When a receiving agent ends up not being a good fit or does not reply to the referring agent or reach out to the clients the referring agent should be able to pull back the client's info.
In cases like this it is understandable that the referring agent does not want the receiving agent to have their client's info anymore and does not want them to reach out to the client in the future.

With Command being the dashboard of our business, I'd like to see it actually be a 1-stop digital overview of my business. Added functionality could be: calendar integration to Command, ability to take notes that are not associated with a specific client. Would love for it to evolve to a digital planner enabling me to "see" my business in a planner format. Bonus if we could add planner pages for 411, fundamental business models. Maybe turn the BOLD planner into a digital format.

A required section asking if someone is working with an agent, and if yes, what their full name is, if no, how soon would they like to buy, would be great. The "Leave a Note" field on the old landing pages allowed for this but not all visitors followed instructions.

Hello! I love the Lead Alert feature for Agent Sites. But would it be possible if the lead forms can come in with specific properties that the leads are asking about? In other words, can the lead capture form have more information when agents and market centers receive new site leads.

As an agent, in order to capture the Open House visitors properly - provided through kw.com site-, in addition to Name, Cellphone, and Email, we need to have more fields:
1. How soon do you want to move? (drop down option answer, next 1 - 3 months, 3 - 6 months, 6+ month)
2. In the scale 1 - 10, how do you like this property? 1 not interested at all, 10 you love it.
3. Who is your Realtor®?This way, the agent will be able to follow up accordingly. If they are not with a realtor, the agent can make them as a new prospect buyer.

Agents all collect info from buyer's to begin the search for a home. This would allow agents to run a survey from command with a custom landing page.
If you offered widgets similar to those in Chimp Monkey's survey builder, it would be simple to build a custom landing page survey.

I spent most of my day trying to add over 2000 contacts to a smart plan. It only allowed me to do 500 at a time. I had to click and select 20 at a time up to 500. Then going from 500-1000 I had to start clicking over at the start or 0-20. I had to repeat this going all the way up to 7000 plus contacts. There should be a bulk update on this and it should have been done immediately. After adding all the contacts I had about 2000 emails that were able to do a smart plan. Now I have to open each contact and add the suggested neighborhoods in addition to the primary. I have to do this for each 2000-plus contact again taking days. I should be able to do a bulk add to all these add neighborhoods. I appreciate you allowing me to suggest ideas. Thank you!

In summary, we need bulk add multiple neighborhoods for multiple contacts in Command.
My out of state investors need to be able to see local neighborhoods where they are looking to buy (don't live) and that I want to selectively target for them. And in cities I'm targeting there are dozens if not hundreds of good neighborhoods I want to send them.I want to send setup neighborhood nurture drip campaigns in the same multiple neighborhoods for my leads/clients. Currently however I need to individually select neighborhoods for each lead/client, which is impossible, it would take too long. Please add a new feature: bulk add multiple neighborhoods from multiple cities (I could cut and paste a select list maybe) for multiple contacts in Command. Thank you!!

When attempting to create mailing labels you cannot select more than 500 contacts at a time. For a team with over 4.5K+ contacts (selected by tags), it forces them to have to download 9-10 separate csv files and then combine those files into one complete file in order to sort and remove duplicate data caused by the relationship field functionality.
If the related contacts have different last names that find them in a different 500 limit download, each contact is combined via the relationship field onto one row of data on the separate 500 limit list resulting in duplicate records when all data is combined manually via csv files. The team then has to sort the data by address and painstakingly go through each line to delete duplicates.

The existing process of adding contact to the recipient list requires load more than scroll to the top and select more. If that box was down by the load more it would be far more efficient - saving time.

The most basic function of a CRM is to be able to email your entire contact list for the most basic emails (holidays for example). When I create a list and check off the box "select all" it only checks off the current list of 100 contacts. Select all should include every contact on the list, not just truncate it to the current viewed.

Understanding the reason for the listing rejection would expedite the approval process. I suggest configuring the listing timeline to say the reason of the rejection. This way we MCA would know which information he needs to check.

I would like to run a report of all opportunities from a specific date range in the all opportunities section of command. Since it is a year outside of this year currently there is no way that I could find or the help desk. It would help with goal planning, follow-up plans etc. It would also be nice to be able to export it to another spread sheet to enable expanding the columns to read all info.

Having the ability to export or print the opportunity pipeline within each phase of the opportunities. This would be extremely helpful for team meetings and in our PC program.

It would be great if there was a way to export all opportunities into an excel spreadsheet. That way, we can review all opportunities with each team member each week instead of having to jump from one stage to another to see them all.
It would be nice to have the option to download the comparison of offers into an Excel sheet. That way we can edit or add fields and sort offers and arrange the columns as need to best aid our clients.
Being able to modify the various section/rows and the ability to add new/custom data entry for side-by-side comparison would be helpful when presenting this information to clients. Being Able to Export to Excel would be helpful as well.

When I am in Tasks and completing a task, I would like the choice to schedule a new task for that contact when I save the task. That way I won't have to then navigate over to the contact in order to schedule the next task (too easy to get distracted and forget). Also, when I am in the Contact record and either recording an activity or finishing a task in the contact's Timeline, I would like the choice for a task window to pop up when I save the activity, so I can schedule my next task right then.

When in the task section of Command, would be awesome if we could have a "follow up" button that allows you to create a follow up task immediately. As of right now if you mark a task as complete it DISAPPEARS and then it's a huge hassle to try and find that person in Command to set a new call task to remind them.
Right now you can reschedule or mark complete. We need a mark complete, then a box populate asking if you'd like to make a follow up task, then it can disappear.

I find when i book a task for a client and then complete it by clicking on the 'i've done it' checkmark, it erases the person from my task list. I then have to search the person to input a follow up appointment. i.e. i've called them and now i want to book another all or an in person meeting. Am I missing something or can the program automatically pop up a window that encourages me to book another follow up.

Give the ability to make a task populate based on the completion of another task. For example - When the task "Make Listing Live on MLS" is completed, all of the listing marketing tasks would populate.

We all seem to agree that email is 'not as effective' as text messages when communicating with our clients, or prospective clients. We need to be able to TEXT, both manually and automatically, properties to our buyer clients that hit the market, just like emails. When will this functionality be available? And yes, I know they can do their own in the KW app, but I'm referring to the ability for a SAVED SEARCH to shoot out a text and/or an email, not just email. I've had clients tell me the PREFER TEXT to email because they won't see emails as quickly, and possibly miss their dream home as a result.

When scrolling through your database and then you determine that you need to edit, merge, or archive the contact, it would be nice to have the system start where you left off, not go back to the beginning and make the agent scroll through to find where they were at

I use KW Command every single day and something I do all the time is edit contacts. Here's a problem that I've found. When I go through, edit a contact, save the changes and hit the "Back to Contacts" button, the whole list of contacts is moved back to the top as opposed to the last contact I edited. For example, I go to a contact whose name starts with "M." I edit the contact, save the changes, and then click the button saying "Back to Contacts." When I click the button, the contact list then refreshes but instead of me being in the "M's," it moves me back up to the "A's."
This makes database maintenance less efficient in my view and every time I go back to my contact list to edit more contacts, I have to spend the extra 5-7 seconds scrolling all the way back down to the "M's."
My idea is this: every time you hit the "Back to Contacts" button, it should show the list near where the last contact was edited (i.e. I edit a contact named Mike Ross, I save the changes, hit "Back to Contacts" and now the list will show the "M's" instead of the "A's.") There should be a separate button that says "Back to Top" or something of that nature if you would like to have the option of going all the way back up to the top of the contact list.
I believe implementing this would make database maintenance much easier and much more efficient for our agents. Our database is our databank and our network is our net worth and making this change would benefit all of us and, in the end, help our business.

when I click back to contacts, after updating an individual contact, why would I want to go back to the beginning of my contacts. It's a go back exactly where I was when I clicked into that individuals contact information, in alphabetical order. Pretty dumb design.

Hey team, in opportunities, there is a big key piece that I see missing, In the general information of a listing we need to have list date and expiration date, we track those dates very closely, is there a work around for this currently?

Would it be helpful to have a warning message when agents request a termination to let them know that this is only used when the contract falls apart, and that this is not meant for editing Commission Requests?

There needs to be a way either the agent or the MCA can clear out a termination request without terminating for various reason. One example is we had an agent accidentally request a termination on a commision request but the commission was already posted in winmore and closed out.

Agents terminate a commission when it's not needed. For example; a price adjustment, adding a deduction, closing date change. It would be nice as an MCA to be able to remove the termination so an agent can email the MCA and we can make the adjustment for them.

An agent or MCA should be able to undo termination requests if there is an error.
These cannot be cleared if an agent requests termination of a DA that has already been created and posted. We have many of those after what seemed to be a glitch on alot of transactions where the termination requests were on closed and posted transactions.
Having to create a new offer and new DA for an agent when they simply are requesting a new DA to remove a donation or change the closing date seems excessive when it throws off our Written Volume reports.

Many times we are drafting the agents business cards and the agent wants their website listed on their card, but we have no way of seeing what their website URL is. Other times, we have agents asking us why something is not working on their website and to test the bug and see what is not working it would be great to have the ability to go to the website by using the link in the associate card. Please add this.

It seems that when someone unsubscribes from email marketing through Command it is only for ONE smartplan.
It would be great if when someone unsubscribed from Command mail that it unsubscribed them from EVERY smartplan rather than just one.
Alternatively if we could get a notification that they unsubscribed so we can manually remove them (until this feature becomes available that it is automated).Having some people frustrated saying they are unsubscribed but it isn't working because they are still receiving other emails.

It would be very useful to me personally to be able to use logic in a SmartPlan.
* We can randomize the SmartPlan delay with custom scripts:
** 5-15 days for a delay rather than a hard-coded amount of time.
** Allowing agents to write custom scripts for this means we could randomize touches from 1 day to any amount of time at all.* We can randomize the steps in a SmartPlan:
** Rather than text, email, text, email. It can be pseudorandomized with code.
** This is achievable by indexing the tasks in a container, such as a dictionary, and randomly choosing one to show up in the agent's tasks for the day.
** You can still write code that checks if a delay is required.*** IF (previous task != delay) {choose delay} ELSE {choose random task from SmartPlan}
* Logic for adding contacts to other SmartPlans:
** IF the contact responds 3 times {subscribe {contact} to {ChosenSmartPlan}}.
** IF the contact becomes a lead AND initiates contact {subscribe {contact} to {ChosenSmartPlan}};(a smartplan to get the appointment for example).* Logic to deliver notifications to the agent:
** The goals tab seems to be largely off my radar. I like to analyze data as numbers fascinate me, therefore...
*** IF {date/time} is >= "the 15th" AND {LeadsGeneratedThisMonth} < {Agent'sGoal} {notify agent that they should be committing more time to {LeadGeneration}};
*** Being able to write custom scripts like this would massively beneficial to an agent like myself who is vigorous and highly ambitious.Python would likely be the most readable and simple coding language, but I'm not sure how well it would integrate into Command, as I don't know what language was used to build it. Python has some great libraries with most of the things agents would ever need prebuilt into them.
Adding the custom scripts feature allows a multifaceted agent like myself to be exponentially more competitive, and to deliver a significant amount more value.

Example: A Smartplan could be set up with the following parameters:
Step 1 - Task to Call Client
Step 2 - Delay 90 Days (Only triggered when initial task is marked as "complete")
Step 3 - Repeat Unlimited Times

This would be extrememly beneficial for agents with larger databases who may not always be able to stay up on their tasks 100% of the time. This would also allow agents to stay more on schedule with their calls/touches.
Current Issue Example: Agent adds Contact to regular Quarterly Call Plan, since the Agent has over 1,000 contacts on this plan, they don't make their call until 30 days after the task due date. However, the Agent is still given another task in 60 days to call again, even though the purpose of the plan is to only call each client every 90 days.
Overall, this would drastically improve Smartplans and allow for countless additional use cases by taking away the limitation of plans being time/date-based, and instead be progress-based, moving forward based on actions taken.

Hi, it would be very helpful to get a notification to retrieve your testimonial. You have to go in and control it so we have no knowledge of when they are submitted by our clients unless they tell us. Can you please add in a notification for any reviews submitted through our website?
And the new website is great!

It would be helpful if the address search can be more relevant and mimic the search on our older KW Website. IE: I search for a property 1234 Main street that is actively listed and it is the first result in suggested content drop down rather than having to scroll far down. Search should use location if available to determine the most relevant results.

In the intranet, we had the capability of emailing all associates at once to advertise events, notify of form changes, or disseminate other important information. Now that it is going away, we need this function in CommandMC.

Command MC would be great to have the applets and functions that our associates have: emailing all associates, Campaign marketing to Contacts/Recruits/etc.
Having Command MC read out Associates is great, yet there's no way to email all associates through Command... unless you go Intranet or Demo Account - which are not connected to Command MC.

I've sent referrals that didn't end up becoming a deal. The receiving agent accepted but nothing happened... now I have these old sent referrals on my referrals page in Command, clouding the real actives ones because these old ones still show are "active" and the agent who accepted them doesn't take the time to market them as lost :(
