Add Assignees to Checklist Templates
When under "Edit Stage" it would be helpful to permanently assign specific tasks to team members, and have that assignment carry through to every single opportunity. Right now, you have to freshly assign each and every task.

Hi there! Our team has reviewed your request. It seems that Opportunity Checklists would be most helpful for you in this scenario. Here is an article to learn more: https://answers.kw.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022372574-Create-and-Edit-Task-Checklist-Templates-in-Opportunities
Although Opportunity Checklists cover most of your requests, we do not yet allow for auto-assigning Tasks to Team Members. So I will be merging your request with another that meets that criteria so that when we do allow for that, you'll know! :)

Creating a smartplan that can assign specific task in plan to specific team members not just assigned agent. Mean when I am creating a smartplan I would like to be able to assignee a task to a specific memeber of my team weather they are admin or the rainmaker or the assigned agent or my marketing assitant. Say task 1 goes to me task 2 goes to the assigned agent task 3 goes to my transaction manager task 4 goes to my marketing assistant. The ability to assign a specific tak during the creation of this smartplan is important. All other CRM's have this ability to state the specific person that will complete the task. (example active listing smartplan task 1- enter into mls (to be completed by guest admin1 task 2- manually post listing to facebook to be completed by guest admin2 task3- call selelr to tell them listing is live to be completed by assigned agent task 4- rainmaker call to thank them for listing with our team to be completed by rainmaker task 5- neighborhood calls to be completed by assigned agent, task 6- auto email about what happens next to be sent from guest admin 1(the listing manager) task 7- mailer to neighborhood to be completed by guest admin 1, task 8 edit video walkthorugh and create a blog to be completed by guest admin 2). etc....etc......
I should have the ability to add any person I want to a specific task within a smartplan drip. No I don't want to use the checklist -

I would love to see an option for Opportunity Checklists to be assigned to the contact assignee from the editing page of the checklist. This would streamline these activities to show up in the task list of the right team member.
In a team context, leads can have different assignees depending on the lead source (VA, team agent, rainmaker, etc) and also where they are at in the pipeline (Hot, Offer, Escrow, etc). This would make the checklists a lot more helpful because many times, these items get overlooked and the checklist never gets used.

In a team opportunity, we have the ability to assign a checklist item to a specific person, but in the team world we really need the option to assign certain checklist items to the corresponding agent not a specific team member across the board..

Would love to create a list of ~50 tasks that are essentially our SOPs, and be able to copy that list for each new transaction, assign certain tasks within the list to certain team roles (agent or TC), and then have it create those tasks in Command. BUT I can't save the master list to copy over and use again without publishing it, and even then, I have to individually assign each of the ~50 tasks in the list each time (instead of going to a role like agent or TC).

Currently we have to set the assignee for EACH CHECKLIST ITEM for every opportunity created. For this to be a truly functional, systematized setup (ie Subway sandwhiches) I would like to ask for a top-level assignee setup option for ALL opportunities created.
Example - Buyer-Side - Appointment Set - our Buyer's Specialist(s) are responsible for sending a calendar invite to the prospective client, sending an introductory video smartplan to the prospective client, etc. This will NEVER fall on our admin team to create as it's facilitated at the time of appointment setup.
We would like to assign in the checklist template who the assignee is (ie "owner" of the opportunity), admin responsible for a given task (ie paperwork filing/upload, marketing executions, etc).
We have set roles for set positions in our company - to have to reset each role to each person every time we set a new opportunity in Command is a MASSIVE time suck and counter-productive to our needs as Rainmakers / Agents / Business Owners.
