  1. For some operations within our Market Center, an email being sent to a new agent and copying other leadership members is the notice to begin getting in connection with that new agent. For example, our DAS will send an initial email inviting them to Orientation and will copy our Productivity Coach to give them the heads-up on reaching out and getting connected for new agent training.

    It would be great to have the option to copy other emails or leadership associates to an email within a SmartPlan for them to be in the loop or receive any email replies.

  3. Agents find it confusing that using "Inside Referral" makes it so that the receiving Agent pays the Co. $ of the referring agent. I suggest either changing that practuce OR adding a warning advising them that that will happen and offering the option of adding the referring agent as a second agent in the transaction.

  4. An option similar to the KW Cares deduction, where we can set up a field that allows agents to put x amount of their commission towards a deduction customized by the MC. This would be helpful for having agents see the option to stow aside money for KW Event tickets like MAC and FR, as well as what our office would use it for, putting money towards the agents association bill every transaction so it is not a surprise when the year end comes.

  5. MCAs should have the option to reinstate an agent that left and come back within the same month without having to re-invite again. Sometimes agents come back in the same month. This would also be beneficial if an agent is removed in error. If the error is caught and it is done in the same month, then we should be able to change their status. That was an option we had in Winmore as long as it was in the same month.

  6. When approving documents the pop up for "your document has been successfully uploaded" stays for too long. I cant click through it like I could the old pop up.

  7. When we remove associates from the market center, the recruit card maintains their KW.com email address instead of reverting to the email that was used during their initial recruiting process. Since the KW email address is deactivated 30 days after they are removed, which becomes problematic when we attempt to re-recruit them.

  8. When there is a concession on a transaction, the concession does not show on page 1 of the DA. It only shows on page 2, making it appear that the Gross commission amounts don't match. This is an issue with Title Companies, with some returning the DA, thinking it's an error.

  9. We manage several other systems when an agent offboards with our Brokerage. It would be nice if we could have pipeline tasks for active associates. For example, we remove the associates access to our office's Facebook group. It would be nice to track these steps in Command.

  11. We want an easy way to see if their production is up since they have joined our office. This would be a great tool for recruiting as well.

  12. When Agents or MCTT use the "Chat with Support" option a pop-up box appears. This chatbox is tied to whatever Command Page you are currently on when opening the support chat.
    My recommendation is for this chatbox to follow the user if they leave the page. If they make any changes to the command page or refresh, the chat will force close and lose progress. You receive a follow up email with the transcript of the chat, however there isn't a way to reunite with the support agent who was assisting. This causes frustration on the agent, admin and support…

  13. It was be amazing if the system would not allow agents to put all zeros in as the EIN number. Is there a way to not let them add the vendor if they use 00-0000000. We have no way of knowing this has occurred until we go to do the 1099's and it causes a lot of back and forth searching to correct.

  18. Make the recruiting pipeline mirror (visually) what the Command Opportunities Pipeline is for Buyers, Sellers, Rental. Instead of those categories it would be Unlicensed, R1, & R2 Pipelines.

    This would allow for leadership to create systems in the recruiting pipelines that are appropriate for each level of productions. We are currently running over 10 stages in active recruit in order to use the pipeline tasks as SOP for each recruit.

  19. It would be helpful to have the criteria in reports for Associate DBA Name and Incorporation Name. Also, to include address for Associate's Incorporation.

  20. When you look at the Income Statement (WinMore No More) all the numbers look like they're running together. Are we able to change the font or add some spacing to break up the columns? For instance, the YTD Actual, YTD Budget, and YTD Variance numbers all look like they could be one big number. (The spacing prior to WinMore No More was great.)
