  1. Deductions. For recurring deductions. There should be a total gross amount. With each transaction any amount paid toward that should reduce that amount until it gets to "zero" and the deduction stops.

  2. We have several vendors in our red carpet vendor program that do not fit into any of the pre-made categories in the Vendor Type list. So to input them, we would have to put them in an incorrect category. If we do not have the option to add custom categories (preferred solution), is there a way you can add "Other" as a category for those vendors that don't fit into the ones KW gives as an option?

  3. For the State of MN in order for us to look up agents licenses or do license renewals we need their full SSN and it will be very hard to have to search through agents onboarding paperwork to find their SSN each time we need it.

  4. We need to be able to add 1 agent to more than 1 team for multiple reasons.

    1 example, I have a licensed admin who splits her time 50/50 between 2 teams. She needs to be on both teams.

    2nd exampe, I have multiple teams who use the in house PC program for their new team members. I need to be able to add them onto the team AND onto the ProCoach team.

  5. We would like the ability for the OP to customize/limit the access roles have to CommandMC applets. KWRI would set the standard access points for an assigned role, and the OP would have the ability to remove/limit access to specific applets that may not pertain to that role within their MC. Example, MC Leader role allows edit access to Recruits, Reports, Transactions, Accounting, and … The individuals with MC Leader role in this example MC do not need nor would the OP like for them have edit access to Transactions and Accounting, so the OP can remove access to Transactions…

  6. I would like to see the ability to print multiple transaction ids at once as we were able to in Winmore with DAs. I have agents whose accountants would like all of their transactions printed and emailed.

  7. I have a large team that is requesting reports to be able to know the team's individual and team stats each month. There looks to be a few reports I could custom-build but I'm having a lot of trouble getting that to work in Command. They are mostly concerned with the units, volume, and listings taken, etc.

    This is something that holds several teams back when they attempt to utilize Command.

  8. When the CDA is printed, include today's date automatically as well as include an uploaded signature based on the user. This would save time from opening the .pdf, adding the date and signature, then re-saving the file.

  9. Our staff is being assigned tasks from our Onboarding Smartplans, but our staff has to click through to get to the "other tasks". I've seen that you guys are working on making that less clicks. I also think we need a push notification, command notification, or an email to notifiy them that they have a new task assigned to them.

  10. I would like to utilize Associate Tags to run certain reports each month. Previously, we could track business for different categories (business centers, coaching and mentor clients, recruiter reports) depending on the "Deduction" listed on their associate card even though we would zero out the deduction. We would like to utilize the Associate Tags for these but need to be able to to add this filter to our Custom Reports in KW Command Transactions.

  12. Right now we can choose who we want to add to a deduction for all or a group of agents, we should have that ability to remove them also. Right now you can only remove one by one

  13. In the new Market Center sites, the "Our Agents" page is currently set to alphabetical ascending with no way to change it. This means that most agents will NOT be discovered on this page, especially in large Market Centers.

    Additionally, many Market Centers have MC investors or leadership who also produce, and some of them have last names that put them at the top or near the top of "Our Agents." This has the potential to put a bad taste in some agents' mouths.

    I recommend that the Our Agents page be set to random order by default in fairness…

  14. We have a new agent that joined our market center and we are in the process of making business cards. We don't have a way to look up his agent website without asking him directly. It's not listed in white pages nor Command MC in his associate card. It would be nice to have the agent website address listed in Command MC under the contact information section instead of having to ask the agent for their KW Website Address.

  15. It would be great if a functionality could be added later to apply a deduction to all active agents, so we do not have to manually add agents to MC-wide deductions as we onboard agents.

  18. Aggregate Deductions with same payee. Currently if a fee is split between agents on a transaction, the Commission Disbursement Authorization shows multiple line items for the same deduction. It would be great if these could be totaled up.

    For example, a $100 fee split between 2 agents would show as $50 and $50 on the PDF. I would love if it would recognize the same payee, and total the amounts for a cleaner CDA. (A toggle would be phenomenal)

  19. Many apps have options in them where you can see the client's account how they see their account from an admin position. I think this is known as "View As" or "Impersonation"

    Salesforce, WordPress does this and so does Circle.io, the community platform.

    As Leadership, we frequently need to access an agents account to assist them with something or provide a service. For example, we will go in and schedule a social media post on their behalf as a service or we will attempt to replicate an error so we can record the Loom and submit a ticket. If we…

  20. On DAs with outside referrals split between more than one associate, the printed DA no longer adds the amounts together. It would be helpful if the DA had to total amount of the referral being deducted from each associate as one line item on the DA.
