicensed, R1, & R2 Pipelines.
This would allow for leadership to create systems in the recruiting pipelines that are appropriate for each level of productions. We are currently running over 10 stages in active recruit in order to use the pipeline tasks as SOP for each recruit.
It has become clustered and made ease of use difficult

Include the "Referrer" and "Notes" Fields on Export
If the Market Center is being sold to a new Market Center, we want to ensure that all recruit details, such as the "Referrer" and recruit "Notes," are included in the export CSV file when the recruits are exported and imported to the new Market Center.

Make the CommandMC Reports dashboard refresh automatically on a daily or hourly basis
The CommandMC Reports dashboard data is not being refreshed daily. I would love if it would refresh in real time similar to command.

Change Font/Add Spacing to Income Statement
When you look at the Income Statement (WinMore No More) all the numbers look like they're running together. Are we able to change the font or add some spacing to break up the columns? For instance, the YTD Actual, YTD Budget, and YTD Variance numbers all look like they could be one big number. (The spacing prior to WinMore No More was great.)

Add Agent Search to "Our Agents" Section on Website
Currently it just lists our agents by last name alphabetically. The costumer should have the ability to search for a specific name rather than flip through a dozen pages of agents.

Make a clickable link leading to any and all Associates' information page within the Opportunity.

Restricted Access to KW Site Pages
Market Center leadership wishes to have a password-protected page on the MC Site only their Agents can easily access, to share and upload resources (links, documents, logos, templates, etc.) . Currently, MC Sites are Consumer-facing only and this functionality is not available in Command/CommandMC, so their only options are third-party platforms/non-KW sites (Google Drive, Google Sites, etc.).

Saving Transaction Prompts DA Print Modal
It would be helpful if the popup for the CDA download options popped up as soon as you click change status: "approved," eliminating the download button.
Same for when editing an already approved CDA, that it pops up when you click "save transaction."
We had this option in Winmore- saving any CDA, new or existing, it would prompt you to print to pdf/etc. as soon as you clicked "save."

Bulk Action: Reassign Recruit
Be able to unassign recruits from a previous team member/team leader after the team member has already left the office. Right now, you can't filter by previous team members.

Add a Column to show the states an agent is licensed.
Adding a column that shows which states the agents are licensed in. Many in my MC are licensed in two states and sometimes one or both will lapse but we don't have a good way to communicate that to other MC Leaders.

Blog Page for MC websites
Make the Blog Page that is available in agent and team websites available to MC websites. We have the ability to write a blog but no way to neatly display them. For us, we're planning to use these blog posts to showcase our training classes for the month. We don't want to create a new page for recurring classes, but this method would allow us to select or deselect those we want to feature so agents can see what's going on in the coming weeks for training and then can click for a more detailed description of the class.

Share Opportunity Checklist Templates from Market Center
I would like to be able to share Opportunity Task lists within the stages for other agents, much like we share smartplans. This would be helpful to promote consistency over our MC and would also make onboarding of new agents easier by creating systems for them to follow.

Change Document Requirement per Opportunity
Sometimes a conditionally required document might end up being fully required based on previous documents or home build dates, etc. Allow Compliance to change the label to fully required if a document ends up being fully required to eliminate confusion.

Add Search Function When Adding Tag inside Opportunity
When looking at a list of submissions, you can search for/ add a tag to an opportunity by typing it in. However, once you go into the opportunity, you cannot search for/ add a tag by typing it in. You have to scroll. The search function seems to only be numeric. Please make the tag search function while in an opportunity work with letters.

Link to Associate Record in Team Tool
If you are in a team roster and need to look further into an agent profile, you have to go out of the team, to associates and look them up individually. This can be incredibly time-consuming when working with larger teams. It would be great to be able to access individual agents' profile while in a team roster!

remove assignee en mass
I’d love to see an option in CommandMC to remove assignees en masse. Ideally, there would also be a prompt during leadership offboarding that offers to either remove their assignments or transfer them to a new leader. I understand some market centers might want to keep those relationships intact for follow-up or reassignment, so having flexible options—like transferring to a current TL or choosing which assignees to retain—would be incredibly helpful.
The problem I’m trying to solve is that former leaders, even those no longer with the brokerage or now at competing firms, are still showing up as assignees. This…
