The "Close Date" in transactions needs to feed from the Estimated Closing Date in Opportunities
The agent is not able to change the "closing date" in opportunities once submitted. They can change the Estimated Closing Date. When we had WinMore we had to manually go in and change closing dates once they were updated - I was hoping the Command MC would alleviate that process but as it is it actually has made it a longer process. If the Close Date in Transactions would feed from the Estimated Closing Date in Opportunities it would make the Projected Closing report accurate without having to manually change it. Thanks

Incorporate AI into KW Reports with Prompts
Would be amazing to incorporate and an AI prompt where a team leader or leadership staff member could just type or talk out the parameters of a report and it would spit it out.

List/Report of associates who have created their Lone Wolf Accounts
At this time, there is no master list available. Any associate with a KWUID can set up an account; however, it is the individual user’s responsibility to complete the setup. There is currently no report that captures this specific information, nor is there a section within CommandMC where leadership can access or manage this data.

CommandMC Directory should be visible to ALL
Please request programming of the CommandMC Directory button so it is visible to ALL associates. Make it editable only by leadership roles. Viewable by all.

Improve Visibility for Associates with Multiple MC Affiliations
With White Pages being retired, there’s will be no easy way to see all the Market Centers an associate is affiliated with if they belong to multiple. The directory applet only supports searches by region or office.
Please add affiliated MCs to each associate’s contact card or add the ability to search associates on the directory applet.

Hide Personal Home Mailing Address in Directory
The new Directory feature within Command MC currently displays associates’ personal home mailing addresses. I would like to request that personal home mailing addresses not appear in the Directory.

Highlight the area needing attention
It would be very helpful to highlight the specific area of the document that requires attention or where information may be missing. This is especially important for documents that do not include line numbers along the side. Doing so would allow agents to quickly locate the issue or omission and address it more efficiently, helping ensure that any necessary corrections are completed promptly.

Associate Sales Transaction Detail
It would be wonderful if we could pull the Associate Sales Transaction Detail report by closed PERIOD, instead of closed DATE.
As agents ask for (or trying to pull) a transaction list that matches their 1099, the closed PERIOD option would allow for a report to match their 1099. Pulling by closed DATE doesn't always work if they had a property closed at the end of December, but it wasn't processed until after month-end, making it count for the new year.2 votes -
resource page for each market center
Would love a place to be able to upload office docs and resources specific to our market center (like a link or file bank we can build out for our agents). Maybe put the resource page link in the dropdown under the agents name in the top right corner? Would be super helpful to have everything they need in one place right in Command.

"on track" for capping
Under the cap & Split section - it should have an additional bar for "pending" CO$ & Roylaty that has not yet closed (as long as closing is before roll over date). And it should indicate if the associate is on track to cap or if they are off target.

Command MC Closing Files: Put "Open in New Tab Back"
When closing a file, I click the Opportunity link (left side info) to open that opportunity - it used to Open in a New Tab: Now it does not.
- Opening in a new tab automatically: when clicked help pages back/forth.*Pleeeeaase put that link back to: Open in a New Tab!

Add Property Type and Classification Filters for Compliance Review
Please add the filter options “Property Type” and “Classification” for compliance requests. When reviewing compliance items, I often need to sort by those specific criteria, and having these filters available would greatly improve the review process.

Option to Sync Email Field from KW Insights Record to Recruit Card When Linked
Please provide an option to sync the email details from the KW Insights record to the Recruit record. Currently, when a record is linked to a recruit, the email address from the linked record does not populate in the recruit card. We’d like to have the ability for the email field to automatically pull into the recruit card when the records are linked.
