An error occurred while saving the comment LABS Team commentedThe Smart Plan Simple Email Type does not provide a Merge.Tag for Agent.Phone.Number; this would be greatly useful for Team-based Agents who want to utilize Smart Plans & have their appropriate signatures utilized with their phone number.

I work on a team, and I have to create duplicate smart plans for each agent, with the only difference being their cell number. If we can have merge tags for agent names, why not phone numbers too?

Currently, the only options are agent first name, agent last name, team name, KW app link, contact first name, contact last name, contact birthday & home anniversary.

We really need to be able to have a field to populate agent phone and agent email as well.
In a team setting... if we want to use the same smart plan templates..... right now we can only set it to populate the assigned agents First and Last name and App link.
We obviously want that agent's phone number, email address, and probably license number for compliance to also be a field that can be dropped at the bottom of a smartplan email.
Otherwise we need to create separate smartplans for each individual agent on the team and that complicates things for us.

The website displays this "different" city, it would be nice to be able to hide/show your location and not automatically display on my website profile.
An error occurred while saving the comment LABS Team commentedCurrently, the location displayed for an agent on the KW App / Agent Sites (About Page) pulls from the specific location of the market center that they are a part of. It would be nice for agents to be able to edit this location. Especially agents who do not serve that area. We recently merged market centers and all 100 agents are now showing up with a city that is 50 miles away. In order to not confuse the consumer, agents need access to be able to edit this information.

An error occurred while saving the comment LABS Team commentedSince we use our database to mail and write letters to, it would be helpful to have a field in our contact section, like 'legal name' where we can put, if sending a letter, this is how it should be address, or writing a letter for it to appear like this___. That would make working through Command with our database a lot friendlier.
An error occurred while saving the comment LABS Team commentedCurrently when downloading your database for labels, two connected contacts name will show up as, Thomas Crone and Kelley Crone, they simply merge both names. So create a field you can state the agent wants a envelope addressed and letter so connected contacts can be properly downloaded without having to go through and change each label. Also to have a way that allows only one to be printed, so again you do not have to sort through the whole download any delete the other contacts label.
We used Brivity before and there we could not check the mailing address and the download gave us an option of only printing those with addresses checked. That was we could still have the address in their system but not count it as a mailing address thus it would not print.

An error occurred while saving the comment LABS Team commentedWhen viewing a single client, it would be great to edit how the widgets appear either permanently for all KW users, or editable by user. We have added custom data that would be helpful to see under the phone number and not need to scroll to next page. along with that it would be great to tighten up the white space overall. so we can potentially view more info on first screen. We don't need to see health score of client, who owns clients & neighborhood snapshot which takes up so much of the first screen and is not what is typically needed the most to see. Those could be last and some of the more important fields moved up so you don't have to scroll down for that key info. Thanks

It would save TLs and ATLs valuable time clicking through to add an activity like a call or meeting. Right now you have to go through several clicks to add an activity and it slow things down a lot.

An error occurred while saving the comment LABS Team commentedUnless i missed it, I'm not sure why the area where you enter the contacts address is so far down and you have to click through a few drop down menus. Name add and ph# should be right at the top. would save a good amount of time.
An error occurred while saving the comment LABS Team commentedIt would be helpful in command when looking at a contact if the address was listed below the phone number. Currently it is further down the page. If I'm missing someone's address I'd rather see it upfront.
An error occurred while saving the comment LABS Team commentedInstead of having the primary address hidden in the Additional Information section, it would be great if that would be moved to the first section since that is one of the main pieces of the contact that makes smartplans, postcards and other features work smoothly. It is also one of the other key pieces of the contact that has always been suggested to have from a client. So it would be nice to have their Name, Email, Phone, and Address all in one section when you are creating or editing that contact.

I believe it would be helpful group primary address near the top, along with primary phone, and email.

Good day! Im a keller agent office #775. It would be so helpful if once you email someone, and they open it that their name would show up in the reports as opened. When I open the report it only has their email and says clicked opened, which is great but ... The issue is trying to match that email address to the contact by having to then add their name in the search bar to see who this email belongs to.
The 2nd part would be if it could come up along side of their contact information. When you click on email and use the drop down the only information that comes up is that they were emailed not that they opened. For example it would be so helpful to know if they are opening up my monthly smart plan.
In the reports if there was a way to see the clients full name stating clicked open would help a lot. I hope I'm making my request clear. I'd really like to know your thoughts and to hear what possible. Thank you! Much appreciated.

An error occurred while saving the comment LABS Team commentedIn areas like Houston or other Metros there are so many neighborhoods and zip codes that it makes it hard to give a good representation form the market snapshot. Some agents like to send out a "market Update" and are having to go to other sources for the info. Most would like to stay within command if possible but can't unelss they pull the data and add it one by one.

The way the maps are drawn at the moment, which include the town next door and do not encompass the whole town of Bay Head, it is not possible to provide a clear picture of the market/neighborhood data correctly. Without the change, it is an incomplete profile and does not make sense to send to potential clients.

For example, if I input 92109, I'm given 5 options and I would like to choose the entire 92109 and be able to send a monthly neighborhood update for that specific zip code. I hope I make sense.
An error occurred while saving the comment LABS Team commentedIn Command Contacts, you can subscribe them to specific neighborhoods. Being able to add specific schools would be helpful. Many parents look for home zoned to specific schools based on school rating. Some neighborhoods have multiple schools.

I believe that people like particular cities in the early stages of looking and then specific neighborhoods as the search moves forward and is refined.

An error occurred while saving the comment LABS Team commentedI have contacts who use a shared phone number. Many of these are landlines (yes, they still exist). Some older clients also share a single cell phone because they're nearly always together. There are also businesses who have a general line for multiple employees.
Currently, only one contact can have a phone number. While I'm glad Command identifies this as a potential issue, it would be great to be able to override the inability to add the same phone number.
Please allow for multiple contacts to have the same (home, landline, business) phone number.

If there is a checkbox for spouse address to match it alleviates the issue. Also just a huge time saver

An error occurred while saving the comment LABS Team commentedIN MOST CASES, two spouses live at the same address. When adding the "spouse" relationship to a contact, automatically populating the address to the spouse eliminates the chance of typos or leaving the address out altogether. It also helps when contacts move, to be able to just update the address one time, instead of having to go into both contacts to update the address. This would eliminate the duplication of work, saving time and making us more efficient.

It would be very convenient to have the two linked so we can toggle from one to the other. I have always kept husband and wife on one contact entry, but I have realized each spouse has different circles of influence when they both work and volunteer, so I now want each to have their own contact record (when I know both of them.) The relationship link is important, because, when I add information to one, I often want to copy the information to the other spouse.

I would like to be able to click add activity - select to add spouse in and the update go on both people vs having to duplicate it to show contact for both of them

I also should haven't to tell it that it is the same as the mailing address if I have deleted the old one.

An error occurred while saving the comment LABS Team commentedWe would like to have a additional lead capture form that we can add to agent websites on landing pages. We put out a monthly newsletter through smartplans and command and we would like to have the option to have people register on our site for the newsletter. So a lead capture form that we could say when the person is on this landing page and put their information in it sends us the contact information and we can add them to our newsletter tag. Were currently we only have the contact form that is used for everything. If we have a specific form that we could customize for each landing page we could narrow down where our leads are coming from and it would help streamline the process of getting them set up for monthly emails.

I want to run a free raffle and capture leads, sending clients the link to the landing page would be a great way to capture these leads if it were able to be more customizable to better target my audience.

At a minimum, would like the ability to make the notes fields optional. Right now, you can't submit the lead form without having something in the notes field. Making the lead go through an extra step reduces the likelihood that they fill it out. I'll have to continue using mailchimp landing pages for now.

An error occurred while saving the comment LABS Team commentedThe notes from a contact's opportunities do not display in the timeline tab of their contact record. It would be extremely helpful to be able to see the latest notes from the contact & their opportunities all in one place.
This would provide a comprehensive "at a glance" view of the latest updates for the client and their opportunities.
Currently you must open client record and each of their associated opportunities in order to see a comprehensive view of all notes and updates related to that contact. This can be a bit cumbersome if they client is both buying and selling multiple properties.
An error occurred while saving the comment LABS Team commentedIf you're using the mobile app and running your business from your phone most of the time your "Activities/Notes" are results of the conversation. To enhance the effectiveness of tracking and adding that client to opportunities as soon as the connection happens is ideal. So whenever you as the mobile agent need to sit back down and go through your priority (based on which stage they are in the opportunities tab) it would be beneficial to have those original notes readily available instead of switching back and forth between tabs.

If yes, another field opens up to have the Referring agent's contact information entered so it links to the client, and another field for either $ or %. If there's no referral fee involved, someone can just put 0 (zero). Once an opportunity is created, that information would populate, and the agent could click a toggle to push it to the DA.
This would help keep track of referrals easier so they wouldn't have a chance to get overlooked and missed. This would also be a great way to track where referrals are coming from and where they are going.

Currently handling referrals in our MC is a mess because we have been unable to create a standard. If we had an additional pipeline for referrals, we would have a location that the agent would upload the agreement with the other agent as well as any other documents that would be necessary for a referral transaction.

The issue with making the Referral Agent in Relationship would of course be confusion about if they are related to the client etc.

I didn't use the referral tools in command to send out the referral. It would be great to have a seperate section in opportunities to track these clients. This referral business will impact my GCI and bottom line. Right now I have them under listing or buyers with a .5% commission. What are your thoughts? Thanks for the consideration. Jessica Longo

I know they can be tracked in the referrals part of command but only if they are KW, and not all of them are

This should be done with an "import contact" button, either in the individual's dropdown info or to add the network as a whole.

Recently, we have others assigning tasks to me so I thought I would start using my own login so none of the tasks are missed. I have full permissions but am still limited as to functionality. We need a way to have full Rainmaker permissions in a separate login!

An error occurred while saving the comment LABS Team commentedIf a rainmaker dissolves their team none of the tags transfer when account ownership of their contacts are changed to personal. This is because their tags were team tags, and now the contact is in their personal account. However, when an individual agent goes to a team all their personal tags become legacy tags. But it does not work vice versa.
If the team tags became legacy tags in an individual account then bulk adding personal tags to match the legacy tags that transferred over would be really easy.
Right now the only solutions I have heard is to export and reimport under personal (but a lot of the history disappears like opportunities they are associated to, smartplan history, etc.). Or transferring tag by tag and bulk adding tags in the personal account as you go. But that doesn't really work because most contacts have multiple different tags.
Even if a team wasn't dissolving, if an agent leaves a team and their contacts are moved back to personal they would lose the history of those tags too. This happens all the time, rainmakers dissolve a team or agents leave a team but stay with KW.
Can anyone from the Tech Team bring back the feature where we can open a contact profile in another tab? This is very helpful when we want to open 2 or more contact profiles at the same time. Since they've taken out this feature, we can only open a contact profile if we click on that contact's name. Such an inconvenience.
