Way to toggle off the New Detail Panel when opening an Opportunity
The new Detail Panel that appears on the left side every time you open an opportunity needs to be an option to open, not start off opened. It is in the way and creates an additional step to the reviewing process for us.

Reports Header
Report Headers for PDF Downloads: I understand that for csv downloads the headers are a problem, but when printing PDF downloads for MYT reports and such it would be nice to have the headers that are showing in the report to actually be printed as pdf as well. It shows the information that is pulled plus the OP, TL, MCA and so on in the header. If printed on PDF it would be nice to have this as well like it did when we printed from crystal reports.

Show Production Reports in Associate Record
It would make it a lot easier to have their production within their profile. Our agents sometimes have a quick question regarding their DA and to be more efficient instead of having to search for the property in transactions for an immediate answer, it would be amazing to have it accessible right in their profile. This could also help if an agent may need another copy or simply a breakdown of their production so they can track it as well.

Make Key Metrics Report Printable
Key Metrics and the KWRI Invoice in Transactions -> Month End Close should be able to be seen after transmittal. Why do we have to take a screenshot every month? Can we make it as a report or be able to pull like we do our balance sheet and income statements?

Add "Back to Opportunity" Button when Viewing Opportunity
The user is suggesting that a "Back to Opportunities Search" button/link be added alongside the "Compliance" link at the top-left corner of the opportunity when reviewing opportunities via CommandMC.

Add Recovery Email Column to Associates Table
Many agents have an old or inaccessible recovery email address on their associate record. Adding that column to the associate dashboard, or providing a report listing that info, will enable market centers to proactively audit and update these addresses to AVOID a repeat of the password reset issues experienced recently.

Regional Progress Report
For Regional leadership, one aggregate report under the PROGRESS TAB, that shows the progress for the region as a whole and then the option to breakdown that progress by each market center. As of now, you would have to click through each market center.

Compliance Emails to Different Email Address
We have rainmakers who want compliance emails to go to their admin but everything is pulled from one email in kw white pages for leads and such that should be separated. The rainmaker's profile for kw.com should be their email address and command emails for compliance should have another spot to put an administrative email address.

Advanced Filtering for Recruits
Advanced filters like have been added to personal command are needed.
Such as:
Smart Plan > includes > choose from smartplans
Smart Plan > excludes > choose from smartplansLast contact, last updated, created, lead source, tags, etc. All available with the includes, excludes, none, etc

Remove Recruits from SmartPlans after KW Invitation is Complete
When a recruit is moved to the “committed” stage of the recruiting pipeline, have a setting in Smartplans that will allow that pipeline movement to stop active recruiting Smartplans from going to that recruit. Example: Susan is a recruit that says “yes” to the kw office. When Susan is moved to the “committed” stage of the pipeline, the active Smartplans going to her as a recruit would end. Then, once Susan onboards, she can be effectively added to associate-based Smartplans. This automatic function would be a time saver and also help us stay on top of the communication she is…

Delete CommandMC Lead Sources
This should apply to recruits and track through to associates. Command MC should have the ability to delete custom recruit lead sources. It's like custom tags, when systems change, the available lead sources need to be updated for a cleaner more streamlined systems.

Sort Listings by Agent Name or Address
We have agents in multiple MLSs so we have to manually remove any duplicate listings from the Listings adjutment tab in Transactions or else our reports are wrong. Currently we are unable to sort the data on the Listings tab by agent name or property address, nor can we export this list into Excel to sort it manually.

Add Search by Commission Amount
A search filter for an agent's commission amount in opportunities. We get a lot of checks in with NO information about who or what it is for. Being able to search for matching commission amounts may give us leads for who the check belongs to instead of it sitting around waiting on someone to ask about it.

Need option to print DBA name for Vendors(co-brokers) on the DA
Did something change in CommandMC for Vendor (co-broker) names appearing as their LLC (legal) name instead of DBA name on the CDA? This is causing issues for us as we are attempting to pay Place on a CDA from our Market Center. Can this be fixed to show the DBA name on the CDA?

Remove All Checklist Items in Recruit Card
We have agents who have completed the joining portal and full onboarding through the new system, and have left for one reason or another. When they return, their checklist items are all completed and to uncheck them, it needs to be done manually one-by-one. It would be nice to have a Remove/Delete all and then be able to add new checklists incase items have changed on checklists since the associate was here last.

Top 20% Roster Download
Top Down Reports Have Incorrect Email Addresses: Top 20% Report does NOT download the correct email address for the agent. So, they do not see important emails. It does NOT pull from their preferred email address in their KW profile. Instead, it just uses their KW email, which many of them do not check. Please align the top down reports with the email the agents are asking to be used in their profile.

Have the ability to Sign documents in the Private Folder of an Opportunity
We need a space where private documents need to be uploaded and signed by the Broker of Records. This ability exists in the three other folders, Listed, Under Contract and Closed. The user can simply select an uploaded document and then click "Sign documents" at the top of the page.

Do not allow duplicate MLS ID
If a Market Center has a MLS ID, do not allow the system to let that MLS ID be added to any other CommandMC. Allowing duplicates is causing all kinds of listings issues when another MC adds it accidentally. This means associates cannot find their listings to submit offers.
