Notification for Unsent Texts via Twilio

It is really hard to keep track of texts that fail without checking each contact on your database. If we had this option, we could look into using alternatives for those contacts. There are also issues where there is no error messages on why it did not push through.

    Also, being able to list all contacts that have an error would be great and be such a time saver

    How is this still under review 6 months later?!?!? The KW agent technology fee generates well over $11 million per month (over $142 million per year). It should not take this long to fix problems and implement improvements that are critical to effective communication with clients/prospects.

    When a SmartPlan fires an SMS there is no notification that some of the recipients didn't receive the sms because it was undeliverable. the only way to know is to manually check every contact's timeline that was on the SmartPlan

    Need some sort of notification when Twilio messages are not delivered. either in reports like it shows for emails, or under the notifation bell, like a summary.
