  1. We need the Total Agent Count report to be downloadable as an excel report. Our MLS and I am sure others is last name, first name and comparing the two as is currently not productive. Is this a change that could be made soon? Thanks

  2. It would be very helpful if we could download our current listings to a csv file to make it easier to see how many we have and to verify them. We were able to do this in Cloudmore. :)

  3. The Vital Signs report provides some very important data that can be consolidated and used strategically to positively influence the market center. The use of Contacts, Smart Plans and Opportunities can all be exported individually from the Vital Signs Report and then sorted by KWUID in each. Then you can consolidate them all into one spreadsheet by Agent. Having the export of Command MC data with production info and including the KWUID so you can easily sort that list by KWUID and paste them all together.   4. We need to have the ability to search Market Center Opportunities by a date range, last updated, and closed. Need to be able to save the custom filters and modify columns just like contacts.

  5. On the contact card for the recruit, we would love to be able to add a photo of them to the Photo Image next to their name.

  6. Example: Keller Williams Eastside (Agent: Jane Doe)

    This would stop a lot of calls we get from other MCs to find out which of their agents should be paid out on a referral. Escrow sometimes will only send a check, no copy of DA, no Final SS, so they have no clue who to pay out.

    Right now, escrow has no clue unless the agent sends them a copy of the actual referral agreement. So, the other MC has to call our MC to find out. This would help our MC from not having these calls plus escrow wouldn't be…

  7. Once a closing happens an auto email will send to the co-op agent. Thanking them for the transaction.

  8. Filtering by tags is not effective, because when applying 2 or 3 tags to search by, it brings up all the opportunities that have ANY of those three tags on it, but I need it to filter opportunities that have ALL of the 3 tags - for example, searching for opportunities tagged as "December Closing" and "Invoice to be Sent" brings up any opportunities that have a December tag on it, even if it doesn't have the invoice tag, AND any opportunities tagged with "Invoice to be Sent" even if it doesn't have the December tag, this makes it difficult…

  11. Please add the Chinese and Cantonese as language options to the IDX site.

    Approximately 3.5 million people speak Chinese at home in the U.S., making it the third most spoken language after English and Spanish. Currently, the agent site doesn't have the option to allow customers to choose Chinese as the language.

    Adding Chinese/Cantonese to our website ensures clients feel confident and supported throughout their home-buying journey with Keller Williams.

  13. We have had trouble tracking commercial properties in Command MC because the Units & Square Footage info populate in the same tracking column.

    To help consistency we made a policy for Commercial Leases to take the entire volume on the FIRST transaction and the remaining will be at $0. It will help us track more ACCURATELY what is being closed by not processing a lease as an Outside Referral. Although now the system won't let us process a lease for $0.

    We implemented this after listening to the MCA call with the Commercial team and now the process is broken…

  14. Link to be able to Print All Reports at once at Month End just like winmore had this option instead of us having to click each. This will save time and help with not forgetting to print certain ones

  15. When creating and submitting a transaction from an agent Opportunity within a team, make sure the commission amounts after the split are only visible to the connected agent, keeping the commission values of other agents confidential. Usually, in large teams, the team admins will be responsible to create that Opportunity and enter all of the commission details so that agents don't know about the splits.

  16. Currently the only way you can add preferred vendors to the MC Site is by going to the Command Dashboard preferred vendor widget and clicking a box to add it to the MC Site.

    This functions very differently from the Agent Site preferred vendors where you can access preferred vendors from the agent site editor. I would like to see the MC Site preferred vendor list function just like it does on the agent site, OR put it in the CommandMC Site applet.

  17. When an agent joins us there is no option for them to select Mandarin or Cantonese as a second language. The only option is Chinese...but there's no such language. It's Mandarin or Cantonese, and they are vastly different languages.

Would be great to be able to transfer a recruit to another MC while retaining the contact history and referral source from one MC to another and have it show up in "inbound leads" to the receiving MC. Every once in a while, we meet with someone out of area and call those offices to refer. Would be convenient to do so in Command and could help in event of agents who move etc.

  19. Now that we are using Command to Onboard new Agents, could we also add in a similar method for the Declination process of Vested Associates?

    So similar to onboarding, (we now can send an invite link, the new Associate walks through prompts, there's a video of Jay Papasan explaining Profit Share, and so on...)

    Can KWRI develop a similar portal for the Profit Share declination process?

    For example, when someone says they do not want to be in the KW PS program, we would send them the secure link, which also cc's back to KWRI's MCA Division Support.

  20. A discrepancy has been identified in the "Top Associates Report" where Solo Agents are being misclassified. This occurs when a Solo Agent is configured as a "Team" within the Team Management system, despite the team's only other member(s) being an Unlicensed Admin. As a result, the reporting tool incorrectly places these individuals under the "Teams" or "Groups" category, rather than classifying them as "Solo Agents."
