assign lead to agent instead of rainmaker Teams
Add an option in Lead routing to actually assign leads. The current lead management makes the assigned agent "claim" the lead within a certain time frame.
This current system has the first auto text/email coming from the rainmaker unless the lead is claimed prior to the auto text sending. I would prefer to auto assign so smartplans will work for the team agent assigned to the lead.

Hi there! In Lead Routing Settings, you can now assign a Lead to a specific Team Member! :)
