Allow Guest Users for Individual Agents
Currently, separate admin access is only allowed on Team Accounts. Individual agents should be allowed this function too. An Individual agent's first hire is an admin after all, so why limit their growth in command?

commentedThis is ABSOLUTELY critical for Agents to be able to let their TC's access their Command WITHOUT needing to contact them for a verification code EVERY time...such a waste of everyone's time!! Until you are one of the TC's you will never understand how ridiculous this is!

commentedAlso important that guest users for solo or admin teams be able to use their one email/login to view multiple agents or teams accounts

commentedPleasssee tell me there is a work-around for this constant security log-in situation? It's unsustainable for TC's to deal with this scenario. As you can imagine, tracking down agents regularly, and before the codes time out, is very frustrating and unrealistic.

There has to be a more efficient way. 😩

commentedThis is such a hassle for my TC to have to ask me for the verification code sent to my email. It hinders her productivity AND mine. Maybe there could be an option to choose which email address the code goes to, not just send to the recover email on record automatically? Then I could add her email address to my account as an approved email to receive the codes and then when the system pushes one she can toggle to her email.

commentedAs transaction coordinators, we have access to MLS systems through our own personal admin IDs, as well as other CRMs and Compliance systems which makes it easy to track everything we do while logged in and helps keep the process transparent and accountable. I’m wondering if we can adopt a similar model in Command. Having a unique access code for each TC would clarify roles and reduce issues, ensuring accuracy in tracking activities and providing a clear audit trail. Currently, my TC team is dedicating a lot of time to verification work, which has become almost a full-time task. Agents often assume these issues are within our control, which can lead to frustration on their end and added stress for us. By implementing personal admin access codes for TCs, we’d address a lot of these challenges.

commentedPerhaps new roles in Command: Transaction Coordinator & System Administrator TC's might need to work on a file when the agent is asleep...no way to get the confirmation code. Should be able to give TC's access to individual opportunities. If an agent uses them on one transaction and not another the TC should not have access unless added to the opportunity by the agent.

commentedGiving access to TC’s is one thing that could make things easier for them as well as the agents they work for.

commentedTC's have access to MLS's with a use of their own personal admin number. Can this be a model we copy and impliment? Having their own access code shows everything they did while logged in and keeps everyone honest. This verification has turned into a FT role for my TC team and lots of frustration from the agents thinking it should be something we can fix on our end.

commentedI'm all for the new security measures for Command with stronger passwords and password resets. It's a change that was long overdue. But, the email verification codes are seriously impacting workflow for a TC that is assisting multiple solo agents and teams. Waiting on a busy agent to forward you the verification code before it times out is a game I'm tired of playing. I would love if we can make it like the team settings where you can manage multiple agents and their files from your own profile.

commentedWould love the solution to be a single login for TCs who can connect to the opportunities section for multiple agents. Must be possible for current KW members to connect to this solution as well as many of our TCs are also KW agents or leaders.

commentedAs a TC that works with multiple agents, this new Verification Code process has been nothing but a hassle! I understand the need for security, but I think KW is forgetting the fact that many agents utilize TCs to streamline their business and if the TC has to ask for multiple codes every day, that becomes more of a burden than support. I believe the best way around this is for TCs to have a single sign in and be able to connect to multiple accounts. That way we do not need to know other agents sign in information and we can avoid the security issue altogether.

commentedMy licensed TC must have access to my command when she needs it. I am in the field on construction sites and do not have the ability to be waiting on a security code for her to be able to do the job I hire her for.
