  1. Royalty Base on Agent Profile in Command should show the $3,000 agents pay in rather than the $50,000 total GCI subject to Royalty. This confuses the agents and the makes it difficult for the Leadership to explain to the agents how much they've paid in and how much they still owe.

  3. Once a closing happens an auto email will send to the co-op agent. Thanking them for the transaction.

  4. Deductions. For recurring deductions. There should be a total gross amount. With each transaction any amount paid toward that should reduce that amount until it gets to "zero" and the deduction stops.

  5. We would like to be able to sort by month easily for any date column in reports. If a date column is added, clicking in the filter box there is a bunch of different ways to sort but there is no field to sort by a specific month. You can click the timeframe and click say all of the September month/year but when you have been open a long time, this is quite time consuming. Adding a tab there for month would be very helpful. I can see a case use for searching by a particular month for every date…

  6. when choosing filter for dates...rather than having to select each month for a report showing Last 12 Months, can LTM be an option like selecting last quarter or last month

  7. Our market center is trying to use CommandMC as our main CRM. As a staff, we completed monthly care calls to our associates. We track who is completing their dials and notes on the agents. As of right now, I can not see if our associates are receiving dials as it lumps recruits & associates together AND I cannot see who completed the dial.

    I would like to be able to see this information in a report AND even better would be able to have a dashboard where I can see which staff are in the lead and gamify their…

  9. Need to adjust the allowed decimals from the current two to four. This is due to the various fees for business license per locality.

  10. It was be amazing if the system would not allow agents to put all zeros in as the EIN number. Is there a way to not let them add the vendor if they use 00-0000000. We have no way of knowing this has occurred until we go to do the 1099's and it causes a lot of back and forth searching to correct.

  11. Currently, the Royalty Cap progress bar that agents see is based on Royalty Paid by MC. It would make things a lot easier if their royalty cap status and transactions were based on royalty paid by associate, this way if we have royalty issues, the agent would only see their cap status reflected based on what they've actually paid in, and would make collecting the missing royalty on a previous transaction a lot easier.

  12. Add the ability to export to CSV and PDF the Associates Tab. We would be able to export a Top Down Report with agent's email and phone number. Great for targeting the roster based on production level.

  14. When I was at Family Reunion this year, I spent some time at the Command MC area and we tried to get certain reports created but were unable to, so they asked me to submit a request.

    Please add the option to use the agent's personal email to all reports, many agents do not use their KW email. Or can you create a report with the following parameters: Agent Name, Personal Email, Production, Time Frame. Cheers Nate

  15. Would love to merge the notes, activities and timeline. During lead gen, we put our conversation notes in the actual Notes section whether it's an email, call, or text. Now that Activities are being tracked, we are adding that second step. Unfortunately, the activities don't show up under Notes. They only show up under Timeline. Would love if these sections could be merged to avoid confusion and duplication.

  16. We need to be able to add 1 agent to more than 1 team for multiple reasons.

    1 example, I have a licensed admin who splits her time 50/50 between 2 teams. She needs to be on both teams.

    2nd exampe, I have multiple teams who use the in house PC program for their new team members. I need to be able to add them onto the team AND onto the ProCoach team.

  17. When creating and submitting a transaction from an agent Opportunity within a team, make sure the commission amounts after the split are only visible to the connected agent, keeping the commission values of other agents confidential. Usually, in large teams, the team admins will be responsible to create that Opportunity and enter all of the commission details so that agents don't know about the splits.

  19. I'd like to be able to run a report showing all the vendor and their associated TaxIDs. I have caught agents entering 00-000000 as the tax id for referrals and when processing commission in transactions there is no way to catch this.

  20. It would be beneficial to have similar bulk options as in Command where applicable. Mainly, I find having the option to Bulk Remove a Tag would be advantageous when going in and cleaning up a pipeline. Otherwise, we're left to going in to each individual card and removing them one by one.
