To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. The moving between personal to team and then team to personal is messy. If a legacy tag is removed, the personal database is a mess. If they never use personal, or reclassify a contact, they cant take that information with them. If you don't make it easy to go from command to command, there is a chance they go from command to another system or command to another company instead.

  2. When you open up a contact's profile page, I'd like to see the created date on the left side, under the lead source line. As of now, if I want to see how long I've known someone, I have to take extra steps to search for them in the main page to see the date in the list.

  4. having a kanban visualization model, thus being able to visually identify which phase of the funnel the customer is actually in, this way we will be able to monitor the customer with greater precision.

  5. Every CRM I know has a form creation function, whoever responds to this form is automatically entered into the command, avoiding manual work for this purpose.

  6. Have the ability to include the note I add to one of my contacts to be updated on their associated persons (ie. spouse) contact card. Example:

    I add a note to James Doe and same notes gets added to Jane Doe
    Note: Talked to James and he said they will sell in 3 months

    I want the note to automatically or give me an option to have that same note added to the associated person.

  8. It would be beneficial to have a column in contacts under "tasks" and sort by the due date. It would also help to see what contacts already have tasks and which contacts marked as a lead need a task.

  9. It would be nice to attach the information sheets that contacts fill out to their contact card within command. The reason is then you would not have to keep the paper and still have it attached to the person directly and in one system so that you could open the attachment to reference rather than having to find a hard copy of paperwork that they filled out at either a buy or sell consult when they signed contract.

  10. Today, we do not have the ability to display social media links as columns in our contacts applet. In a social media (SM) connected world, SM is sometimes the primary form of communication and therefore should be easily available for us to navigate to when making touchpoints on our leads.

  11. It would be great to include a TASK Action for all tagged contacts at the same time. Right now I can pull up all contacts with a certain tag, but I can't mass Task them the same task.

  12. When importing contacts from your database, the birthday field updates to a date that is a month later than the actual birthday if you already have birthdates in the contact cards being uploaded.

  13. If an agent on a team creates a contact on their personal side, and then immediately pushes it over to the team side, it keeps them as the owner of the contact. So in the case of them leaving the team, they can easily recover these people. However, if they happen to manually create the contact while under the team side in the first place, it makes the team the owner of the contact, making it very difficult for them to recover the contact.

  14. You currently have a filter for date created, but I can only search greater than or less than. I would like to search dated created =. This would allow me to search by year or possibly month and year.

When you send an email (designs coming soon) or text message to many contacts from the Contacts applet using the "Actions" dropdown, it can be difficult to recall a text message you sent and the list of agents you sent to. Or what particular email you sent and to what list of contacts. I understand that you can see this from the contact record 1 by 1.   16. I wanted to share some feedback regarding the sorting functionality in Contacts, specifically related to customized columns.

    In our workflow, we use a custom field to track some particular data for our contacts. However, I noticed that custom fields do not support sorting as we add them into the customize columns, unlike the built-in columns like "last contacted", "primary email/phone", which automatically allow sorting by clicking on the column header. I experimented with various custom field types (Text Field, Date, Number, etc.), but none enabled sorting.

  17. There's no way to remove smarplans in bulk from specific contacts. We have a team of agents that use the team command and one of our agents wants one of the smartplans removed from his team contacts but the only option is to do it one by one (there's over 2,000) or remove the smartplan for all the agents team contacts, which is not a real option. Thank you!

  19. Ever since Mailchimp stopped being used we still cannot add bulk contacts to command email lists.

    This is a basic function and would stop us from having to rebuild email lists every time we want to send an email to the database or list we have already built every time we get new contacts to add.

  20. We cannot edit or delete system tags, which results in duplicate tags being created/used. Please give us the option to edit or remove system tags.
