Do not allow "Submit to MC" unless the Opportunity is in Active or later
Most of our submitted opportunities are still in cultivate. After we review, there is no way for us to look them up. Also if an agent leaves and hasn't moved the Opportunity, there is no way for us to access it

When submitted, Opportunities are now automatically moved forward in the Pipeline!
