To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. Right now I have to create a room outside of command in order to pull tax information. This should also be included when I create a room from command.

  2. Team Rainmakers/Admins would benefit from being able to filter through our opportunities by "Assignee". Right now you can only filter by owner or tag. On teams the "owner" will always be the Rain Maker. Making an assignee option to filter through would be extremely helpful for teams with 3 or agents or teams that have a high volume of units.

  3. This would be useful as it would allow the RM to oversee all deals going through their team to ensure the opportunities have the necessary team documentation correct, as well as allow the RM to ensure the offer and commission submission is correct (i.e. splits, etc...) prior to submitting it to the MC for review.

    This would ideally be something the RM would have control of and be a "final check" before submitting the docs and offers to the MC for their approval by the agents on that team.

  4. I use third party software to display information from multiple databases into Airtable as a web app for my team. I would like to also bring data from Opportunities into the teams app and be able to make changes in my app that will sync back to Opportunities in Command.

    This would allow Teams to use another lead aggregator, like GoHighLevel or Brevity, that includes Pipeline data syncing into Command.

  5. Since the NAR lawsuit, it would be nice to see the wording change on the Offers & Commissions tab change to Offers & Compensations since the real estate industry wants us to now call commissions compensations. That was KW is in line with everyone else and this doesn't confuse anyone.

  6. Within Opportunities, could there be multiple checklist templates setup to choose from when populating the checklist for a given phase of the opportunity. For example, a new construction buyer opportunity may have a longer-timeline to it and a few different but standard steps (like a blue-tape walkthrough, or activating appliance warranties after the home is purchased). I know I would like this functionality, maybe others would as well.

  7. Currently, a Guest Admin cannot participate in Opportunity Discussions, since Guest Admins sometimes fill multiple roles in support of a transaction this would be a key feature for larger teams to take advantage fo this feature.

  8. As a broker at a previous firm, Dotloop was much easier to use than Docusign. It allowed me to autopopulate my MLS ID, brokerage license # and my license # in every contract, saving me time from having to look up the brokerage license number and typing it in manually every time. I was shocked with the number of agents KW has that this functionality is not there.

  9. It would be helpful to be able to tag people not included in the particular opportunity such as VAs and cooperating agents so we can notify others of things they need to do.

    For example:

    If an admin is the one that submits the paperwork and is the point of contact, we want them to get the notification. However, we can only do that right now if they are in command and the rainmaker uses the team opportunity and assigns the admin to the opportunity.

    Another example is Agent 1 submits the file as the listing agent and Agent 2…

  10. It would be helpful to be able to pull reports of opportunities with a date range and status option. Many times, we have wanted to see the transaction type, where each transaction is; cultivate, appointment, closed etc and include the contact details. Also, it would be great to have the report csv exportable.

  11. Our state has forms that require the broker information the be filled in, but even when we enter the broker information in DocuSign details, the information does not populate into DocuSign forms.

  12. When paperwork is missing on an Opportunity (Required Documents) and it will jeopardize a closing/payout to the Agent, it would be great if Command could automatically email the Agent 2 weeks from Closing Date and 1 week from Closing Date with a reminder to load missing documents, and to include a list of what those documents are (or allow the MC to select what reminder timelines they would like). This will save time for the MCA/Deals team with contacting the Agents manually when this happens.

  13. Currently, there is no way to bulk-assign opportunities. I would like to be able to bulk-assign opportunities to anyone on my team, especially if they have "Unlimited" team permissions.

  15. When using Split & Attach PDF, we are required to name the document even though we are also selecting the document name from the pick list...WHY? Why is it necessary to essentially name the document twice? The manual document name doesn't even show up. What is the point?

  16. This option would save time when uploading documents to Command. In the same way we have access to "DocuSign" and "My Computer." Direct access to Google Drive would make a smooth transfer of documents.

  17. When entering an opportunity for a listing, there should be a dropdown box with the sellers address which is pulled from the contact. There should also be the option to enter it manually if needed.

  18. It would be helpful and save time to have a "Create buyer side transaction" button from within command to create a mirror image opportunity that switches the buyer and seller side and adds it to the pipeline.

    This would be in lieu of manually creating a buyer side transaction when the listing agent has both sides of the deal personally or a team member.

  19. Current opportunity shows <Listings> / <Buyers> / <Leases>. The third classification requires further selection of <Tenant> or <Landlord>. That is non-intuitive and confusing if <Landlord> is needed. Changing the main classification for leases to parallel that for sales elminates the problem.

  20. I usually have to merge multiple PDFs into one file in order to upload it. I would love the ability to add multiple attachments to any category without having to make it into a single PDF
