Add Agent to Same Side Twice
We should be able to add the same agent more than once on the same side of the transaction.

Regional Progress Report
For Regional leadership, one aggregate report under the PROGRESS TAB, that shows the progress for the region as a whole and then the option to breakdown that progress by each market center. As of now, you would have to click through each market center.
10 votesCould you explain which metrics you would like to track progress for? The Month End Close tracker includes Totals for all Market Centers at the bottom, including for Agent Count, Gross, Net, Appointments, and Key Financial numbers.

Compliance Emails to Different Email Address
We have rainmakers who want compliance emails to go to their admin but everything is pulled from one email in kw white pages for leads and such that should be separated. The rainmaker's profile for kw.com should be their email address and command emails for compliance should have another spot to put an administrative email address.

Date and Time Stamp for All Opportunity Comments
Each message should have a date and time that it was sent. Currently, the last message is the only one that is visible. When trying to look for dates that the Market center has looked for messages i.e. dates deposit checks were received, it is not there because it is not the last message.

Reorder Multi-Year Trend to Narrative Format
The traditional Market Center Multi-Year Trend tells a story in a narrative sequence. The 42 metrics are specifically arranged to ensure as Leaders read it, they have the proper context as they find numbers and metrics later in the report. In its current format in CommandMC, it's only creating confusion and among current leader, as the metrics are arranged alphabetically by data point.
The new version, is simply missing a "position number" field, like we've done for the Financial Statement. An addition of the 2 digit "pos_no" column should do the trick.

Compliance Applet - Remove auto 3 filters
Remove the 3 auto filters in place in the Compliance Applet. We can add in filters we want when searching. When we forget and clear filters, then we have to re-search everything.

Advanced Filtering for Recruits
Advanced filters like have been added to personal command are needed.
Such as:
Smart Plan > includes > choose from smartplans
Smart Plan > excludes > choose from smartplansLast contact, last updated, created, lead source, tags, etc. All available with the includes, excludes, none, etc

Have the ability to Sign documents in the Private Folder of an Opportunity
We need a space where private documents need to be uploaded and signed by the Broker of Records. This ability exists in the three other folders, Listed, Under Contract and Closed. The user can simply select an uploaded document and then click "Sign documents" at the top of the page.

Do not allow duplicate MLS ID
If a Market Center has a MLS ID, do not allow the system to let that MLS ID be added to any other CommandMC. Allowing duplicates is causing all kinds of listings issues when another MC adds it accidentally. This means associates cannot find their listings to submit offers.

SmartViews for Transactions
When in the Transaction Screen, all the ones that need action taken, should be at the top (Submitted, Resubmitted, and Request for Termination. Closed and Terminated should be at the bottom. Or have settings that we can set as our default, and it opens that screen as we have set up as our default view every time we go in there.

Total Agent Count Roster in Standard Reports
We need the Total Agent Count report to be downloadable as an excel report. Our MLS and I am sure others is last name, first name and comparing the two as is currently not productive. Is this a change that could be made soon? Thanks

Download Current Listings as CSV
It would be very helpful if we could download our current listings to a csv file to make it easier to see how many we have and to verify them. We were able to do this in Cloudmore. :)

Move Command Contacts to CommandMC Recruit Pipeline
I have been using command for smartplans and texting to recruits. once the recruit engages, I move them to command mc. it would be great to have the ability to sync the entire contact record between command mc and command and visa versa -

Vital Signs in Standard Reports
The Vital Signs report provides some very important data that can be consolidated and used strategically to positively influence the market center. The use of Contacts, Smart Plans and Opportunities can all be exported individually from the Vital Signs Report and then sorted by KWUID in each. Then you can consolidate them all into one spreadsheet by Agent. Having the export of Command MC data with production info and including the KWUID so you can easily sort that list by KWUID and paste them all together. Export Opportunities List
In Command MC, add the functionality to run and export reports in order to obtain a snapshot view of all opportunities for an agent with available filters applied. Could be for a single agent, a group of agents, or MC-wide. Particularly where the opportunity is in a particular phase/stage like returned or opened. At this time there is no reporting functionality tied to Opportunities. We are always talking about tracking our numbers and yet there is no way to save a record. This could be a residual effect of this reporting function.

On the contact card for the recruit, we would love to be able to add a photo of them to the Photo Image next to their name.

Recently Active in Command Column
Similar to how we can see when our contacts/clients were last logged into our agent site, it would be great for MC Leadership to know when the associate was last active in their Command. This would help the market center tailor conversations to those agents and drive our metrics
