Have a dashboard on the homepage of Command that shows all office exclusives for your market center.

    Definitely would use Command more often! Plus this is a great way to expose KW listings over competition companies.

    This would add transparency for our agents to view inter-company listings wthout added expense, tracking information on spreadsheets, posting sheets on office doors, etc. Please make this a reality for our agents.

    This would be a major reason for me to include Command into my daily business practices, rather than only when I need to submit a file.

    Several MCs are already building this. It should be a KW value prop. With inventory shortages, it's critical now.

    The goal of this is to showcase OFFICE EXCLUSIVE LISTINGS to the Agents Dashboards in the Market Center they work in. This will encourage us to sell our listings internally and offer value to sellers for the market share opportunity we have at KW internally.

    In response to the Tell Us More-
    This would be an additional add to the Home Page of Command. I would prefer it be the size of the Tasks module or maybe double. It pulls in all of the office exclusive from your MC. Agents log into Command and they can see all the office exclusives available and check to see if any of them meet their clients needs. It would also up the usage of the Listings applet/office exclusive capabilities if they were found immediately upon logging in. It would just pull straight out of the listings applet into the home page.

    It would be nice to be notified of a New Listing as well. An email and/or a bell notification of a new Market Center Exclusive would also be useful. We want to lift the other agents in our office. What better way to increase our internal deal rate than to allow our agents to share in this way? ShowingTime offers a feature that allows you to email your new listing to all the agents in the office. Let's allow this for our agents' pocket listings as well.
