To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. In the new Market Center sites, the "Our Agents" page is currently set to alphabetical ascending with no way to change it. This means that most agents will NOT be discovered on this page, especially in large Market Centers.

    Additionally, many Market Centers have MC investors or leadership who also produce, and some of them have last names that put them at the top or near the top of "Our Agents." This has the potential to put a bad taste in some agents' mouths.

    I recommend that the Our Agents page be set to random order by default in fairness…

  2. CO$ transfer to another MC, when executed removes the amount paid in by the agent from their cap status! We need to have it remain as paid in CO$ in their status and reports because they have paid it, we just transferred it. There is no way to know now when they reach cap except by keeping an excel sheet.

  5. Allow the Compliance Coordinator Role to have access to Transactions. Our transactions processing team needs this to do their job, but they should not have access to all the items an MC Leader has such as our full Recruiting pipeline. Seems silly that the role that is in charge of processing deals and transactions doesn't have access to this part of the program.

  6. In a state where we hold Escrow, we prepare our listing transactions ahead of closing so that any seller excess is able to be brought to closing attorney or ready to be picked up/delivered once the property is on record. Right now, in order to do this, we have to change the close date to the day the checks are being prepped and it causes confusion as to when the property actually closed. In winmore we had this ability so long as it remained in the current month and we really need this feature back!

  7. Filtering by tags is not effective, because when applying 2 or 3 tags to search by, it brings up all the opportunities that have ANY of those three tags on it, but I need it to filter opportunities that have ALL of the 3 tags - for example, searching for opportunities tagged as "December Closing" and "Invoice to be Sent" brings up any opportunities that have a December tag on it, even if it doesn't have the invoice tag, AND any opportunities tagged with "Invoice to be Sent" even if it doesn't have the December tag, this makes it difficult…

  8. Once a closing happens an auto email will send to the co-op agent. Thanking them for the transaction.

  9. Our market center is trying to use CommandMC as our main CRM. As a staff, we completed monthly care calls to our associates. We track who is completing their dials and notes on the agents. As of right now, I can not see if our associates are receiving dials as it lumps recruits & associates together AND I cannot see who completed the dial.

    I would like to be able to see this information in a report AND even better would be able to have a dashboard where I can see which staff are in the lead and gamify their…

  12. We have no easy way to download into Excel or Sheets, opportunities that have closed escrow, but are incomplete. We should be able to sort it by agent so that we can follow up with them to get the file complete and closed.

  13. When adding recruits in CommandMC, we should have a button, like in Command Core, that allows us to mark the recruit as a lead. This would be helpful for any inbound leads that we get to our mc websites that are not powered by Command, and for any agent referrals.

  15. Automatic email of all new listings in the brokerage sent out weekly to a list. Much like "the neighborhood" or a custom "saved searchs" email in Command, but for Command MC.

  17. I'd like to be able to run a report showing all the vendor and their associated TaxIDs. I have caught agents entering 00-000000 as the tax id for referrals and when processing commission in transactions there is no way to catch this.

  18. Currently, the Royalty Cap progress bar that agents see is based on Royalty Paid by MC. It would make things a lot easier if their royalty cap status and transactions were based on royalty paid by associate, this way if we have royalty issues, the agent would only see their cap status reflected based on what they've actually paid in, and would make collecting the missing royalty on a previous transaction a lot easier.

  20. We need to be able to add 1 agent to more than 1 team for multiple reasons.

    1 example, I have a licensed admin who splits her time 50/50 between 2 teams. She needs to be on both teams.

    2nd exampe, I have multiple teams who use the in house PC program for their new team members. I need to be able to add them onto the team AND onto the ProCoach team.
