  1. When an MCA edits something in a commission request, upon clicking save the commission request is automatically approved. I need to be able to make edits before agents click the final approval. Like for adding a wire fee or a private deduction etc.

    There is still a MAJOR need for agents to be able to review commission requests and submit prior to an edit of an MCA or AMCA.

  2. Key Metrics and the KWRI Invoice in Transactions -> Month End Close should be able to be seen after transmittal. Why do we have to take a screenshot every month? Can we make it as a report or be able to pull like we do our balance sheet and income statements?

  3. Currently it just lists our agents by last name alphabetically. The costumer should have the ability to search for a specific name rather than flip through a dozen pages of agents.

  5. Remove the 3 auto filters in place in the Compliance Applet. We can add in filters we want when searching. When we forget and clear filters, then we have to re-search everything.

  6. Example: Keller Williams Eastside (Agent: Jane Doe)

    This would stop a lot of calls we get from other MCs to find out which of their agents should be paid out on a referral. Escrow sometimes will only send a check, no copy of DA, no Final SS, so they have no clue who to pay out.

    Right now, escrow has no clue unless the agent sends them a copy of the actual referral agreement. So, the other MC has to call our MC to find out. This would help our MC from not having these calls plus escrow wouldn't be…

  7. Allow the Compliance Coordinator Role to have access to Transactions. Our transactions processing team needs this to do their job, but they should not have access to all the items an MC Leader has such as our full Recruiting pipeline. Seems silly that the role that is in charge of processing deals and transactions doesn't have access to this part of the program.

  8. We need the Total Agent Count report to be downloadable as an excel report. Our MLS and I am sure others is last name, first name and comparing the two as is currently not productive. Is this a change that could be made soon? Thanks

  9. For Regional leadership, one aggregate report under the PROGRESS TAB, that shows the progress for the region as a whole and then the option to breakdown that progress by each market center. As of now, you would have to click through each market center.

  10. We have rainmakers who want compliance emails to go to their admin but everything is pulled from one email in kw white pages for leads and such that should be separated. The rainmaker's profile for kw.com should be their email address and command emails for compliance should have another spot to put an administrative email address.

  11. This would be used by Market Center Leadership to connect with Associates in the Market Center. It would add people to the smart plan when the associate is activated and vice versa. The value add would be to everyone in the market center, leadership - time savings and another touch to agents, and a value add to the agents.

  13. All reports should either default to sorting by last name, or at a minimum, give us the ability to change our default to that sort. Specifically Associate Awards reports - but all need to have that ability

  15. Link to be able to Print All Reports at once at Month End just like winmore had this option instead of us having to click each. This will save time and help with not forgetting to print certain ones

  16. Be able to unassign recruits from a previous team member/team leader after the team member has already left the office. Right now, you can't filter by previous team members.

  17. A search filter for an agent's commission amount in opportunities. We get a lot of checks in with NO information about who or what it is for. Being able to search for matching commission amounts may give us leads for who the check belongs to instead of it sitting around waiting on someone to ask about it.

  18. The Vital Signs report provides some very important data that can be consolidated and used strategically to positively influence the market center. The use of Contacts, Smart Plans and Opportunities can all be exported individually from the Vital Signs Report and then sorted by KWUID in each. Then you can consolidate them all into one spreadsheet by Agent. Having the export of Command MC data with production info and including the KWUID so you can easily sort that list by KWUID and paste them all together.   19. When a transaction is started an associate is chosed and underneath the name is where the team name appears or you can choose to not have the transaction attributed to a team. Once that is submitted there is no denotion on the transaction that the team was selected. Nothing under the agents name, nothing in the property details. There should be some sort of visual cue to make sure data is accurate.

  20. Reports before the switch.
    The MCA was able to see the financials from other market centers in KW and now that report is gone. Allowing access to the financials of all the Market Centers provides transparency and it allows the MCA the ability be able to compare their Market Center with other similar make Market Centers.
