To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. We had adhoc reports for agents with license numbers and expiration dates. Please create one in command reports. Or add the option in reports for us to create our own report

  2. Incorporation Name to show on financial tab - disbursement section of the transaction. Currently only the agent's name is listed. Would like to see both the name and incorporated (if there is one) in this area. If we are paying the agent straight from this screen we have to remember what their LLC name is. Only way to see the incorporated name is to download the PDF.

  3. We run about 40 different reports each month and the new system has no way to logically organize these new reports. We used to be able to create folders (month end reports, Coaching Reports) to organize what we need and how we need to see it. Now it is just a jumble of saved folders. and if we create custom folders, we have to go in there and find what we saved.

  4. Advanced filters like have been added to personal command are needed.
    Such as:
    Smart Plan > includes > choose from smartplans
    Smart Plan > excludes > choose from smartplans

    Last contact, last updated, created, lead source, tags, etc. All available with the includes, excludes, none, etc

  5. Add option when submitting commission tab for agent to select “Yes I would recommend that this agent join KW” or “No I would not recommend working with this agent” for the co-broker they worked with. A required yes or no box that sends a notification to the TL when checked yes so they know to reach out.

    (I believe green sheets used to do this) :)

  6. Leases that have multiple payments over time now require multiple CDAs to be created. This can stretch over several years with commercial leases. Adding a payments over time feature would streamline this process, and not leave multiple unclosed DAs in the system.

  7. Top Down Reports Have Incorrect Email Addresses: Top 20% Report does NOT download the correct email address for the agent. So, they do not see important emails. It does NOT pull from their preferred email address in their KW profile. Instead, it just uses their KW email, which many of them do not check. Please align the top down reports with the email the agents are asking to be used in their profile.

  8. MC Leaders with the "Compliance Coordinator" and "MC Broker" leadership roles should have access to edit the license expiration dates and MLS IDs in the Associates tab of CommandMC. As it stands, only OP, MCA, TL, Assistant MCA, Assistant TL accounts have access to edit this information.

  9. Our Market Center relies exclusively on Command for document submissions and compliance coordination. A major problem we face is that agents frequently miss Command notifications regarding returned documents, often due to the high volume of emails they receive, or Command app notifications being dismissed due to the inability to view compliance requests effectively through the app.

    My suggestion is to add a dashboard applet displaying the compliance status of upcoming completions to the Agents Command homepage. This could include completions within the next two to three weeks, or perhaps the next four to five completions regardless of date. It's unclear…

  10. On the agent's commission details page, the top of the page should show the full commission on the transaction, not just the agent's portion. This is helpful for our agents to see the full amount prior to any splits.

  11. The new Custom Reports require you to add a column to the report in order to filter for that type of data. In many cases, this is not ideal and creates unwanted additional rows/entries. The old Custom Reports allowed you to add overall filters to the report that do not add columns. This feature should be added to the new Custom Reports (honestly to all of the new Reports) for ease of use.

  12. It would make it a lot easier to have their production within their profile. Our agents sometimes have a quick question regarding their DA and to be more efficient instead of having to search for the property in transactions for an immediate answer, it would be amazing to have it accessible right in their profile. This could also help if an agent may need another copy or simply a breakdown of their production so they can track it as well.

  13. Filtering by tags is not effective, because when applying 2 or 3 tags to search by, it brings up all the opportunities that have ANY of those three tags on it, but I need it to filter opportunities that have ALL of the 3 tags - for example, searching for opportunities tagged as "December Closing" and "Invoice to be Sent" brings up any opportunities that have a December tag on it, even if it doesn't have the invoice tag, AND any opportunities tagged with "Invoice to be Sent" even if it doesn't have the December tag, this makes it difficult…

  15. Add the ability to export to CSV and PDF the Associates Tab. We would be able to export a Top Down Report with agent's email and phone number. Great for targeting the roster based on production level.

  18. After 1099's are released, MCA's receive multiple requests from VR agents asking for their user name so they can log in and access their Profit Share 1099 - PLEASE make this visable to us!

  19. The UI of the new reports section is, to put it simply, bad. They are difficult to read, create, print, download, and are generally just a direct downgrade to the old reports. I realize that aesthetics are probably a low priority when it comes to designing these things, but they shouldn't be. A report that is difficult to read is one that fails at the sole function of a report, that being to communicate data.

  20. When searching opportunities through Compliance Applet, I would also like to see the status of the commission request. Is it submitted, opened, terminated?
    We still have to go through full opportunity or search multiple times for one transactions to find if it's fully compliant.
