Please enter N/A in the Offer tab when there is not representation for the other side of the transaction!

Add the option of no representation in the commission area. I was entering commission for an agent who represents the seller but also has the buyer side of the transaction but is in a no-representation agreement. The entry automatically defaults to the agent representing the buyer. The choice of no representation should be an option. Thank you.
