  1. Right now we can choose who we want to add to a deduction for all or a group of agents, we should have that ability to remove them also. Right now you can only remove one by one

  2. Make the recruiting pipeline mirror (visually) what the Command Opportunities Pipeline is for Buyers, Sellers, Rental. Instead of those categories it would be Unlicensed, R1, & R2 Pipelines.

    This would allow for leadership to create systems in the recruiting pipelines that are appropriate for each level of productions. We are currently running over 10 stages in active recruit in order to use the pipeline tasks as SOP for each recruit.

    It has become clustered and made ease of use difficult

  3. Please allow the ability to print the KW Invoice as a PDF in its existing layout, similar to the Profit Share Calcs PDF format from WinMORE. The current help article recommends taking a screenshot and downloading the image. This not only reduces the image quality dramatically but it also adds an image file to our file folders instead of a PDF. Not everyone has a photo viewer installed on their computer in order to open image files.

  4. We have a team that pays royalty for their agents. We have been doing this through Deductions as a negative deduction in Winmore on the Agent side and a regular deduction on the Rainmaker side. How do we reimburse the agent for the deduction

    Where would you expect to see these custom fields in the Associate record? Would it be on a specific tab, on the left sidebar, etc? Where would you set up these custom fields (ex: in the Admin Applet)? Who would be allowed to create and edit these custom fields? Would they need to be marked as required?

  9. In running a VR Associate report through CommandMC; (I would usually run that report to include their personal email) (since they do not use their KW email).. Unfortunately, the reporting functions filter / "Add" a column does not include a personal email option... only KW email. This would mean, I will need to look up all of the personal emails from CommandMC and manually add them to my downloaded report. Could we please add personal email to report selections. Thank you!

  10. The ability to edit vendors has disappeared. I had to create an entirely new vendor because the agent missed one letter when they created it. I believe this could mess up reporting and taxes with having multiple of the same vendor.

    There is no longer an edit pencil icon nor the ellipses mentioned in the support article below:

  12. We work hard to keep all aspects of the transaction and actions needed or taken inside of the opportunity. It's our one-stop-shop for everything related to each transaction.

    We currently tag agents in the "Closed Stage" of the Documents Tab to notify them they've been paid, and when/how any cobrokers, referrals, or seller excess checks have been released.

    It would be VERY helpful to have a button for MCA's to use that auto-tags the Opportunity as "Paid Out" and sends a pre-formatted Command Notification (with a companion email) to notify the Agent when commissions, cobrokers, referrals, and seller excess has…

  13. Every report when downloaded as a CSV is just titled widget. I have to go in and manually change the name to know what it is. It would be helpful if it was automatically named the report name and the date. At minimum having the report name would help a lot!

  14. Incorporation Name to show on financial tab - disbursement section of the transaction. Currently only the agent's name is listed. Would like to see both the name and incorporated (if there is one) in this area. If we are paying the agent straight from this screen we have to remember what their LLC name is. Only way to see the incorporated name is to download the PDF.

  16. We had adhoc reports for agents with license numbers and expiration dates. Please create one in command reports. Or add the option in reports for us to create our own report

  17. When in the Transaction Screen, all the ones that need action taken, should be at the top (Submitted, Resubmitted, and Request for Termination. Closed and Terminated should be at the bottom. Or have settings that we can set as our default, and it opens that screen as we have set up as our default view every time we go in there.

  18. The agent's commission details should show how much of the unit was allocated to them. This is helpful for our agents/teams to track their unit production.

  19. If the Market Center is being sold to a new Market Center, we want to ensure that all recruit details, such as the "Referrer" and recruit "Notes," are included in the export CSV file when the recruits are exported and imported to the new Market Center.

  20. It would be very helpful for moving back and forth between Transactions to Opportunities if the ID was readily available on the "quick view" page via a clickable link (like how the Transaction ID is currently clickable). I know that currently you can click the Trans# and then see the Opportunity ID within Property Details, but even that one is not clickable.
