  1. Currently, when reviewing multiple compliance documents, there's an issue where the notification placement interferes with workflow. After opening a form and selecting the "Approve" button in the bottom right corner, a notification appears stating "Your document has been successfully updated."

    This message temporarily covers the action buttons, preventing users from immediately moving to the next form. Since it remains on screen for a few seconds, users are forced to wait before proceeding.

    We would like to request that this notification be repositioned so it does not block the buttons, allowing for a more seamless and efficient review process.

  2. In the associate cards, several of our agents have listed PO Boxes as their address for mailing purposes. It would be great if we had the ability to add multiple addresses in the associate cards so that when natural disasters strike in our region, we can check their address listed in CommandMC to see the likelihood that they would have been affected by the event and call them accordingly while maintaining their mailing address for the purpose of sending birthday cards, congratulatory gifts, etc.

  3. When we remove associates from the market center, the recruit card maintains their KW.com email address instead of reverting to the email that was used during their initial recruiting process. Since the KW email address is deactivated 30 days after they are removed, which becomes problematic when we attempt to re-recruit them.

  4. When there is a concession on a transaction, the concession does not show on page 1 of the DA. It only shows on page 2, making it appear that the Gross commission amounts don't match. This is an issue with Title Companies, with some returning the DA, thinking it's an error.

  5. We manage several other systems when an agent offboards with our Brokerage. It would be nice if we could have pipeline tasks for active associates. For example, we remove the associates access to our office's Facebook group. It would be nice to track these steps in Command.

  7. I recommend verifying the property address using the auto-fill feature at the very beginning of the transaction. Waiting until you're creating or accepting an offer can cause unnecessary delays and prevent you from moving forward to the Commission tab. Taking a few extra seconds upfront will save you time later in the process!

  9. We want an easy way to see if their production is up since they have joined our office. This would be a great tool for recruiting as well.

  10. After the most recent update, the Opportunity ID no longer contains a hyperlink to the Opportunity. This hyperlink was very useful in helping agents and staff locate certain Opportunities. We used to be able to just highlight and copy paste the ID into an email, spreadsheet, etc. which the agent or admin could use to go directly to the Opportunity in question. Now that this hyperlink has been removed, we are no longer able to do this. Please restore the hyperlink in the Opportunity ID in the compliance queue, this was a very useful tool that we no longer have.

  11. In an office with nearly 300 agents, it is hard to determine who the Opportunity belongs to since they removed the agent name in the line item view of Opportunities. It would save a lot of time if we don't heave to search for the agents name every time I need to process an Opportunity.

  12. It was be amazing if the system would not allow agents to put all zeros in as the EIN number. Is there a way to not let them add the vendor if they use 00-0000000. We have no way of knowing this has occurred until we go to do the 1099's and it causes a lot of back and forth searching to correct.

  15. Is something making clicking through compliance opportunities much slower? It's taking too long to open opportunities, folders, and documents since the recent upgrade/change.

  16. Currently, when creating a transaction in CommandMC, the Seller Name field is auto-populated incorrectly with the Buyer’s Agent name instead of the actual seller. This is causing confusion among Market Centers and agents, as the expected behavior is for this field to remain blank or pull in accurate seller data if available.

    To improve accuracy and ensure the correct workflow, we request an enhancement that:
    • Prevents the Seller Name field from auto-populating with agent data
    • Allows users to manually enter the correct seller information
    • Ensures consistency across all transaction types (Sale, Lease, Referral)

  17. Whenever I download PDFs for reports to send out to agents, they are small and hard for them to read. An updated version of the reports where the PDF download is bigger would make it easier for everyone involved.

  18. Currently, the Royalty Cap progress bar that agents see is based on Royalty Paid by MC. It would make things a lot easier if their royalty cap status and transactions were based on royalty paid by associate, this way if we have royalty issues, the agent would only see their cap status reflected based on what they've actually paid in, and would make collecting the missing royalty on a previous transaction a lot easier.

  20. If the Market Center is being sold to a new Market Center, we want to ensure that all recruit details, such as the "Referrer" and recruit "Notes," are included in the export CSV file when the recruits are exported and imported to the new Market Center.
