  3. When a recruit is archived, tasks that are linked to that contact should automatically be removed from the task list instead of remaining on the list with the "Linked to" column showing "[Deleted Contact]".

  5. Create an additional status of IN PROCESS which would be an alternative to RETURNED or APPROVED. Agents and TCs don't like the folders returned unless there is an issue with one of the documents already uploaded. IN PROCESS could mean that all docs uploaded are approved but there are still missing required documents to come further along in the transaction.

  6. Associate paid as an inside referral. We pay the Productivity Coach as the inside referral and the closed reports do not have an option to filter on what the PC has been paid on.

  7. A way you can change all agent's expiration date at one time and not have to go into each one individually. PA has the same expiration date every two years.

  8. I'd like to have the ability to create Document Tasks in the Buyer Opportunity Consultation Tab. I want to move all documents that need completed at the beginning and that could be used for same buyer with multiple task lists, example being first sale failed and you pulled in a new task list. I want to add the Buyer Representation Agreement and Agency Disclosures to Consultation so they don't have to reload every time they start a new task list.

  9. When I request to add an agent to a listing, it would be nice to be given a reason why the agent can't be updated

  10. When logging activities in the timeline of an associate or recruit in command mc or in the contact record of command, if you are manually logging multiple items in the same day, they do not stay in order. For example:

    The Order Activities are Entered:
    Text 1(sent)
    Text 2 (Received)
    Text 3 (sent)

    The order they are shown in the timeline is as follows:
    Text 2 (received)
    Text 3 (sent)
    Text 1 (sent)

    This makes it very difficult to follow notes, texts, conversations being logged. The activities should be in the order entered

  13. When I click into my recruit pipeline I would love to have the ability to change what information is on the recruit "card" from the pipeline view. The visual is super helpful. When i'm doing follow-ups the easiest way is for me to copy and paste their number or email and then send them a quick text from my personal email or phone. I would also like to see appointment date as an option to select the date for the appointment scheduled field that would show up on the primary card. I keep track of appointments on my Google calendar,…

  14. As a Market Center, we need the same customization functions in Cloudmore/Commissions that we had with Greensheets.

    In Greensheets we are able to add required fields to the forms agents use to submit their greensheets/commission requests. In Command, this is not an option for us. This is causing us massive operational problems.

    The fields in commissions is not a one size fits all situation. We need the ability to customize these fields per each Market Center. KWRI created the ability to customize checklist for compliance. This same function should be extended to the MCA's for commission requests. Not having this…

  15. Our Canadian Market Centres are hesitant to integrate opportunities into Command as the current workflow is more efficient. Currently when we load a transaction into Nexone it sinks with BrokerWolf/Lonewolf then with WinMore. 1 Input and done. If we remove Nexone and integrate into Command we have to recreate each and every transaction in BrokerWolf/ Lonewolf which doubles the current workload in a transaction for our agent or our back office at the market centre.

    Most market centres want to stick with Nexone to save the workload.

  16. It would be extremely helpful for the "timeline" in an opportunity to record tagging information.

    For example: If an MCA adds a "DA Created" tag, it would be helpful to know exactly when this was completed, or when a file was "Ready for DA"

    including tag info in the timeline will help us track when things were completed and if anything was missed!

  17. It would be greatly beneficial to have an activity log/ timeline in Command MC Opportunities as a whole (in addition to the already existing timeline within each Opportunity) that only the brokerage admin can see (so we can see our brokerage's admins and our agents). This would help us to see what other admins are working as a whole, as well as refer back to something we recently worked on.

  18. On the CommandMC Opportunity dashboard, compliance events that have more than one version have a small icon of a clock. It would be so helpful to those doing compliance review if that icon also appeared when reviewing the opportunity next to the name of each compliance event. We use "add version" for back-up offers and rejected offers frequently and need a reminder within the opportunity to check the other versions when multiple exist.

  19. When we are doing Compliance for Opportunities, sometimes I have had the need to put a little 1 or 2 line note on a document line item, that can be seen and accessed quckly by MCA/Compliance staff.

    For example, "signed warranty in with closing docs" could easily be added to the Home Warranty document line item and easily seen and read.

    Is there a way to add that feature? I think it would save us some time searching, or going back through the comments, to figure out what is what.

  20. There's an AI system for lawyers called Spellbook Legal that reviews contracts. This would be very intuitive to develop for compliance review in opportunities either for just the market center side or even for an agent when they submit the contract for review. If you could just adjust the code per market center and definitely state so that each mc could customize what their ai looks and returns for. This would free up a lot of time and allow mc leadership to focus on more delivering the value proposition.
