  1. Similar to how we can see when our contacts/clients were last logged into our agent site, it would be great for MC Leadership to know when the associate was last active in their Command. This would help the market center tailor conversations to those agents and drive our metrics

  2. MC Leaders with the "Compliance Coordinator" and "MC Broker" leadership roles should have access to edit the license expiration dates and MLS IDs in the Associates tab of CommandMC. As it stands, only OP, MCA, TL, Assistant MCA, Assistant TL accounts have access to edit this information.

  3. It would be really helpful to have a section for adding notes to a task before marking it as complete. Right now, we have to go back into the agent's profile to add notes after completing a task, which adds extra steps. It would also be great if the task notes could automatically feed into the notes section to make everything a little smoother and more organized.

  4. I know there are several others here about tasks - however when working from the task manager > other tasks in Command MC, it takes too many clicks to make sure a completed task logs an activity. It should prompt every time an individual task is completed, whether from the task manager screen or inside the recruit/associate card.

    Currently clicking "complete task" in the task manager view does not prompt to log activity, which creates too many clicks to log the activity, make sure the task is marked completed, then not lose your place in the task list.

  5. Once a closing happens an auto email will send to the co-op agent. Thanking them for the transaction.

  6. If a Market Center has a MLS ID, do not allow the system to let that MLS ID be added to any other CommandMC. Allowing duplicates is causing all kinds of listings issues when another MC adds it accidentally. This means associates cannot find their listings to submit offers.

  7. The ability to edit vendors has disappeared. I had to create an entirely new vendor because the agent missed one letter when they created it. I believe this could mess up reporting and taxes with having multiple of the same vendor.

    There is no longer an edit pencil icon nor the ellipses mentioned in the support article below:

  8. It would be very helpful for moving back and forth between Transactions to Opportunities if the ID was readily available on the "quick view" page via a clickable link (like how the Transaction ID is currently clickable). I know that currently you can click the Trans# and then see the Opportunity ID within Property Details, but even that one is not clickable.

  9. It would be great if the transaction notes could be visible on the associate detail screen while editing a transaction. I often have to save the unfinished transaction, go back to the notes tab, then click the pencil again and click through to the associate detail section again to make the edits according to the note.

  10. Searching for opportunities in CommandMC Opportunities takes long time to show results. Each search averages between 5-30 seconds. This adds up over time for those that work heavily in CommandMC Opportunities, making their work inefficient.

  12. Having the option of bulk actions when moving recruits throughout the various phases of the recruiting pipeline will allow any of member of leadership do so more easily and efficiently thus allowing for a better leverage of time. Currently, the method of moving recruits is to do so one by one, which when in an office that has over 200 recruiting appointments a year, can be a very time consuming task.

  14. When Command eventually replaces Winmore, would like to see a built in Daily Company Dollar tool that is "smart" enough to predict capping and automatically ignore any projected company dollar for the month that will not materialize due to the agent capping.

While I am not certain if an update with these specific features is already being developed, I would like to propose the creation of an integration into command that allows administrators to make market center announcements while also providing a separate chat feature for agent communication. Here are some key reasons why I believe this would be beneficial:

  16. We need to have a tool in Command MC that helps us connect associates to the courses that we have prescribed for their business and track if they attended the class. To connect the value that Keller Williams offers to the results that the agents are having in their business. We can also help those that are struggling in their business and how we can help them.

  17. When creating and submitting a transaction from an agent Opportunity within a team, make sure the commission amounts after the split are only visible to the connected agent, keeping the commission values of other agents confidential. Usually, in large teams, the team admins will be responsible to create that Opportunity and enter all of the commission details so that agents don't know about the splits.

  18. Filtering by tags is not effective, because when applying 2 or 3 tags to search by, it brings up all the opportunities that have ANY of those three tags on it, but I need it to filter opportunities that have ALL of the 3 tags - for example, searching for opportunities tagged as "December Closing" and "Invoice to be Sent" brings up any opportunities that have a December tag on it, even if it doesn't have the invoice tag, AND any opportunities tagged with "Invoice to be Sent" even if it doesn't have the December tag, this makes it difficult…
