  1. In the new Market Center sites, the "Our Agents" page is currently set to alphabetical ascending with no way to change it. This means that most agents will NOT be discovered on this page, especially in large Market Centers.

    Additionally, many Market Centers have MC investors or leadership who also produce, and some of them have last names that put them at the top or near the top of "Our Agents." This has the potential to put a bad taste in some agents' mouths.

    I recommend that the Our Agents page be set to random order by default in fairness…

  2. We would like the ability for the OP to customize/limit the access roles have to CommandMC applets. KWRI would set the standard access points for an assigned role, and the OP would have the ability to remove/limit access to specific applets that may not pertain to that role within their MC. Example, MC Leader role allows edit access to Recruits, Reports, Transactions, Accounting, and … The individuals with MC Leader role in this example MC do not need nor would the OP like for them have edit access to Transactions and Accounting, so the OP can remove access to Transactions…

  3. Imagine opening Command MC and having a single, customizable “Agent Onboarding” workflow. When a new agent joins, any of the leadership team could walk them through every step, from initial paperwork to profile setup, all without leaving Command.

    Here’s what it could include:
    •Digital Paperwork Hub: Editable Market Center: specific forms that can be completed and signed directly within Command (no need to jump to DocuSign or external links).
    •Customizable Step Builder: Each Market Center could design its own sequence of steps: license verification, KWU registration, bio upload, business card order, etc.

  4. Our staff is being assigned tasks from our Onboarding Smartplans, but our staff has to click through to get to the "other tasks". I've seen that you guys are working on making that less clicks. I also think we need a push notification, command notification, or an email to notifiy them that they have a new task assigned to them.

  5. I would like to see the ability to print multiple transaction ids at once as we were able to in Winmore with DAs. I have agents whose accountants would like all of their transactions printed and emailed.

  7. We would like to be able to sort by month easily for any date column in reports. If a date column is added, clicking in the filter box there is a bunch of different ways to sort but there is no field to sort by a specific month. You can click the timeframe and click say all of the September month/year but when you have been open a long time, this is quite time consuming. Adding a tab there for month would be very helpful. I can see a case use for searching by a particular month for every date…

  8. When the CDA is printed, include today's date automatically as well as include an uploaded signature based on the user. This would save time from opening the .pdf, adding the date and signature, then re-saving the file.

  9. We have a new agent that joined our market center and we are in the process of making business cards. We don't have a way to look up his agent website without asking him directly. It's not listed in white pages nor Command MC in his associate card. It would be nice to have the agent website address listed in Command MC under the contact information section instead of having to ask the agent for their KW Website Address.

  10. As a reviewer in compliance it seems I am always always rejecting some items for the exact same thing. It would be nice to go to a clause manager and pick the clause that is already there so we don't need to type it all the time.

  11. Currently- the activity options are solely Call, Meeting or Text. Would like an option to log an activity for Email that might not have necessarily been through a campaign. (i.e, an agent conversation)

  12. We need to have a tool in Command MC that helps us connect associates to the courses that we have prescribed for their business and track if they attended the class. To connect the value that Keller Williams offers to the results that the agents are having in their business. We can also help those that are struggling in their business and how we can help them.

  13. Seeing property types & subtypes in reports is very helpful! Although, the way commercial is being tracked has really skewed unit & volume measurement.
    Depending on the type of transaction, some commercial properties are measured by square footage not units. In this case, the Square Footage is populating into the UNITS portion of Reports. It makes tracking volume & units accurately really difficult. I would like to see that value moved to its own column at the least. Although, there is an opportunity for specific commercial reports, too!

  14. In running a VR Associate report through CommandMC; (I would usually run that report to include their personal email) (since they do not use their KW email).. Unfortunately, the reporting functions filter / "Add" a column does not include a personal email option... only KW email. This would mean, I will need to look up all of the personal emails from CommandMC and manually add them to my downloaded report. Could we please add personal email to report selections. Thank you!

  15. Within Command Vendors, please add an option for Transaction Coordinator. We have 4 outside independent TCs that are commonly used by our agents.

    As Command is now, every time they fill in their info in the Commission opportunity section, it's duplicating records.

  16. I love the new 1099 Report for agents! I want to share them with my associates. Right now, you have to click into every report for download and when you go back to the list, you have to CLICK the prior year and SCROLL every single time rather than to where you left off.

    We have 440 agents, and this will be SO time consuming. In a perfect world, we could bulk download the PDFs with names. And if we could just open the link in a new tab OR go back to where we left off on the back…

  17. On the CommandMC Opportunity dashboard, compliance events that have more than one version have a small icon of a clock. It would be so helpful to those doing compliance review if that icon also appeared when reviewing the opportunity next to the name of each compliance event. We use "add version" for back-up offers and rejected offers frequently and need a reminder within the opportunity to check the other versions when multiple exist.

  18. In the new reports the Full Associate Name column now includes the KWUID. I either have to remove this for every report I pull or add it to all the existing spreadsheets we have. It would be easier to have the KWUID as a separate column not attached to the name as it was prior to the new reports being made. Then we could do searches, sorts and vlookups for name or KWUID separately.

  19. At this time, it is not possible to customize columns—such as rearranging, adding, or removing them. As a compliance coordinator, having access to specific information is important to my role. I would also appreciate the ability to sort the data for easier review and organization.

  20. MCA Dept would like a "Send Confetti" to associate who has just capped. When they log into their Command, a "Congratulations You Are Now Capped!"... message appears to celebrate their achievement.
