How to post an idea:

  2. That the currencies are separated into two different columns and also "sale" or "rent" are separated into different columns when imported in excel sheet

  3. It would be great to see a list of the Smartplans that have ended for those entering our CommandMC Database.

    For Example; A Prospect makes their way into CommandMC as a lead. We reach out of course, and we also may start them on a Smartplan for automated Followup. If would be great to see, within the Smartplan tab a list of competed Smartplans, so we have context for future correspondence.

    I know we have the Timeline, yet Smartplans are mixed in with everything that we do and this would improve our followup.

  4. When you make an edit to an agent's license expiration date that agent gets notified that you changed their license. I have had several frantically ask me what that's all about. The verbiage in the email sent out to the agent should include the exact changes that were made so they can rest easy not thinking I removed them from our MC. This can really go for any notifications the agents gets when staff makes a change to anything in their card.

  5. Pipeline status change from appointment set to held when appointment is logged. Once appointment is held and logged, the pipeline should automatically move from appointment set to appointment held. Currently that step needs to be done manually

  6. In agents indivdiual Commands, they can see the 'Green chart' that shows how much they have paid into CAP & Royalty. From an admin/operational point of view, I wish there was a way for DOO to see this for each of their agents on the team.
    Overall, I'm searching for the best way/best Excel formula to track our agents upcoming deductions prior to them being inputting into the opportunity. The end goal here is to have an automated way to track the deductions of our transactions that are under contract so that we will know the net income of these…

  7. We need to be able to make adjustments the same way that we were able to in WinMore. In WinMore, we could subtract and add whatever amount we wanted while doing an adjustment. We cannot do that with the available options and it is an absolute nightmare to create adjustments.

  8. When an offer is Terminated, it would be great to have the Documents from Version 1 go right into version 1 and reset the file placeholders.... vs. agents "Updating" a single file. That way Broker/Legal can search older versions of Documents. Many associates/TC's dont know to use a new version - unless Broker catches it and advises a new version to be used.

  9. Display the associate's production status in the dashboard - an easy way to see if the associate is active, referral only, or an admin. This would minimize the clicks we'd have to make to verify.

  10. Can we just have a simple download like KWConnect used to? PDF and CVS/Excel options are still great. However, the amount of steps I have to go through to download one report is a huge time waste.

  11. After a Broker fully approves an opportunity folder, an associate can upload a document and change the status of the folder. If the opportunity folder is locked up after Broker approval, Brokers won't have to go back into opportunity and re-approve the folder. MC compliance status queue will be accurate. Associates can still upload documents into custom folders of the opportunity if needed, which won't change the status of the opportunity.

  12. The change to MC Tasks this week has not been a good one. I think the idea was to have it mimic the Agent side, but it's too antiquated. It would be great to have it made simpler with fewer clicks and less filtering required.

  13. This brought to me by my OP at my market center. The new update "Find Agent" in Command MC Recruits is great. While a few columns are sortable the YOY Volume and YOY Units columns is not sortable. Making it sortable will allow TL or OP to look at those numbers and see agents with challenge in YOY numbers.

  14. I have many recruits that come in with a preferred name different than their legal name. For the use of SmartPlans, I put their preferred name in the contact card first and last name area. I then have to make a note of their legal name for future reference. However, having to scroll through the timeline or notes to find the "Legal Name" or having to remember I have that note throws off some of my systems. It would be great to have a Legal Name field like Command Contacts have or even an option to create Custom Fields for…
