  1. We would like to be able to sort by month easily for any date column in reports. If a date column is added, clicking in the filter box there is a bunch of different ways to sort but there is no field to sort by a specific month. You can click the timeframe and click say all of the September month/year but when you have been open a long time, this is quite time consuming. Adding a tab there for month would be very helpful. I can see a case use for searching by a particular month for every date…

  2. We had adhoc reports for agents with license numbers and expiration dates. Please create one in command reports. Or add the option in reports for us to create our own report

  3. In Command MC, while you can create default checklists which auto apply to all recruits, rather than have to spend time individually assigning tasks within the current contact card, we should have the ADDITIONAL ability to set "some" default assignments and automatic due dates within the default checklist.

    i.e. Send Onboarding Package in the 'Join in Process" stage could be an item that is auto assigned to the MCA and automatically have a due date within 24 hours of being moved into that stage.

  4. It would be SO helpful to see if an agent is on a team when looking at their associate record (Command MC). This will avoid searching the teams section to find out if they're on a team and what team they're on.

  6. After 1099's are released, MCA's receive multiple requests from VR agents asking for their user name so they can log in and access their Profit Share 1099 - PLEASE make this visable to us!

  7. At this time, it is not possible to customize columns—such as rearranging, adding, or removing them. As a compliance coordinator, having access to specific information is important to my role. I would also appreciate the ability to sort the data for easier review and organization.

  8. When searching opportunities through Compliance Applet, I would also like to see the status of the commission request. Is it submitted, opened, terminated?
    We still have to go through full opportunity or search multiple times for one transactions to find if it's fully compliant.

  9. When an MCA edits something in a commission request, upon clicking save the commission request is automatically approved. I need to be able to make edits before agents click the final approval. Like for adding a wire fee or a private deduction etc.

    There is still a MAJOR need for agents to be able to review commission requests and submit prior to an edit of an MCA or AMCA.

  10. Many agents have an old or inaccessible recovery email address on their associate record. Adding that column to the associate dashboard, or providing a report listing that info, will enable market centers to proactively audit and update these addresses to AVOID a repeat of the password reset issues experienced recently.

  11. Every report when downloaded as a CSV is just titled widget. I have to go in and manually change the name to know what it is. It would be helpful if it was automatically named the report name and the date. At minimum having the report name would help a lot!

  12. I need a report that will give me a list of every item from the outside referral box of each DA in a certain period. It would include the transaction number, amount paid, and associated "Pay to" name for every line item. We use this box to collect B&O tax as well as outside referrals and we need to know how much of each type.

  14. As a reviewer in compliance it seems I am always always rejecting some items for the exact same thing. It would be nice to go to a clause manager and pick the clause that is already there so we don't need to type it all the time.

  15. This would be used by Market Center Leadership to connect with Associates in the Market Center. It would add people to the smart plan when the associate is activated and vice versa. The value add would be to everyone in the market center, leadership - time savings and another touch to agents, and a value add to the agents.

  16. When new associates are inputting their lic information in the Join in Process part - they input their license dates, YET THE CALENDAR DOES NOT LET YOU TYPE IN DATE - you have to CLICK THROUGH EACH MONTH TO FUTURE YEARS. Why cant the calendar accept a typed in date?

  18. This should apply to recruits and track through to associates. Command MC should have the ability to delete custom recruit lead sources. It's like custom tags, when systems change, the available lead sources need to be updated for a cleaner more streamlined systems.

  19. Add the ability to export to CSV and PDF the Associates Tab. We would be able to export a Top Down Report with agent's email and phone number. Great for targeting the roster based on production level.

  20. We have agents in multiple MLSs so we have to manually remove any duplicate listings from the Listings adjutment tab in Transactions or else our reports are wrong. Currently we are unable to sort the data on the Listings tab by agent name or property address, nor can we export this list into Excel to sort it manually.
