  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. We have agents who have completed the joining portal and full onboarding through the new system, and have left for one reason or another. When they return, their checklist items are all completed and to uncheck them, it needs to be done manually one-by-one. It would be nice to have a Remove/Delete all and then be able to add new checklists incase items have changed on checklists since the associate was here last.

  2. Once a closing happens an auto email will send to the co-op agent. Thanking them for the transaction.

  4. It would be very helpful for moving back and forth between Transactions to Opportunities if the ID was readily available on the "quick view" page via a clickable link (like how the Transaction ID is currently clickable). I know that currently you can click the Trans# and then see the Opportunity ID within Property Details, but even that one is not clickable.

  5. It would be great if the transaction notes could be visible on the associate detail screen while editing a transaction. I often have to save the unfinished transaction, go back to the notes tab, then click the pencil again and click through to the associate detail section again to make the edits according to the note.

  6. Searching for opportunities in CommandMC Opportunities takes long time to show results. Each search averages between 5-30 seconds. This adds up over time for those that work heavily in CommandMC Opportunities, making their work inefficient.

  8. Having the option of bulk actions when moving recruits throughout the various phases of the recruiting pipeline will allow any of member of leadership do so more easily and efficiently thus allowing for a better leverage of time. Currently, the method of moving recruits is to do so one by one, which when in an office that has over 200 recruiting appointments a year, can be a very time consuming task.

  9. We need to have the ability to search Market Center Opportunities by a date range, last updated, and closed. Need to be able to save the custom filters and modify columns just like contacts.

While I am not certain if an update with these specific features is already being developed, I would like to propose the creation of an integration into command that allows administrators to make market center announcements while also providing a separate chat feature for agent communication. Here are some key reasons why I believe this would be beneficial:

  12. Top Down Reports Have Incorrect Email Addresses: Top 20% Report does NOT download the correct email address for the agent. So, they do not see important emails. It does NOT pull from their preferred email address in their KW profile. Instead, it just uses their KW email, which many of them do not check. Please align the top down reports with the email the agents are asking to be used in their profile.

  13. We have had trouble tracking commercial properties in Command MC because the Units & Square Footage info populate in the same tracking column.

    To help consistency we made a policy for Commercial Leases to take the entire volume on the FIRST transaction and the remaining will be at $0. It will help us track more ACCURATELY what is being closed by not processing a lease as an Outside Referral. Although now the system won't let us process a lease for $0.

    We implemented this after listening to the MCA call with the Commercial team and now the process is broken…

  14. When creating and submitting a transaction from an agent Opportunity within a team, make sure the commission amounts after the split are only visible to the connected agent, keeping the commission values of other agents confidential. Usually, in large teams, the team admins will be responsible to create that Opportunity and enter all of the commission details so that agents don't know about the splits.

  15. Filtering by tags is not effective, because when applying 2 or 3 tags to search by, it brings up all the opportunities that have ANY of those three tags on it, but I need it to filter opportunities that have ALL of the 3 tags - for example, searching for opportunities tagged as "December Closing" and "Invoice to be Sent" brings up any opportunities that have a December tag on it, even if it doesn't have the invoice tag, AND any opportunities tagged with "Invoice to be Sent" even if it doesn't have the December tag, this makes it difficult…

  16. Currently the only way you can add preferred vendors to the MC Site is by going to the Command Dashboard preferred vendor widget and clicking a box to add it to the MC Site.

    This functions very differently from the Agent Site preferred vendors where you can access preferred vendors from the agent site editor. I would like to see the MC Site preferred vendor list function just like it does on the agent site, OR put it in the CommandMC Site applet.

  18. Would be great to be able to transfer a recruit to another MC while retaining the contact history and referral source from one MC to another and have it show up in "inbound leads" to the receiving MC. Every once in a while, we meet with someone out of area and call those offices to refer. Would be convenient to do so in Command and could help in event of agents who move etc.

  20. Now that we are using Command to Onboard new Agents, could we also add in a similar method for the Declination process of Vested Associates?

    So similar to onboarding, (we now can send an invite link, the new Associate walks through prompts, there's a video of Jay Papasan explaining Profit Share, and so on...)

    Can KWRI develop a similar portal for the Profit Share declination process?

    For example, when someone says they do not want to be in the KW PS program, we would send them the secure link, which also cc's back to KWRI's MCA Division Support.
