How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. Please show the breakdown of "additional deductions" on the commission tab within a transaction. currently, you have to click the "Edit" button to see the individual deductions that make up "Additional Deductions". Thank you!

  3. Stop sending out notifications to the agents when KW fees are added the DA. They are getting these notifications, even if you don't add them. They are for the KW Cares, KW Next Gen, and BOLD. I have had several agents contact me freaking out as they have not signed up for these deductions, and we didn't enter anything in for those fields. Just turn it off or if the agent wants to add it, then a notification should be sent in Command that the MCA is notified that the agent added it, and only then. I have had several…

    Where would you expect to see these custom fields in the Associate record? Would it be on a specific tab, on the left sidebar, etc? Where would you set up these custom fields (ex: in the Admin Applet)? Who would be allowed to create and edit these custom fields? Would they need to be marked as required?

With the new update, the clock icon to display that there is more than one version of a folder was removed from the compliance dashboard, as well as the documents section of the opportunity as well. The removal of this icon makes it difficult to know that an agent has created a new version of a folder, so having it reimplemented would be highly valuable.

  7. I would love to see a prompt when you close the month asking if your appointment numbers are correct before actually closing the month. All other sections - # of contracts, listings, agent count, CO$ - they all tie back to something else but appointments do not. I miss being able to double check that part like Winmore used to ask us.

  8. when choosing filter for dates...rather than having to select each month for a report showing Last 12 Months, can LTM be an option like selecting last quarter or last month

  9. I'd like to be able to run a report showing all the vendor and their associated TaxIDs. I have caught agents entering 00-000000 as the tax id for referrals and when processing commission in transactions there is no way to catch this.

  10. Within Command Vendors, please add an option for Transaction Coordinator. We have 4 outside independent TCs that are commonly used by our agents.

    As Command is now, every time they fill in their info in the Commission opportunity section, it's duplicating records.

  11. MCA Dept would like a "Send Confetti" to associate who has just capped. When they log into their Command, a "Congratulations You Are Now Capped!"... message appears to celebrate their achievement.

  12. The associates section for the region does not currently show all associates for the region and this would be extremely helpful as regional leadership in order to recognize and keep notes as we have conversations.

  13. We have a team that pays royalty for their agents. We have been doing this through Deductions as a negative deduction in Winmore on the Agent side and a regular deduction on the Rainmaker side. How do we reimburse the agent for the deduction

  14. Easy Button for pending list follow up so we can push right from the (future) pending list in Command. Agent gets a notification on phone asking for status update. It prompts them to change price, date, etc in their opportunity.

  16. Add option when submitting commission tab for agent to select “Yes I would recommend that this agent join KW” or “No I would not recommend working with this agent” for the co-broker they worked with. A required yes or no box that sends a notification to the TL when checked yes so they know to reach out.

    (I believe green sheets used to do this) :)

  17. Leases that have multiple payments over time now require multiple CDAs to be created. This can stretch over several years with commercial leases. Adding a payments over time feature would streamline this process, and not leave multiple unclosed DAs in the system.

  19. Wondering if we can add a "Reviewed" option for compliance? Like Approved and Returned. We are seeing confusion in our offices and frustration because they see that red returned. Would it be possible to have a reviewed option in Yellow or something? Thanks!

  20. We have a very diverse office which includes several people who go by their middle names and other preferred names, however, they still need to be paid out through their legal name.

    Currently, the Disbursement Authorizations only pull from the main Associate Name for their profile rather than the "Associate Legal Name" field. This is crucial to ensure that our agents are being paid correctly and saves us from having to update their main Associate Name in their profile when they have a transaction.
