  1. It would be helpful for Leadership to have the ability to find all MC Associates who add a military affiliation to their Marketing Profile. Alternately, adding that field to their "My Profile" and making it possible for Leadership to search and filter Associates for both Military Affiliation and Languages spoken from within the Associates Applet.

Since Command was started, inside an Opportunity, on the Documents tab, we were able to click a link above the name of the Opportunity (upper left corner) labeled something different than it is now and I can't remember the original label - maybe "Back" or "Opportunities" that made it very easy to go back to searching for the next Opportunity to work on. Now it says "Compliance".

    I realize that I can click on the Opportunity icon in the left margin and use that to find an Opportunity, however, if I have the screen split (Dotloop on one open side,…

  3. In a state where we hold Escrow, we prepare our listing transactions ahead of closing so that any seller excess is able to be brought to closing attorney or ready to be picked up/delivered once the property is on record. Right now, in order to do this, we have to change the close date to the day the checks are being prepped and it causes confusion as to when the property actually closed. In winmore we had this ability so long as it remained in the current month and we really need this feature back!

  9. It would be helpful to have the criteria in reports for Associate DBA Name and Incorporation Name. Also, to include address for Associate's Incorporation.

  10. The Operating Principal wants the ability to add/remove team members in the CommandMC Administration applet. Having to rely on other leadership roles is not efficient for them.

  11. I would like a portal for the agent to see all of their KWRI expenses - MAPS/EVENTS/TRAINING/MARKETPLACE with name, date charged, etc. There is not one place for them to collect that information at year end currently and they have to email multiple departments to get their expenses

  13. Currently, when viewing a section of Opportunities in Command MC (e.g., 51-100), opening an Opportunity and then navigating back resets the list to the first set (1-50). This disrupts workflow by making users lose their place in the list.

  14. We use "future business" as a celebration in our MC. As of now, we use tags to identify a new BBA or ESLA signed during a calendar month. It would be ideal for agents to put that date in the Opportunity and have a filter for that in the Reporting Applet to alleviate excess time for research on the Leadership side.

  15. Deductions that are mandatory for the MC are automatically mandatory for all types of transactions/pipelines. Need to be able to separate automatic deductions for Listing transactions versus automatic deductions for Buyer transactions. We only charge a $295 BAC on the Listing transactions and either we have to manually catch and add the deduction, or we have to manually catch and remove the deduction on the buy side. Too many variables for errors right now.

  16. We want to use the Keller Williams Birthday Smartplan in Command MC, since it is set up to go out on Agents and Recruits birthday's. The final step in the smartplan is either a Twilio text or a task. Because Command MC does not have the Twilio integrations yet the last step is converted into a task which you then will have to do, and not something that goes out automatically.

    Can KW create a similar Birthday smartplan but the last task instead of Twilio is an email, so we can automatically email on their birthday's?

  18. The agent is not able to change the "closing date" in opportunities once submitted. They can change the Estimated Closing Date. When we had WinMore we had to manually go in and change closing dates once they were updated - I was hoping the Command MC would alleviate that process but as it is it actually has made it a longer process. If the Close Date in Transactions would feed from the Estimated Closing Date in Opportunities it would make the Projected Closing report accurate without having to manually change it. Thanks

  19. Request the addition of KWUID as a search parameter within the Associates applet to enhance our ability to locate associate records more efficiently. Currently, the absence of this parameter limits the ease with which we can directly access records tied to specific KWUIDs.

  20. In recruit card for the lead source referral you can only add a name of a current KW agent/leader. We get recruit referrals from other individuals (affiliate partners, prior KW agents etc.) It would be helpful to add the name of the actual referring individual.
