  1. Leases that have multiple payments over time now require multiple CDAs to be created. This can stretch over several years with commercial leases. Adding a payments over time feature would streamline this process, and not leave multiple unclosed DAs in the system.

  3. Wondering if we can add a "Reviewed" option for compliance? Like Approved and Returned. We are seeing confusion in our offices and frustration because they see that red returned. Would it be possible to have a reviewed option in Yellow or something? Thanks!

  6. Seeing property types & subtypes in reports is very helpful! Although, the way commercial is being tracked has really skewed unit & volume measurement.
    Depending on the type of transaction, some commercial properties are measured by square footage not units. In this case, the Square Footage is populating into the UNITS portion of Reports. It makes tracking volume & units accurately really difficult. I would like to see that value moved to its own column at the least. Although, there is an opportunity for specific commercial reports, too!

  7. We have a very diverse office which includes several people who go by their middle names and other preferred names, however, they still need to be paid out through their legal name.

    Currently, the Disbursement Authorizations only pull from the main Associate Name for their profile rather than the "Associate Legal Name" field. This is crucial to ensure that our agents are being paid correctly and saves us from having to update their main Associate Name in their profile when they have a transaction.

  8. Incorporation Name to show on financial tab - disbursement section of the transaction. Currently only the agent's name is listed. Would like to see both the name and incorporated (if there is one) in this area. If we are paying the agent straight from this screen we have to remember what their LLC name is. Only way to see the incorporated name is to download the PDF.

  9. On the agent's commission details page, the top of the page should show the full commission on the transaction, not just the agent's portion. This is helpful for our agents to see the full amount prior to any splits.

  10. Please! We had these beautiful emails going out when using hubspot. Now we're back to the stone ages. Please add the ability for HTML emails in Smartplans.

  11. Our Market Center relies exclusively on Command for document submissions and compliance coordination. A major problem we face is that agents frequently miss Command notifications regarding returned documents, often due to the high volume of emails they receive, or Command app notifications being dismissed due to the inability to view compliance requests effectively through the app.

    My suggestion is to add a dashboard applet displaying the compliance status of upcoming completions to the Agents Command homepage. This could include completions within the next two to three weeks, or perhaps the next four to five completions regardless of date. It's unclear…

  14. Please allow the ability to print the KW Invoice as a PDF in its existing layout, similar to the Profit Share Calcs PDF format from WinMORE. The current help article recommends taking a screenshot and downloading the image. This not only reduces the image quality dramatically but it also adds an image file to our file folders instead of a PDF. Not everyone has a photo viewer installed on their computer in order to open image files.

  15. The agent's commission details should show how much of the unit was allocated to them. This is helpful for our agents/teams to track their unit production.

  16. Now that the PS statements are only available through report in Command, there are no longer addresses to be able to mail these out. As an MCA that truly helped so they could be folded in the manner we could just mail them to the agents. Now we have to look up each address and fill out an envelope in order to mail them out which all my VR and A associates prefer. Can we please add the address back onto the statements please, to help the MCA's and make it easier for them to get those out promptly?

  17. In our region, we have alot of Mega groups - think 30+ people. I have in my MCs a bunch of smaller groups (under 10 people) that do impressive numbers but they will never get recognized for awards because the mega teams just outproduce them significantly. I'd like to see us filter our groups based on agent count of the team so that the smaller groups can get some recognition as well.

  18. Add Teams Rank Metric in Rankings Within Market Center report. The report currently combines teams and groups into one. The existing Rankings Within Market Center report in MyKW allows you to choose from Individuals, Individual Teams, Teams, and Groups. The migrated report omits Teams (Non-Individual).

  19. I love the new 1099 Report for agents! I want to share them with my associates. Right now, you have to click into every report for download and when you go back to the list, you have to CLICK the prior year and SCROLL every single time rather than to where you left off.

    We have 440 agents, and this will be SO time consuming. In a perfect world, we could bulk download the PDFs with names. And if we could just open the link in a new tab OR go back to where we left off on the back…

  20. Allow the Compliance Coordinator Role to have access to Transactions. Our transactions processing team needs this to do their job, but they should not have access to all the items an MC Leader has such as our full Recruiting pipeline. Seems silly that the role that is in charge of processing deals and transactions doesn't have access to this part of the program.
