Transfer Recruit to Another MC
Would be great to be able to transfer a recruit to another MC while retaining the contact history and referral source from one MC to another and have it show up in "inbound leads" to the receiving MC. Every once in a while, we meet with someone out of area and call those offices to refer. Would be convenient to do so in Command and could help in event of agents who move etc.

it would be great to be able to automatically trigger a recruiting smart plan based on a new inbound lead be it from locations.kw.com or a mass import with the same tag or simply to target a specific brokerage or group of contacts.

Vested Renewal Declination Offboarding Portal
Now that we are using Command to Onboard new Agents, could we also add in a similar method for the Declination process of Vested Associates?
So similar to onboarding, (we now can send an invite link, the new Associate walks through prompts, there's a video of Jay Papasan explaining Profit Share, and so on...)
Can KWRI develop a similar portal for the Profit Share declination process?
For example, when someone says they do not want to be in the KW PS program, we would send them the secure link, which also cc's back to KWRI's MCA Division Support.

Add Search by Title/Escrow
First American Title Co (FATCO) has a data breach which is making transmittal extremely difficult as we're trying to track down unbooked funds. There's no easy way for search for this in Command.

Show Transaction Status on Opportunities Tab
It would save time to be able to see the status of each transaction on the all opportunities page. I'd like to see all on one screen which opportunities have been submitted/approved/denied or if a CDA has been created.

Show Compliance Tags to Agents
Admin tags should be visible to Agents so they can tell which step of the process we are in for processing their paperwork. E.g. Listing Complete, Missing Paperwork, Conditional, Missing Lawyer - Seeing just these 4 tags, would let them know that their Listing is Complete, but the Transaction is still Conditional, we are Missing Paperwork to make it to Firm, and that we do not have Lawyer Information for the property yet.
They can tell all of this at a glance at the Tags, rather than entering the Opportunity and rifling through paperwork.

Allow Termination of Lease Type Opportunities
There are occasions when a rental transaction has a Commission entered and for one reason or another needs to be terminated. (deal falls through/it was a test commission created) As with a sale, we should be able to terminate the Commission.

Remove from Pipeline inside Recruit Record
Please let me remove an agent from the Recruiting Pipeline from the Contact card. Currently you have to back out of the card all together which brings you back to the active recruit stage no matter where you were before and you have to navigate back to the correct card to hit the meatballs to remove them. It takes so much time to clean up the pipeline as it is.

Show Referral Agent Name on DA
Example: Keller Williams Eastside (Agent: Jane Doe)
This would stop a lot of calls we get from other MCs to find out which of their agents should be paid out on a referral. Escrow sometimes will only send a check, no copy of DA, no Final SS, so they have no clue who to pay out.
Right now, escrow has no clue unless the agent sends them a copy of the actual referral agreement. So, the other MC has to call our MC to find out. This would help our MC from not having these calls plus escrow wouldn't be…

MC Sites - Agent Attribution on Listings
Listing agent information is not showing up on any listings viewed through Market Center sites. Though it was explained to me that this functionality is reserved primarily for agent sites (and the regular KW site), I feel it belies the "Your listings, your leads" principle in terms of helping our agents garner more visibility throughout the platform.
Would it be possible at some future point to include agent-attribution on listings at MC sites?

Show Concessions on Page 1 of DA
Title companies need to see total commission and concession reduces total commission. It's not accounted for on Page 1 of the DA, so title companies can't reconcile what's being paid out because they don't see the "actual" deduction on page 1 of the DA.

Round Robin Assignee for SmartPlan Tasks
Have the flexibility to have care calls scheduled round-robin style to the leadership team (perhaps a toggle button on their profile if they should be included in the round robin?) so that we can assign care calls to multiple people throughout the year and they hear from the whole team.

Add Mandarin & Cantonese as Language Options
When an agent joins us there is no option for them to select Mandarin or Cantonese as a second language. The only option is Chinese...but there's no such language. It's Mandarin or Cantonese, and they are vastly different languages.

Allow Clickable Links in Task Description
Onboarding and offboarding could be faster if links to all the relevant websites and spreadsheets can be added to task items. For example: "Add agent to Office Facebook Group [bitly link to our FB Group]"
Currently it is not possible to highlight the text in tasks items, so even non-linked websites are not usable because there is no way to copy-paste them into the address bar.

Make CommandMC Reports More Efficient
I've noticed that over the course of the first 2 weeks there are several areas that could be a bit more efficient; specifically, the numerous reporting mechanisms. Currently, we have 2 excel spreadsheets to track appointments, referrals, R1/R2s.....since we are trying to leverage Command on a more consistent basis, I thought it would be great if we could utilize Command for more. Not just the documentation portion, but the reporting capability. - Ron Acker (ATL - Amelia Island, FL)

Assign Due Dates for Individual Documents in Compliance Checklist
to allow each document on compliance check lists to have individual due dates set by office. ex: for new listings: exclusive right to sell, MLS active, lead based paint obligations, lead based paint sales disclosure, all due within 72 hours after going under contract. Others due 7 days prior to closing. I would like those deadlines to appear next to each document and notify agent when they are past due.
