  3. I would like a portal for the agent to see all of their KWRI expenses - MAPS/EVENTS/TRAINING/MARKETPLACE with name, date charged, etc. There is not one place for them to collect that information at year end currently and they have to email multiple departments to get their expenses

  4. Deductions that are mandatory for the MC are automatically mandatory for all types of transactions/pipelines. Need to be able to separate automatic deductions for Listing transactions versus automatic deductions for Buyer transactions. We only charge a $295 BAC on the Listing transactions and either we have to manually catch and add the deduction, or we have to manually catch and remove the deduction on the buy side. Too many variables for errors right now.

  5. The agent is not able to change the "closing date" in opportunities once submitted. They can change the Estimated Closing Date. When we had WinMore we had to manually go in and change closing dates once they were updated - I was hoping the Command MC would alleviate that process but as it is it actually has made it a longer process. If the Close Date in Transactions would feed from the Estimated Closing Date in Opportunities it would make the Projected Closing report accurate without having to manually change it. Thanks

  6. Request the addition of KWUID as a search parameter within the Associates applet to enhance our ability to locate associate records more efficiently. Currently, the absence of this parameter limits the ease with which we can directly access records tied to specific KWUIDs.

  7. In recruit card for the lead source referral you can only add a name of a current KW agent/leader. We get recruit referrals from other individuals (affiliate partners, prior KW agents etc.) It would be helpful to add the name of the actual referring individual.

  8. For certain SmartPlans I manage, I have tasks to follow up with KSCORE students via text to check on their progress or interest in the program. However, when I remove a student from the SmartPlan, the associated tasks sometimes still appear if they were scheduled for that day or a future due date. It would be helpful to have some form of identifier on the task, indicating that the student is no longer on the SmartPlan that originally created the task. This way, if the task still needs to be completed, it remains active, but if it’s no longer necessary,…

Compliance Checklists (Sort, prioritize or hidden option) Can we have an option that allows us at the MC level in the admin section to either: SORT the checklists to PRIORITIZE them based on our MC needs or HIDE outdated/replaced checklists? We do not want to remove old checklists, but the issue we run into is the agent comes into their folder, clicks the drop down and selects the first option they see (even if we rename the checklist to DO NOT USE).   11. Would be amazing to incorporate and an AI prompt where a team leader or leadership staff member could just type or talk out the parameters of a report and it would spit it out.

  13. Look at the different reports that Broker Metrics can create and create them for Command. Give ever agent the ability to pull town, county, area comparison. Agent to Agent comparison. Office to Office comparison, Brokerage to Brokerage comparison. See agent counts for different brokerage. Possible at some point making some of these reports a simple button click(ie Company info, brokerage info, team, agent) but also still keeping the option for on the fly boolean search.

  15. It would be very helpful to highlight the specific area of the document that requires attention or where information may be missing. This is especially important for documents that do not include line numbers along the side. Doing so would allow agents to quickly locate the issue or omission and address it more efficiently, helping ensure that any necessary corrections are completed promptly.

  17. When downloading reports -- Have the name or MC or something other than the report name in the download file name? Or somewhere on the report show the MC it is pulling from? -- When downloading a report to .csv - report does not show any MC or data range identifier or pop up option to save as a different file name when downloading

  19. Would be great to have a master Command account for the marketing team that IS tied to Canva, but does NOT make you enter SSN or banking info to set the account up. The idea is that it would be tied to the Market Center not an individual so that it outlives all future personnel changes and any future new marketing director can use the same account and Canva files are not lost. This account could also be used to post Smart Plans for the brokerage created by marketing.

  20. We love the new AI metrics feature under the Production tab. It would be great if we could pull a successes / challenges report for the agents in our MC's. This will allow leadership to be proactive and reach out to these agents during our care calls.
