  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. When a recruit is archived, tasks that are linked to that contact should automatically be removed from the task list instead of remaining on the list with the "Linked to" column showing "[Deleted Contact]".

  2. I would love a DA equivalent in Standard Reports with subtotals (By Agent & Total.) We can accomplish this by exporting and subtotaling ourselves, and this is a request I receive FREQUENTLY from agents, especially at year-end.

    Giving the subtotal option in the initial export would be a MASSIVE time-saver in our daily processes.

  3. Associate paid as an inside referral. We pay the Productivity Coach as the inside referral and the closed reports do not have an option to filter on what the PC has been paid on.

  4. Make the Blog Page that is available in agent and team websites available to MC websites. We have the ability to write a blog but no way to neatly display them. For us, we're planning to use these blog posts to showcase our training classes for the month. We don't want to create a new page for recurring classes, but this method would allow us to select or deselect those we want to feature so agents can see what's going on in the coming weeks for training and then can click for a more detailed description of the class.

  5. When logging activities in the timeline of an associate or recruit in command mc or in the contact record of command, if you are manually logging multiple items in the same day, they do not stay in order. For example:

    The Order Activities are Entered:
    Text 1(sent)
    Text 2 (Received)
    Text 3 (sent)

    The order they are shown in the timeline is as follows:
    Text 2 (received)
    Text 3 (sent)
    Text 1 (sent)

    This makes it very difficult to follow notes, texts, conversations being logged. The activities should be in the order entered

  6. As a Market Center, we need the same customization functions in Cloudmore/Commissions that we had with Greensheets.

    In Greensheets we are able to add required fields to the forms agents use to submit their greensheets/commission requests. In Command, this is not an option for us. This is causing us massive operational problems.

    The fields in commissions is not a one size fits all situation. We need the ability to customize these fields per each Market Center. KWRI created the ability to customize checklist for compliance. This same function should be extended to the MCA's for commission requests. Not having this…

  7. Our Canadian Market Centres are hesitant to integrate opportunities into Command as the current workflow is more efficient. Currently when we load a transaction into Nexone it sinks with BrokerWolf/Lonewolf then with WinMore. 1 Input and done. If we remove Nexone and integrate into Command we have to recreate each and every transaction in BrokerWolf/ Lonewolf which doubles the current workload in a transaction for our agent or our back office at the market centre.

    Most market centres want to stick with Nexone to save the workload.

  9. We would like the Heatseeker leads to be removed from the Recruit Management SmartView titled “Leads Last 7 Days – Not Contacted."

    We have noticed that by the time Heatseeker leads appear in this SmartView, they have often already moved on or are no longer in the area. Removing them from this Smartview saves us time from having to log an interaction to make them go away.

  11. Scenario: MC has 3 Associates who are dual-affiliated and cannot see their Associate Awards Reports as the system defaults to the most recently joined MC.

    Solution: Show all active associates in the Associate Awards Reports.

    Use-Case: MC often use these numbers for MC and Regional recognition.

  12. Right now, the Listings Taken report in the Month End Close tab is the only report sorted by first name. Please switch it to sorted by last name so it matches the other reports (Contracts Written, Contracts Closed). This would make it so much easier to verify Home Runs each month.

  13. Can the region have a report that tells us which agent has transferred from one market center to another? I know we can see how many agents have been transferred to different MC but I would like to know the names of the agents and which MC they transferred from.

  15. Allow agents to choose their primary Market Center for awards purposes. I have 2 situations where an agent is active in my MC, joined a 2nd MC out of state, has done little to no business there, yet, their awards information and medals go to the new MC - they are a top 10 agent in my MC and on the ALC and the new MC barely knows who they are.   16. is there a way in command mc to see how many of our agents run campaigns? and how many campaigns they run? the vital signs report does not have it so just wondering if there's another way

  19. The agent name needs to be visible to staff when in opportunities, and in the documents tab - it could be added under the Property information and above the buyer/seller information (this in in the panel to the left of the docs in the 10/2025 release)

  20. In Command MC Reports, please add the filter “Real Estate Start Date” to allow users to create more detailed custom reports. This filter would be highly beneficial and was previously available in Winmore.
