  1. As a Market Center, we need the same customization functions in Cloudmore/Commissions that we had with Greensheets.

    In Greensheets we are able to add required fields to the forms agents use to submit their greensheets/commission requests. In Command, this is not an option for us. This is causing us massive operational problems.

    The fields in commissions is not a one size fits all situation. We need the ability to customize these fields per each Market Center. KWRI created the ability to customize checklist for compliance. This same function should be extended to the MCA's for commission requests. Not having this…

  2. Our Canadian Market Centres are hesitant to integrate opportunities into Command as the current workflow is more efficient. Currently when we load a transaction into Nexone it sinks with BrokerWolf/Lonewolf then with WinMore. 1 Input and done. If we remove Nexone and integrate into Command we have to recreate each and every transaction in BrokerWolf/ Lonewolf which doubles the current workload in a transaction for our agent or our back office at the market centre.

    Most market centres want to stick with Nexone to save the workload.

  4. Please use the Military information label in a way any office can see who is or not affiliated.

    WE would like to have a report about this, something like (Military status) Active/inactive and if active, try to show the name of any of those 8 statuses on website settings!

  5. In Command MC Reports, please add the filter “Real Estate Start Date” to allow users to create more detailed custom reports. This filter would be highly beneficial and was previously available in Winmore.

  6. Currently when you download an agent's MYT or sales transactions or closed list, their names do not "download" on it, nor does the nice headings - so if printing off several, their names are not listed on the report.

  7. If an associate is approved as an Earned In Luxury Associate in the Luxury Roster under the Admin applet, their Associate entry should automatically be tagged as Luxury to better enable MC Leadership to send communications and smaprtplans around luxury information to that group.

  8. When there is a concession on a transaction, the concession does not show on page 1 of the DA. It only shows on page 2, making it appear that the Gross commission amounts don't match. This is an issue with Title Companies, with some returning the DA, thinking it's an error.

  10. I recommend verifying the property address using the auto-fill feature at the very beginning of the transaction. Waiting until you're creating or accepting an offer can cause unnecessary delays and prevent you from moving forward to the Commission tab. Taking a few extra seconds upfront will save you time later in the process!

  13. After the most recent update, the Opportunity ID no longer contains a hyperlink to the Opportunity. This hyperlink was very useful in helping agents and staff locate certain Opportunities. We used to be able to just highlight and copy paste the ID into an email, spreadsheet, etc. which the agent or admin could use to go directly to the Opportunity in question. Now that this hyperlink has been removed, we are no longer able to do this. Please restore the hyperlink in the Opportunity ID in the compliance queue, this was a very useful tool that we no longer have.

  14. It was be amazing if the system would not allow agents to put all zeros in as the EIN number. Is there a way to not let them add the vendor if they use 00-0000000. We have no way of knowing this has occurred until we go to do the 1099's and it causes a lot of back and forth searching to correct.

  15. Right now, when you're auditing files in Command Compliance, you have to exit each opportunity and go back to the main compliance screen before opening the next one. This takes a lot of time—especially when reviewing many files.

    My idea is to add "Next" and "Previous" buttons inside each opportunity so you can move from one to the next without going back to the main screen. This would make the process much faster and more efficient.

    Why it matters:

    Saves time and clicks for compliance coordinators

    Speeds up the review process, especially in high-volume offices

    Creates a smoother, more user-friendly…

  17. It would be helpful for Leadership to have the ability to find all MC Associates who add a military affiliation to their Marketing Profile. Alternately, adding that field to their "My Profile" and making it possible for Leadership to search and filter Associates for both Military Affiliation and Languages spoken from within the Associates Applet.

  19. The default sort is the most recent submission on top - I can click the arrow and it toggles to the oldest submitted - once I perform the review and return to the compliance screen. I have to re-sort it again - it wont stay as I set it

  20. Currently, when creating a transaction in CommandMC, the Seller Name field is auto-populated incorrectly with the Buyer’s Agent name instead of the actual seller. This is causing confusion among Market Centers and agents, as the expected behavior is for this field to remain blank or pull in accurate seller data if available.

    To improve accuracy and ensure the correct workflow, we request an enhancement that:
    • Prevents the Seller Name field from auto-populating with agent data
    • Allows users to manually enter the correct seller information
    • Ensures consistency across all transaction types (Sale, Lease, Referral)
