  1. Currently when sending a kw invitation to a recruit they are not able to open on their phone. It would be great if they could open on their phones.

  2. MC Leaders with the "Compliance Coordinator" and "MC Broker" leadership roles should have access to edit the license expiration dates and MLS IDs in the Associates tab of CommandMC. As it stands, only OP, MCA, TL, Assistant MCA, Assistant TL accounts have access to edit this information.

  3. In our region, we have alot of Mega groups - think 30+ people. I have in my MCs a bunch of smaller groups (under 10 people) that do impressive numbers but they will never get recognized for awards because the mega teams just outproduce them significantly. I'd like to see us filter our groups based on agent count of the team so that the smaller groups can get some recognition as well.

  4. Currently it just lists our agents by last name alphabetically. The costumer should have the ability to search for a specific name rather than flip through a dozen pages of agents.

  5. Add the ability to export to CSV and PDF the Associates Tab. We would be able to export a Top Down Report with agent's email and phone number. Great for targeting the roster based on production level.

  7. After 1099's are released, MCA's receive multiple requests from VR agents asking for their user name so they can log in and access their Profit Share 1099 - PLEASE make this visable to us!

  8. Imagine opening Command MC and having a single, customizable “Agent Onboarding” workflow. When a new agent joins, any of the leadership team could walk them through every step, from initial paperwork to profile setup, all without leaving Command.

    Here’s what it could include:
    •Digital Paperwork Hub: Editable Market Center: specific forms that can be completed and signed directly within Command (no need to jump to DocuSign or external links).
    •Customizable Step Builder: Each Market Center could design its own sequence of steps: license verification, KWU registration, bio upload, business card order, etc.

  9. We would love Command Notifications to be dispatched to the MCA/AMCA whenever a note is appended to a newly submitted commission tab. The current functionality entails users manually reviewing the notes tab for each commission tab submitted, which is not an integral part of the workflow for processing a commission tab.

  10. We would love to see a more prominent notification in the platform when processing a transaction that causes an associate to cap. Right now, this important milestone can be easy to miss, and a clearer alert would ensure we can recognize and celebrate with the agent in real time.

    A pop-up notification would be ideal, similar to how KW Command displays confetti when a new agent signs up. Even a celebratory animation, banner, or any type of visual cue would be phenomenal.   11. Remove the 3 auto filters in place in the Compliance Applet. We can add in filters we want when searching. When we forget and clear filters, then we have to re-search everything.

  12. When searching opportunities through Compliance Applet, I would also like to see the status of the commission request. Is it submitted, opened, terminated?
    We still have to go through full opportunity or search multiple times for one transactions to find if it's fully compliant.

  13. When an MCA edits something in a commission request, upon clicking save the commission request is automatically approved. I need to be able to make edits before agents click the final approval. Like for adding a wire fee or a private deduction etc.

    There is still a MAJOR need for agents to be able to review commission requests and submit prior to an edit of an MCA or AMCA.

  14. Allow the Compliance Coordinator Role to have access to Transactions. Our transactions processing team needs this to do their job, but they should not have access to all the items an MC Leader has such as our full Recruiting pipeline. Seems silly that the role that is in charge of processing deals and transactions doesn't have access to this part of the program.

  15. In the Disbursements area- the Other Brokers should be listed by Brokerage instead of agent name. All of our checks are written to the brokerage. Right now we are forced to go to the opportunity to find the name of the brokerage.

  16. Every report when downloaded as a CSV is just titled widget. I have to go in and manually change the name to know what it is. It would be helpful if it was automatically named the report name and the date. At minimum having the report name would help a lot!

In Command MC, while you can create default checklists which auto apply to all recruits, rather than have to spend time individually assigning tasks within the current contact card, we should have the ADDITIONAL ability to set "some" default assignments and automatic due dates within the default checklist.

    i.e. Send Onboarding Package in the 'Join in Process" stage could be an item that is auto assigned to the MCA and automatically have a due date within 24 hours of being moved into that stage.

  18. When new associates are inputting their lic information in the Join in Process part - they input their license dates, YET THE CALENDAR DOES NOT LET YOU TYPE IN DATE - you have to CLICK THROUGH EACH MONTH TO FUTURE YEARS. Why cant the calendar accept a typed in date?

  20. The new Detail Panel that appears on the left side every time you open an opportunity needs to be an option to open, not start off opened. It is in the way and creates an additional step to the reviewing process for us.
