Should be able to assign task to multiple people.
When our teams has a client that needs to fin a property, I would like to be able to assign multiple people to start researching.
Likewise, when a contact needs updating, I would like to assign a task to multiple team members to have updated information

User Story:
As a team leader, I want to use the CRM as a project management tool similar to Asana, So that I can efficiently manage leads and tasks within a kanban board, assign tasks and subtasks to multiple team members, and monitor progress effectively.
Criteria:
Kanban Board Creation: Users must be able to create a kanban board with custom columns to monitor the progress of tasks and leads similar to project management tools.
Task and Subtask Management: Users should be able to create tasks with multiple subtasks and assign them to different team members. Each task can be monitored individually on the kanban board.
Multiple Assignees: Tasks, leads, and sub-tasks can be assigned to multiple people, allowing for collaborative work.
Notification System: When a task or subtask is completed, the task creator, user, or team leader should receive a notification, ensuring everyone is updated on the progress.
Example:
A user creates a task called "Gather marketing content for listing". This task is added to the kanban board and assigned to the user.
Subtask 1: "Schedule photographer and team agent", assigned to "Marketing Assistant" and "Agent2".
Subtask 2: "Open door for photographer", assigned to "Agent2".
Subtask 3: "Schedule videographer", assigned to "Marketing Assistant".
Each subtask completion triggers a notification to the task creator ensuring progress is tracked and communicated.
