  1. I'd love to be able to select this month or next month as a time frame for the filters "Associate Birthdate Month", "Cap Anniversary Month," and "Royalty Anniv. Month." It would allow us to automate sending a birthday & anniversary report. Right now I have to manually go in to select the correct month so I cannot set up the scheduled report to email to staff.

  2. For tasks or emails done through SmartPlans should update the Last Contacted for a recruit. Whether it's a touch task, SMS task (since Twilio is not yet supported in CommandMC), email, or call task, it should be considered contacting the recruit. Otherwise, we will have to double input by using "Add Activity" in the Timeline or not count emails as a touch.

  4. Listing agent information is not showing up on any listings viewed through Market Center sites. Though it was explained to me that this functionality is reserved primarily for agent sites (and the regular KW site), I feel it belies the "Your listings, your leads" principle in terms of helping our agents garner more visibility throughout the platform.

    Would it be possible at some future point to include agent-attribution on listings at MC sites?

  6. Title companies need to see total commission and concession reduces total commission. It's not accounted for on Page 1 of the DA, so title companies can't reconcile what's being paid out because they don't see the "actual" deduction on page 1 of the DA.

  7. Have the flexibility to have care calls scheduled round-robin style to the leadership team (perhaps a toggle button on their profile if they should be included in the round robin?) so that we can assign care calls to multiple people throughout the year and they hear from the whole team.

  9. When an agent joins us there is no option for them to select Mandarin or Cantonese as a second language. The only option is Chinese...but there's no such language. It's Mandarin or Cantonese, and they are vastly different languages.

  10. it would be great to be able to automatically trigger a recruiting smart plan based on a new inbound lead be it from locations.kw.com or a mass import with the same tag or simply to target a specific brokerage or group of contacts.

  11. Onboarding and offboarding could be faster if links to all the relevant websites and spreadsheets can be added to task items. For example: "Add agent to Office Facebook Group [bitly link to our FB Group]"

    Currently it is not possible to highlight the text in tasks items, so even non-linked websites are not usable because there is no way to copy-paste them into the address bar.

  12. First American Title Co (FATCO) has a data breach which is making transmittal extremely difficult as we're trying to track down unbooked funds. There's no easy way for search for this in Command.

  13. I've noticed that over the course of the first 2 weeks there are several areas that could be a bit more efficient; specifically, the numerous reporting mechanisms. Currently, we have 2 excel spreadsheets to track appointments, referrals, R1/R2s.....since we are trying to leverage Command on a more consistent basis, I thought it would be great if we could utilize Command for more.     Could you give us some more information on your expectations on CommandMC Reports' efficiency? Would you like to see the information update more frequently, for example? Or are there specific features/buttons you'd like to see added to better help your workflow?

  14. to allow each document on compliance check lists to have individual due dates set by office. ex: for new listings: exclusive right to sell, MLS active, lead based paint obligations, lead based paint sales disclosure, all due within 72 hours after going under contract. Others due 7 days prior to closing. I would like those deadlines to appear next to each document and notify agent when they are past due.

  15. As a compliance review person in the office we always need to know how many sellers and how many buyers there are on each transaction and the year the house was built. When we go back into a file to continue reviewing we always need to open the prelim to check who the sellers are and then go into the purchase agreement and check who the buyers are. This should not be necessary to do and by adding the two features to the tray would be of much help. Pat Cote, Fremont CA 279

  16. Now that agents must add themselves to Command. There should be an option for them to add more than one beneficiary. They should have the option to add another person if necessary. The button could say add one more or next (for the next screen).

  17. Hello! My Team Leader has had a KW RE Business for over a decade and has previously used her personal command for her business...so it's connected to her facebook. We have a KW Facebook but It would be better if we could connect that to Command MC and run campaigns through that!

I would like the ability to customize the compliance activities that I need to see (in my case - ALL opportunities) right now I have to click to remove the filters EVERY time I go into compliance and search for something. AND as a bonus - I would appreciate being able to see EVERY opportunity that has been created, not just when paperwork has been submitted, because inevitably an agent creates an opportunity, uploads paperwork, and doesn't submit or change status, so the office cannot see it. If the office could see all, we can then move that forward into…

  19. Prior to this change, we were able to select and deselect chosen filters off to the side of the page. This was very efficient because we only had to click once to apply the filter and remove it, additionally, the system showed us the number of files under said filter when searching. The addition of the Filter button completely changed this function. We now have to click the filters button, select the filters we want, then click apply. Then if we want to change the filters, we have to do the same three step process all over again. We need…

  20. When I was at Family Reunion this year, I spent some time at the Command MC area and we tried to get certain reports created but were unable to, so they asked me to submit a request.

    Please add the option to use the agent's personal email to all reports, many agents do not use their KW email. Or can you create a report with the following parameters: Agent Name, Personal Email, Production, Time Frame. Cheers Nate
