Make CommandMC Reports More Efficient
I've noticed that over the course of the first 2 weeks there are several areas that could be a bit more efficient; specifically, the numerous reporting mechanisms. Currently, we have 2 excel spreadsheets to track appointments, referrals, R1/R2s.....since we are trying to leverage Command on a more consistent basis, I thought it would be great if we could utilize Command for more. Could you give us some more information on your expectations on CommandMC Reports' efficiency? Would you like to see the information update more frequently, for example? Or are there specific features/buttons you'd like to see added to better help your workflow?
