How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. Make the recruiting pipeline mirror (visually) what the Command Opportunities Pipeline is for Buyers, Sellers, Rental. Instead of those categories it would be Unlicensed, R1, & R2 Pipelines.

    This would allow for leadership to create systems in the recruiting pipelines that are appropriate for each level of productions. We are currently running over 10 stages in active recruit in order to use the pipeline tasks as SOP for each recruit.

  2. When you look at the Income Statement (WinMore No More) all the numbers look like they're running together. Are we able to change the font or add some spacing to break up the columns? For instance, the YTD Actual, YTD Budget, and YTD Variance numbers all look like they could be one big number. (The spacing prior to WinMore No More was great.)

  3. When a recruit is archived, tasks that are linked to that contact should automatically be removed from the task list instead of remaining on the list with the "Linked to" column showing "[Deleted Contact]".

  4. Make the Blog Page that is available in agent and team websites available to MC websites. We have the ability to write a blog but no way to neatly display them. For us, we're planning to use these blog posts to showcase our training classes for the month. We don't want to create a new page for recurring classes, but this method would allow us to select or deselect those we want to feature so agents can see what's going on in the coming weeks for training and then can click for a more detailed description of the class.

  5. I’d like to request an enhancement to the PDF viewer interface regarding the toolbar that displays the Rotate, Zoom Percentage, and Page Width controls. Currently, this toolbar appears centered at the bottom of the document, which can block important sections of uploaded forms and make it difficult to fully view or interact with content near the lower portion of the page. To improve usability, it would be really helpful if this toolbar could be moved to the side (left or right), made repositionable or draggable by the user, or set to auto-hide when not in use, so documents can be…

  6. We would like the Heatseeker leads to be removed from the Recruit Management SmartView titled “Leads Last 7 Days – Not Contacted."

    We have noticed that by the time Heatseeker leads appear in this SmartView, they have often already moved on or are no longer in the area. Removing them from this Smartview saves us time from having to log an interaction to make them go away.

  11. The agent name needs to be visible to staff when in opportunities, and in the documents tab - it could be added under the Property information and above the buyer/seller information (this in in the panel to the left of the docs in the 10/2025 release)

  12. If an associate is approved as an Earned In Luxury Associate in the Luxury Roster under the Admin applet, their Associate entry should automatically be tagged as Luxury to better enable MC Leadership to send communications and smaprtplans around luxury information to that group.

  13. As a MC, we need the ability to add a Guest User just as teams have that ability. We want to have remote employees that may not have SS# as they are overseas and it is not secure to use the MCA or AMCA access for these employees. PLEASE give us this ability

  15. After the most recent update, the Opportunity ID no longer contains a hyperlink to the Opportunity. This hyperlink was very useful in helping agents and staff locate certain Opportunities. We used to be able to just highlight and copy paste the ID into an email, spreadsheet, etc. which the agent or admin could use to go directly to the Opportunity in question. Now that this hyperlink has been removed, we are no longer able to do this. Please restore the hyperlink in the Opportunity ID in the compliance queue, this was a very useful tool that we no longer have.

  16. Our market center is trying to use CommandMC as our main CRM. As a staff, we completed monthly care calls to our associates. We track who is completing their dials and notes on the agents. As of right now, I can not see if our associates are receiving dials as it lumps recruits & associates together AND I cannot see who completed the dial.

  17. Right now, when you're auditing files in Command Compliance, you have to exit each opportunity and go back to the main compliance screen before opening the next one. This takes a lot of time—especially when reviewing many files.

    My idea is to add "Next" and "Previous" buttons inside each opportunity so you can move from one to the next without going back to the main screen. This would make the process much faster and more efficient.

    Why it matters:

    Saves time and clicks for compliance coordinators

    Speeds up the review process, especially in high-volume offices

  18. It would be helpful for Leadership to have the ability to find all MC Associates who add a military affiliation to their Marketing Profile. Alternately, adding that field to their "My Profile" and making it possible for Leadership to search and filter Associates for both Military Affiliation and Languages spoken from within the Associates Applet.

  20. Currently, the Royalty Cap progress bar that agents see is based on Royalty Paid by MC. It would make things a lot easier if their royalty cap status and transactions were based on royalty paid by associate, this way if we have royalty issues, the agent would only see their cap status reflected based on what they've actually paid in, and would make collecting the missing royalty on a previous transaction a lot easier.
