How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Example: Keller Williams Eastside (Agent: Jane Doe)

    This would stop a lot of calls we get from other MCs to find out which of their agents should be paid out on a referral. Escrow sometimes will only send a check, no copy of DA, no Final SS, so they have no clue who to pay out.

    Right now, escrow has no clue unless the agent sends them a copy of the actual referral agreement. So, the other MC has to call our MC to find out. This would help our MC from not having these calls plus escrow wouldn't be…

  2. If a deposit is edited, the system should track, and show, the changes made to the deposit. IE the transactions added or removed.

  3. Now that we can send one-off or bulk emails to Associates from CommandMC (thank you!), when selecting the email from the timeline we should be taken directly to the email sent, just as it happens in the Contacts applet in Command.

  4. Allow Auto Tag for agent's production status: 1/2 cap, full cap, quarter capper for current agents, and recruits since update shows recruit production without using broker metrics

  5. Would love if we were able to integrate Google Drive so we could have the ability to export a report directly to Google Sheets to save a copy/paste - import step.

  6. As a MC, we need the ability to add a Guest User just as teams have that ability. We want to have remote employees that may not have SS# as they are overseas and it is not secure to use the MCA or AMCA access for these employees. PLEASE give us this ability

  7. Instead of logging into Agent Command, MC Leadership should have the option to sign in directly to the CommandMC Dashboard & Include a tasks widget on the CommandMC Dashboards.

  8. I would like to see the ability to print multiple transaction ids at once as we were able to in Winmore with DAs. I have agents whose accountants would like all of their transactions printed and emailed.

  9. When I was at Family Reunion this year, I spent some time at the Command MC area and we tried to get certain reports created but were unable to, so they asked me to submit a request.

    Please add the option to use the agent's personal email to all reports, many agents do not use their KW email. Or can you create a report with the following parameters: Agent Name, Personal Email, Production, Time Frame. Cheers Nate

  10. For the State of MN in order for us to look up agents licenses or do license renewals we need their full SSN and it will be very hard to have to search through agents onboarding paperwork to find their SSN each time we need it.

Filtering by tags is not effective, because when applying 2 or 3 tags to search by, it brings up all the opportunities that have ANY of those three tags on it, but I need it to filter opportunities that have ALL of the 3 tags - for example, searching for opportunities tagged as "December Closing" and "Invoice to be Sent" brings up any opportunities that have a December tag on it, even if it doesn't have the invoice tag, AND any opportunities tagged with "Invoice to be Sent" even if it doesn't have the December tag, this makes it difficult…

  14. It would be wonderful if when I click Filter so that I can select a compliance status, that the unit count would be there to the right again. It's awesome to know how many of each status are waiting for my eyes to review.

  15. The default sort is the most recent submission on top - I can click the arrow and it toggles to the oldest submitted - once I perform the review and return to the compliance screen. I have to re-sort it again - it wont stay as I set it

  17. Is something making clicking through compliance opportunities much slower? It's taking too long to open opportunities, folders, and documents since the recent upgrade/change.

  19. For both Recruits and Associates, it would be beneficial to have an AI summary available for the contact's timeline just like we have in Command. It would make it much easier during handoff's during onboarding or for keeping up to date on Associates at a glance.

  20. After the most recent update, the Opportunity ID no longer contains a hyperlink to the Opportunity. This hyperlink was very useful in helping agents and staff locate certain Opportunities. We used to be able to just highlight and copy paste the ID into an email, spreadsheet, etc. which the agent or admin could use to go directly to the Opportunity in question. Now that this hyperlink has been removed, we are no longer able to do this. Please restore the hyperlink in the Opportunity ID in the compliance queue, this was a very useful tool that we no longer have.
