  1. Allow logged appointments in Command MC to populate on the recruit and associate card timlines.

    Currently, logged appointments do not appear on the recruit or associate card timelines and require looking in two different tabs. It would be great to see these on the timeline with other events.

  2. Add the ability to export to CSV and PDF the Associates Tab. We would be able to export a Top Down Report with agent's email and phone number. Great for targeting the roster based on production level.

  3. When adding a Deduction there was a drop down list that showed all deductions that you could choose from, this is gone so you have to type in the name of each deduction. The drop down list was much easier, would love to see that back.

  4. The budget info is not coming over from AcctEdge to the new Income Stmt format in the Accounting applet. The YTD Budget and Annual Budget data are not accurate.

  5. We need the Total Agent Count report to be downloadable as an excel report. Our MLS and I am sure others is last name, first name and comparing the two as is currently not productive. Is this a change that could be made soon? Thanks

  6. A search filter for an agent's commission amount in opportunities. We get a lot of checks in with NO information about who or what it is for. Being able to search for matching commission amounts may give us leads for who the check belongs to instead of it sitting around waiting on someone to ask about it.

  8. It would be very helpful if we could download our current listings to a csv file to make it easier to see how many we have and to verify them. We were able to do this in Cloudmore. :)

  10. For Regional leadership, one aggregate report under the PROGRESS TAB, that shows the progress for the region as a whole and then the option to breakdown that progress by each market center. As of now, you would have to click through each market center.

  11. I have been using command for smartplans and texting to recruits. once the recruit engages, I move them to command mc. it would be great to have the ability to sync the entire contact record between command mc and command and visa versa -

  12. As much as I love pulling info manually, what if we could subscribe to key reports? These are currently stored in adhoc in WinMORE. Cloudmore could pull, create, and send.

    Like, weekly, what did my Buyers Agents put under contract? What did they close? How close are they to cap?

    Or, PC program, what did your coaching clients do this week?

    Or, OP/TL: Here's the top-down report for this week.

  13. The Vital Signs report provides some very important data that can be consolidated and used strategically to positively influence the market center. The use of Contacts, Smart Plans and Opportunities can all be exported individually from the Vital Signs Report and then sorted by KWUID in each. Then you can consolidate them all into one spreadsheet by Agent. Having the export of Command MC data with production info and including the KWUID so you can easily sort that list by KWUID and paste them all together.   14. In Command MC, add the functionality to run and export reports in order to obtain a snapshot view of all opportunities for an agent with available filters applied. Could be for a single agent, a group of agents, or MC-wide. Particularly where the opportunity is in a particular phase/stage like returned or opened. At this time there is no reporting functionality tied to Opportunities. We are always talking about tracking our numbers and yet there is no way to save a record. This could be a residual effect of this reporting function.

  15. We have rainmakers who want compliance emails to go to their admin but everything is pulled from one email in kw white pages for leads and such that should be separated. The rainmaker's profile for kw.com should be their email address and command emails for compliance should have another spot to put an administrative email address.

  16. Similar to how we can see when our contacts/clients were last logged into our agent site, it would be great for MC Leadership to know when the associate was last active in their Command. This would help the market center tailor conversations to those agents and drive our metrics

  17. It would be really helpful to have a section for adding notes to a task before marking it as complete. Right now, we have to go back into the agent's profile to add notes after completing a task, which adds extra steps. It would also be great if the task notes could automatically feed into the notes section to make everything a little smoother and more organized.

  18. Once a closing happens an auto email will send to the co-op agent. Thanking them for the transaction.

  19. If a Market Center has a MLS ID, do not allow the system to let that MLS ID be added to any other CommandMC. Allowing duplicates is causing all kinds of listings issues when another MC adds it accidentally. This means associates cannot find their listings to submit offers.

  20. The ability to edit vendors has disappeared. I had to create an entirely new vendor because the agent missed one letter when they created it. I believe this could mess up reporting and taxes with having multiple of the same vendor.

    There is no longer an edit pencil icon nor the ellipses mentioned in the support article below:
