Ability to Create Custom Forms on Agent Sites
It would be hugely beneficial if there was an option to create custom forms and add them to Agent Sites. This eliminates needing to create a Google Form and then manually add Contacts to your database. Creating those forms with the ability to set up lead routing / auto tag / smartplans would be awesome!

As a lead generation tool and a piece of leverage, our websites should be able to help us achieve our one main goal - capture leads, intent, and contact information.
Would like to be able to customize not only the look but allow for an actions after submission. I assume all forms would connect to the command DB, that would be a given, but how about the choice for a redirect or to send an email with a link to a download? We can use a Google forms and Zapier, but the functionality to link is already there on the main contact form - so just looking for more customization. Plus, that is a more advanced application of the tools for most agents.

In my experience with other marketing platforms, there is only one mandatory field: e-mail.
All other fields are added as per goal. This way each Landing Page can be tailored to an specific objective.
Examples of Goals: Fields
— Newsletter: Email (+ Optional First Name)
— Lead Magnet: First Name + Email (double opt-in to ensure real e-mails)
— More info on the Listing: Full Name + Phone + Email + Optional Notes (+ any custom field)
— Help Finding a Home: Full Name + Phone + Email + Neighbourhood + Notes (+ any custom field)
— Recruitment: Full Name + Phone + E-mail + Address + Notes (+ any custom field)
etc.People are more likely to give more info to receive more value.
In order to achieve that, an essential feature to Landing Pages is the hability to create custom fields (similar to Google Forms) . The info gathered by those fields that can be added to the Contact as an Activity.
Furthermore, when possible, they can also be saved to the database associated to the form and then generate analyctics and graphics just like Google Forms. This would hugely help Agents to visualy understand the results.
Please check how form work in those platforms:

Need Address in lead form for Monthly Neighborhood Nurture sign up. Also need ability to specify which landing page lead is coming from in lead route management. (lead fills out form on landing page > lead gets routed to an agent > contact is added to SmartPlan depending on the landing page the contact form was filled out on)

We would like to have a additional lead capture form that we can add to agent websites on landing pages. We put out a monthly newsletter through smartplans and command and we would like to have the option to have people register on our site for the newsletter. So a lead capture form that we could say when the person is on this landing page and put their information in it sends us the contact information and we can add them to our newsletter tag. Were currently we only have the contact form that is used for everything. If we have a specific form that we could customize for each landing page we could narrow down where our leads are coming from and it would help streamline the process of getting them set up for monthly emails.

The ability to add fields or unique personal questions such as, "When do you plan on making your next move", into the lead capture section would be a great tool. I want to run a free raffle and capture leads, sending clients the link to the landing page would be a great way to capture these leads if it were able to be more customizable to better target my audience.

Would like the ability to customize the fields on the lead form widget. At a minimum, would like the ability to make the notes fields optional. Right now, you can't submit the lead form without having something in the notes field. Making the lead go through an extra step reduces the likelihood that they fill it out. I'll have to continue using mailchimp landing pages for now.
