Show CommandMC at Login (Default View)
Instead of logging into Agent Command, MC Leadership should have the option to sign in directly to the CommandMC Dashboard & Include a tasks widget on the CommandMC Dashboards.

Sort by Production YTD in Associates
In the Associates tab of Command MC - let's be able to click at the top on the production tab and have it filter into a top down production level of all of our associates. A year to date top down with a click!

Show Email Sent in Associate Timeline
Now that we can send one-off or bulk emails to Associates from CommandMC (thank you!), when selecting the email from the timeline we should be taken directly to the email sent, just as it happens in the Contacts applet in Command.

Show Referral Agent Name on DA
Example: Keller Williams Eastside (Agent: Jane Doe)
This would stop a lot of calls we get from other MCs to find out which of their agents should be paid out on a referral. Escrow sometimes will only send a check, no copy of DA, no Final SS, so they have no clue who to pay out.
Right now, escrow has no clue unless the agent sends them a copy of the actual referral agreement. So, the other MC has to call our MC to find out. This would help our MC from not having these calls plus escrow wouldn't be…

MC Sites - Agent Attribution on Listings
Listing agent information is not showing up on any listings viewed through Market Center sites. Though it was explained to me that this functionality is reserved primarily for agent sites (and the regular KW site), I feel it belies the "Your listings, your leads" principle in terms of helping our agents garner more visibility throughout the platform.
Would it be possible at some future point to include agent-attribution on listings at MC sites?

Round Robin Assignee for SmartPlan Tasks
Have the flexibility to have care calls scheduled round-robin style to the leadership team (perhaps a toggle button on their profile if they should be included in the round robin?) so that we can assign care calls to multiple people throughout the year and they hear from the whole team.

Add Additional Beneficiary when Onboarding
Now that agents must add themselves to Command. There should be an option for them to add more than one beneficiary. They should have the option to add another person if necessary. The button could say add one more or next (for the next screen).

CommandMC Facebook Paid Ads
Hello! My Team Leader has had a KW RE Business for over a decade and has previously used her personal command for her business...so it's connected to her facebook. We have a KW Facebook but It would be better if we could connect that to Command MC and run campaigns through that!

Add Brokerage Transferred To Field When Removing Associate; Provide Reporting
Would be great to add a field when we are removing associate in MC Command, asking where the agent went... Referral, C21, RE/MAX etc. And then later, it would be great to have reports showing summary of where our agents went!

Request for Enhancement: Correct Classification of Solo Agents in Top Associates Report
A discrepancy has been identified in the "Top Associates Report" where Solo Agents are being misclassified. This occurs when a Solo Agent is configured as a "Team" within the Team Management system, despite the team's only other member(s) being an Unlicensed Admin. As a result, the reporting tool incorrectly places these individuals under the "Teams" or "Groups" category, rather than classifying them as "Solo Agents."

Change contact email on recruit card when removing associates
When we remove associates from the market center, the recruit card maintains their KW.com email address instead of reverting to the email that was used during their initial recruiting process. Since the KW email address is deactivated 30 days after they are removed, which becomes problematic when we attempt to re-recruit them.

Royalty Base on Agent Profile in Command $6,000 not $50,000
Royalty Base on Agent Profile in Command should show the $6,000 agents pay in rather than the $50,000 total GCI subject to Royalty. This confuses the agents and the makes it difficult for the Leadership to explain to the agents how much they've paid in and how much they still owe.

Support Chat box
When Agents or MCTT use the "Chat with Support" option a pop-up box appears. This chatbox is tied to whatever Command Page you are currently on when opening the support chat.
My recommendation is for this chatbox to follow the user if they leave the page. If they make any changes to the command page or refresh, the chat will force close and lose progress. You receive a follow up email with the transcript of the chat, however there isn't a way to reunite with the support agent who was assisting. In reporting, the ability to compare TY to LY and percent change. Currently we export to excel
Would be a great way to keep a simple pulse on how each agent is doing!

Opportunity count by phase
It would be wonderful if when I click Filter so that I can select a compliance status, that the unit count would be there to the right again. It's awesome to know how many of each status are waiting for my eyes to review.

Simple Report Options in Command MC
When I was at Family Reunion this year, I spent some time at the Command MC area and we tried to get certain reports created but were unable to, so they asked me to submit a request.
Please add the option to use the agent's personal email to all reports, many agents do not use their KW email. Or can you create a report with the following parameters: Agent Name, Personal Email, Production, Time Frame. Cheers Nate

Multiple Recruit Pipelines
Make the recruiting pipeline mirror (visually) what the Command Opportunities Pipeline is for Buyers, Sellers, Rental. Instead of those categories it would be Unlicensed, R1, & R2 Pipelines.
This would allow for leadership to create systems in the recruiting pipelines that are appropriate for each level of productions. We are currently running over 10 stages in active recruit in order to use the pipeline tasks as SOP for each recruit.
It has become clustered and made ease of use difficult
