Embedded TRS for Command Opportunities
The TRS is the most frequently changed/updated document as well as MC's go-to document to look for summarized deal info/changes, and realtors have expressed a desire for a more simplified system for communicating updates via the TRS. If we had an embedded TRS with required fields (like property address and completion date) that could use the data from those fields to accurately sort by completion date and allow conveyancers to search and find deals by searching for the address, it would allow us to more accurately and efficiently process and prioritize deals. This would also eliminate the problem of opportunties submitted to MC without a completed TRS. Currently, we are struggling with inaccurate priotization of completion dates and a lack of property address details entered in searchable fields within Command opportunity titles and property details, as updates are communicated via the TRS and not updated in the dedicated Command opportunity fields or simply not required by Command before submitting to MC. Realtors also need to download, edit, and re-upload the TRS PDF for any change to their deal that needs to be submitted to MC which has caused realtor frustration and raised efficiency concerns.
