  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  2. Every report when downloaded as a CSV is just titled widget. I have to go in and manually change the name to know what it is. It would be helpful if it was automatically named the report name and the date. At minimum having the report name would help a lot!

  3. Top Down Reports Have Incorrect Email Addresses: Top 20% Report does NOT download the correct email address for the agent. So, they do not see important emails. It does NOT pull from their preferred email address in their KW profile. Instead, it just uses their KW email, which many of them do not check. Please align the top down reports with the email the agents are asking to be used in their profile.

  4. Remove the 3 auto filters in place in the Compliance Applet. We can add in filters we want when searching. When we forget and clear filters, then we have to re-search everything.

  5. Key Metrics and the KWRI Invoice in Transactions -> Month End Close should be able to be seen after transmittal. Why do we have to take a screenshot every month? Can we make it as a report or be able to pull like we do our balance sheet and income statements?

  6. Allow the Compliance Coordinator Role to have access to Transactions. Our transactions processing team needs this to do their job, but they should not have access to all the items an MC Leader has such as our full Recruiting pipeline. Seems silly that the role that is in charge of processing deals and transactions doesn't have access to this part of the program.

  8. In the Disbursements area- the Other Brokers should be listed by Brokerage instead of agent name. All of our checks are written to the brokerage. Right now we are forced to go to the opportunity to find the name of the brokerage.

In Command MC, while you can create default checklists which auto apply to all recruits, rather than have to spend time individually assigning tasks within the current contact card, we should have the ADDITIONAL ability to set "some" default assignments and automatic due dates within the default checklist.

    i.e. Send Onboarding Package in the 'Join in Process" stage could be an item that is auto assigned to the MCA and automatically have a due date within 24 hours of being moved into that stage.

  10. We have rainmakers who want compliance emails to go to their admin but everything is pulled from one email in kw white pages for leads and such that should be separated. The rainmaker's profile for kw.com should be their email address and command emails for compliance should have another spot to put an administrative email address.

  11. This would be used by Market Center Leadership to connect with Associates in the Market Center. It would add people to the smart plan when the associate is activated and vice versa. The value add would be to everyone in the market center, leadership - time savings and another touch to agents, and a value add to the agents.

  12. When new associates are inputting their lic information in the Join in Process part - they input their license dates, YET THE CALENDAR DOES NOT LET YOU TYPE IN DATE - you have to CLICK THROUGH EACH MONTH TO FUTURE YEARS. Why cant the calendar accept a typed in date?

  16. It would make it a lot easier to have their production within their profile. Our agents sometimes have a quick question regarding their DA and to be more efficient instead of having to search for the property in transactions for an immediate answer, it would be amazing to have it accessible right in their profile. This could also help if an agent may need another copy or simply a breakdown of their production so they can track it as well.

  17. The user is suggesting that a "Back to Opportunities Search" button/link be added alongside the "Compliance" link at the top-left corner of the opportunity when reviewing opportunities via CommandMC.

  18. Example: Keller Williams Eastside (Agent: Jane Doe)

    This would stop a lot of calls we get from other MCs to find out which of their agents should be paid out on a referral. Escrow sometimes will only send a check, no copy of DA, no Final SS, so they have no clue who to pay out.

    Right now, escrow has no clue unless the agent sends them a copy of the actual referral agreement. So, the other MC has to call our MC to find out. This would help our MC from not having these calls plus escrow wouldn't be…

  19. A search filter for an agent's commission amount in opportunities. We get a lot of checks in with NO information about who or what it is for. Being able to search for matching commission amounts may give us leads for who the check belongs to instead of it sitting around waiting on someone to ask about it.

  20. For Regional leadership, one aggregate report under the PROGRESS TAB, that shows the progress for the region as a whole and then the option to breakdown that progress by each market center. As of now, you would have to click through each market center.
