Send from @kw.com Email Address

Use our actual KW email addresses instead of the "agent99999@mailer.kw.com" when we send out marketing emails. The person would more easily recognize who its from and this would help avoid having our emails go to the recipient's spam folder.

    Please fix this! So many other CRMs allow your emails to be delivered directly from whatever domain email address you are using with that CRM. It's a big deal. I want my emails from Command to show up in the receiver's inbox as my name and email address whether is a kw email or another domain email. It also helps to keep emails from going to Spam folder. I am surprised this has not been fixed yet. For this reason, I do not like to use Command for my main email sender for various things. I would like to use Command and not need a workaround.

    This will also make it so we receive les "unsubscribe" as well. Also would be nice to be able to create a Team email rather than either the email coming from the rainmaker or assignee.

    Yes, please. My command emails tend to go to people's junk folders, so not much use for marketing!

    Being new to the industry, this is very important to me as I am trying to build relationships with potential clients. I want to make sure they are able to connect directly to me and not have to fish through their spam folders or junk mail.

    Real estate is all about relationships and having our email addresses tied to our marketing emails will make me want to use the Command system more!!! Thank you for listening!

    Sending an email from command that comes from a gibberish email that does not have a name will likely go to spam or be sent to spam from the consumer, which therefore will continue to go to spam. That's contact and potential money lost for everyone.

    So many reasons why we need OUR email to show;
    1. because even if they don't read it, they see our name as the sender.
    2. because it will get marked as SPAM
    3. because it basically announces BULK EMAIL, less personal etc.

    Those are just a few off the top
