To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. On OPPORTUNITY HOME page allow the filters that we apply to stay! I shouldn't have to see EVERY transaction in my career.

  2. Currently, when adding an international referral in the Commissions section, the system does not allow users to input phone numbers with international country codes. It assumes all phone numbers are in a North American format, which results in errors for agents working with international referrals. This enhancement will allow users to add international phone numbers, ensuring proper data entry and improved communication with referral agents.

  3. I would love to see the option to send messages to team/collaborators to chat about a lead without an opportunity or deal; to tag a team member so they get a notification; to keep communications in one place for the team.

  4. Whenever a contract has been closed, the Opportunity Phase is changed to CLOSED. It would be very helpful, especially for tracking purposes, to have a WITHDRAWN Phase if the seller decides to withdraw the listing from the MLS or a TERMINATED Phase if the buyer or seller terminates the contract. Otherwise, these all go into the Archive file and it doesn't really explain why it is being archived and cannot be used to filter out your withdrawn and terminated Opportunities.

  5. In Documents, there is a feature that I would like to see in Command where the documents you upload are searchable. Frequently, we receive very wordy documents and emails and need to find them within files that have hundred of pages. Sometimes we have obscure documents or contracts that we don't remember the name of and we want to find it in the file. If we could search the documents that we upload, this would be very helpful. SkySlope has this feature and I really miss it now that I have moved to Command.

  6. Ability to assign tasks to a client that shows up in the daily (or weekly) updates. For example - Seller to schedule terminate utilities. Or, Seller to provide contract to their mortgage officer. etc

  7. A pop up box comes up every time you check off a task in an opportunity. This box gets in the way of reading & checking off the other tasks, so you have to scroll to see the next task you want to check off. Eliminate the pop up box so that we can quickly check off the tasks that have been completed. The pop up box is not necessary. We don't need a pop up box to tell us we just completed checking off a task.

  9. When an agent is putting a referral in, and there are multiple agents, it is not calculating under each agent, it has to be calculated manually.

  10. Under "parties to transaction", when creating a new party, it requires company nickname & address. Make this an optional field. This info is not on a contract. Because the fields are required, you can't create the new party & have to record it in notes instead.

  13. Currently, notes can be added to an opportunity, but not during the initial creation process. It would be beneficial to have the ability to add a note at the time of setup. This would allow for quick reference when managing multiple opportunities, providing an additional way to mentally keep them organized beyond an opportunity tag.

  14. One of our Listing Services is FMLS. There is a per Transaction fee of .0012%. We cannot enter that because Command currently does not allow this.

    This would certainly be a help to Agents, MCAs, TCs & more (with less errors & duplication of work!)

  17. pre built Opportunity pipeline tasks with smart dates dates in a library to download like smartplan library.

    It is very tedious to build out a task list for the entire opportunities pipeline. This would save agents a ton of time and make the opportunities pipline used more than just by TCs

  18. Add confetti when an agent submits their commission tab. We have agent's who say they have submitted their commission tab, when they have not. This will allow us to tell them that "unless they see confetti, it hasn't been submitted!"

  19. The ability to pin opportunities to the dashboard. It would be a great feature to be able to see at a glance my active opportunities (further helpful to see those I'm actively working on regardless of whether they are buyer or seller). Currently I have to keep a running list in another program.

  20. Currently, there is no system-generated reminder or required action to enter contractual dates and listing details into an Opportunity when a listing becomes Active or moves Under Contract. This can cause Smart Due Dates in the checklist and stages to not function properly if the "Agreement Won" date or other key dates (e.g., listing agreement date, contract deadlines) are missing.

    Proposed Solution:
    ✅ System Notification: Trigger an automatic reminder when an Opportunity moves to Active or Under Contract, prompting the agent to enter all required dates.
