  1. It would be beneficial to have similar bulk options as in Command where applicable. Mainly, I find having the option to Bulk Remove a Tag would be advantageous when going in and cleaning up a pipeline. Otherwise, we're left to going in to each individual card and removing them one by one.

  2. Incorporation Name to show on financial tab - disbursement section of the transaction. Currently only the agent's name is listed. Would like to see both the name and incorporated (if there is one) in this area. If we are paying the agent straight from this screen we have to remember what their LLC name is. Only way to see the incorporated name is to download the PDF.

  4. Please allow the ability to print the KW Invoice as a PDF in its existing layout, similar to the Profit Share Calcs PDF format from WinMORE. The current help article recommends taking a screenshot and downloading the image. This not only reduces the image quality dramatically but it also adds an image file to our file folders instead of a PDF. Not everyone has a photo viewer installed on their computer in order to open image files.

  5. In running a VR Associate report through CommandMC; (I would usually run that report to include their personal email) (since they do not use their KW email).. Unfortunately, the reporting functions filter / "Add" a column does not include a personal email option... only KW email. This would mean, I will need to look up all of the personal emails from CommandMC and manually add them to my downloaded report. Could we please add personal email to report selections. Thank you!

  6. The agent's commission details should show how much of the unit was allocated to them. This is helpful for our agents/teams to track their unit production.

  7. On the agent's commission details page, the top of the page should show the full commission on the transaction, not just the agent's portion. This is helpful for our agents to see the full amount prior to any splits.

  8. Now that the PS statements are only available through report in Command, there are no longer addresses to be able to mail these out. As an MCA that truly helped so they could be folded in the manner we could just mail them to the agents. Now we have to look up each address and fill out an envelope in order to mail them out which all my VR and A associates prefer. Can we please add the address back onto the statements please, to help the MCA's and make it easier for them to get those out promptly?

  9. Please! We had these beautiful emails going out when using hubspot. Now we're back to the stone ages. Please add the ability for HTML emails in Smartplans.

  10. Seeing property types & subtypes in reports is very helpful! Although, the way commercial is being tracked has really skewed unit & volume measurement.
    Depending on the type of transaction, some commercial properties are measured by square footage not units. In this case, the Square Footage is populating into the UNITS portion of Reports. It makes tracking volume & units accurately really difficult. I would like to see that value moved to its own column at the least. Although, there is an opportunity for specific commercial reports, too!

  11. Our Market Center relies exclusively on Command for document submissions and compliance coordination. A major problem we face is that agents frequently miss Command notifications regarding returned documents, often due to the high volume of emails they receive, or Command app notifications being dismissed due to the inability to view compliance requests effectively through the app.

    My suggestion is to add a dashboard applet displaying the compliance status of upcoming completions to the Agents Command homepage. This could include completions within the next two to three weeks, or perhaps the next four to five completions regardless of date. It's unclear…

  12. In the Disbursements area- the Other Brokers should be listed by Brokerage instead of agent name. All of our checks are written to the brokerage. Right now we are forced to go to the opportunity to find the name of the brokerage.

  14. I need a report that will give me a list of every item from the outside referral box of each DA in a certain period. It would include the transaction number, amount paid, and associated "Pay to" name for every line item. We use this box to collect B&O tax as well as outside referrals and we need to know how much of each type.

  15. We had adhoc reports for agents with license numbers and expiration dates. Please create one in command reports. Or add the option in reports for us to create our own report

In Command MC, while you can create default checklists which auto apply to all recruits, rather than have to spend time individually assigning tasks within the current contact card, we should have the ADDITIONAL ability to set "some" default assignments and automatic due dates within the default checklist.

    i.e. Send Onboarding Package in the 'Join in Process" stage could be an item that is auto assigned to the MCA and automatically have a due date within 24 hours of being moved into that stage.

  17. It would be SO helpful to see if an agent is on a team when looking at their associate record (Command MC). This will avoid searching the teams section to find out if they're on a team and what team they're on.

  18. After 1099's are released, MCA's receive multiple requests from VR agents asking for their user name so they can log in and access their Profit Share 1099 - PLEASE make this visable to us!

  19. Add Teams Rank Metric in Rankings Within Market Center report. The report currently combines teams and groups into one. The existing Rankings Within Market Center report in MyKW allows you to choose from Individuals, Individual Teams, Teams, and Groups. The migrated report omits Teams (Non-Individual).

  20. Many agents have an old or inaccessible recovery email address on their associate record. Adding that column to the associate dashboard, or providing a report listing that info, will enable market centers to proactively audit and update these addresses to AVOID a repeat of the password reset issues experienced recently.
