  2. If an associate is approved as an Earned In Luxury Associate in the Luxury Roster under the Admin applet, their Associate entry should automatically be tagged as Luxury to better enable MC Leadership to send communications and smaprtplans around luxury information to that group.

  4. I recommend verifying the property address using the auto-fill feature at the very beginning of the transaction. Waiting until you're creating or accepting an offer can cause unnecessary delays and prevent you from moving forward to the Commission tab. Taking a few extra seconds upfront will save you time later in the process!

  6. After the most recent update, the Opportunity ID no longer contains a hyperlink to the Opportunity. This hyperlink was very useful in helping agents and staff locate certain Opportunities. We used to be able to just highlight and copy paste the ID into an email, spreadsheet, etc. which the agent or admin could use to go directly to the Opportunity in question. Now that this hyperlink has been removed, we are no longer able to do this. Please restore the hyperlink in the Opportunity ID in the compliance queue, this was a very useful tool that we no longer have.

  7. Right now, when you're auditing files in Command Compliance, you have to exit each opportunity and go back to the main compliance screen before opening the next one. This takes a lot of time—especially when reviewing many files.

    My idea is to add "Next" and "Previous" buttons inside each opportunity so you can move from one to the next without going back to the main screen. This would make the process much faster and more efficient.

    Why it matters:

    Saves time and clicks for compliance coordinators

    Speeds up the review process, especially in high-volume offices

    Creates a smoother, more user-friendly…

  8. It would be helpful for Leadership to have the ability to find all MC Associates who add a military affiliation to their Marketing Profile. Alternately, adding that field to their "My Profile" and making it possible for Leadership to search and filter Associates for both Military Affiliation and Languages spoken from within the Associates Applet.

  12. Currently, when creating a transaction in CommandMC, the Seller Name field is auto-populated incorrectly with the Buyer’s Agent name instead of the actual seller. This is causing confusion among Market Centers and agents, as the expected behavior is for this field to remain blank or pull in accurate seller data if available.

    To improve accuracy and ensure the correct workflow, we request an enhancement that:
    • Prevents the Seller Name field from auto-populating with agent data
    • Allows users to manually enter the correct seller information
    • Ensures consistency across all transaction types (Sale, Lease, Referral)

  13. Currently, the Royalty Cap progress bar that agents see is based on Royalty Paid by MC. It would make things a lot easier if their royalty cap status and transactions were based on royalty paid by associate, this way if we have royalty issues, the agent would only see their cap status reflected based on what they've actually paid in, and would make collecting the missing royalty on a previous transaction a lot easier.

  16. If the Market Center is being sold to a new Market Center, we want to ensure that all recruit details, such as the "Referrer" and recruit "Notes," are included in the export CSV file when the recruits are exported and imported to the new Market Center.

  17. Document Rotation (Orientation). Two (2) items: 1) MC Admins used to be able to rotate documents that were submitted in a landscape orientation and review the upload to approve/return the document. Somewhere along the way, there was an update that causes the system to create a new version of a document when you have to re-orient the document before viewing it now (without a notice). I have since discovered that on multiple occasions, I have corrected the orientation of the form, made notes and returned it only to find out the notes left for the agent were on the 1st…

  19. It would be wonderful if we could pull the Associate Sales Transaction Detail report by closed PERIOD, instead of closed DATE.
    As agents ask for (or trying to pull) a transaction list that matches their 1099, the closed PERIOD option would allow for a report to match their 1099. Pulling by closed DATE doesn't always work if they had a property closed at the end of December, but it wasn't processed until after month-end, making it count for the new year.

  20. Would love a place to be able to upload office docs and resources specific to our market center (like a link or file bank we can build out for our agents). Maybe put the resource page link in the dropdown under the agents name in the top right corner? Would be super helpful to have everything they need in one place right in Command.
