  1. If a deposit is edited, the system should track, and show, the changes made to the deposit. IE the transactions added or removed.

  2. We need the ability to merge vendors - or at the very least, prohibit agents from creating multiple. Use the EIN as the check. This is very important for co-brokers

  3. Create a feature where you can make a certain deduction apply to a certain number of transactions before it stops automatically. For example, a PC deduction will apply to the agent's next three transactions and then stop automatically or the deduction will apply until the agent's MC cap has been met. This could apply to a wide range of scenarios where the agent will have a deduction for a set period of time or a number of transactions.

  4. Please build the ability to SORT the data in the Transactions applet by both date submitted and by closing date. Our MC sends commission invoices on behalf of our agents, and with the elimination of the Commission tab, it is incredibly difficult to track what has been submitted and processed versus what has not. Thank you.

  5. Have the capability to remove or edit tags created for Recruit Tags that is not personally owned. When a staff member leaves KW, the tags they created are still present.

  7. Having to download and print the deposit slip and summary separately for each deposit takes up a lot of time. For those of us that have multiple business centers that we put on separate deposits and have to do additional separate deposits for each location for checks vs wires received, this can become a huge time suck. It would be wonderful if the reports for each deposit would either auto download in one pdf or auto print.

  10. Currently, the default property search page currently is Austin TX, Headquarters. This is confusing for consumers when they get to our MC site that is not located in Texas. All MC/BC sites should default to their franchise address.

  11. Have a tab that has the cap detail. Allow us to pull the CO$ and Royalty Reports from the Associate applet. (Similar to what is in the transaction cap detail)

  12. Have an option to print the signed BSA for the market center and agent if needed after sign on. The only option is downloading at the moment agents sign, but no access for the Market Center.

  14. Agents that have to terminate a transaction because something changed in their transaction can't link the listing again to the new commission request. It would be helpful to have the feature in Command MC for us to release the original attached listing and attach it to the new request.

  15. We need all of the same filters we used to have in the old Compliance Queue, readily available off to the side just as before. It is incredibly counterintuitive to have to open a filters tab and then select filters and then click save. This change turned a one-click action into a 3-click action. We also no longer have the ability to filter by Opportunity type and event, this is extremely important for training new admins in market centers. Seeking input from Market Centers using this technology prior to overhauling an entire section of command used to be the norm…

  16. Market Centers have specific documentation and questions they would like to include in the Onboarding process for new Associates. Adding forms, custom questions, and the ability to customize the Onboarding email that is sent is requested.

  17. Would like the ability to add tags to agents that correspond to job codes in AccountEdge so when we pull reports, we can see totals per job and pull reports per job instead of having to manually calculate.

  19. Associate record compliance is a huge issue. Having a documents tab for the associate card (similar to what we have in opportunities) will help secure some of our agent data a little bit better.

    Have spots to upload documents that are required for all MCs (W9, P&G Acknowledgement, Detail of Splits and Fees, ICA, etc) and the ability for the MC to add additional documents used in the MC.

    Password protect documents with sensitive information. Limit who can access those docs.

  20. Need to adjust the allowed decimals from the current two to four. This is due to the various fees for business license per locality.
