    When an Agent adds a comment to a Stage using the Add Comments feature, typically there is a reply before the Agent adds another comment.

    When this is the comment and response pattern, the submitted comment and response comment appear left and right justified with a date/time stamp.

    If the Agent has submitted multiple comments on different dates or times before there is a reply, the result is each comment does not reflect the sent time stamps making it appear that multiple comments were sent on the date/time shown on the last comment.

    This can be clarified by checking the Opportunity timeline but it would be nice if each comment sent displayed the time stamp in the Add Comment window.

    We need the ability to add more than 1 home anniversary date! We live in cottage country - many people buy multiple properties! We'd like to track a client's residential home anniversary date and their cottage home anniversary date!!

    Agents are instructed to add phone numbers without dashes or dots, but when you add the information to designs- it looks terrible. Phone numbers need dashes or dots.

    When I forward my KW app to my customers it should prefill with my agent information so the customer doesn't have to do so many steps. They already have to register for the app. Also, when I send my app the verbage in the text message should say: This is my KW app, please download it, register with your information and enjoy! What is on the text message is not a good message.

    Make the from email-address on the Monthly Neighborhood nurture something other than "no-reply" Ideally it would be from my personal email address so the likelihood of it being opened is much greater.

    COMMAND MC - Would love to be able to print out a one page report to see agents usage. Currently only able to pull 10 agents at a time. I can distribute to my staff, etc.

    Provide a Report For MCTT's MCA's or OP's to view the connection of the programs in Settings. This will help with the identification of Tech Adoption in the MC. A report that lists who has, and who has not connected each program to Command would provide amazing visibility for the OP to baseline the Tech Adoption via Use/Connections and for the MCTT to use the list to increase tech adoption. For example, the Twilio migration would have been great to get a report of which Agents where connected to it so the MCTT could reach out to the entire list for a migration plan or info. Even create a smart plan for that list. Same for use of Docusign, migration of Dotloop, Connected to Gmail, etc

    For Example - How Many Associates in the MC have a Connection to
    Docusign (ie 140 of 180 Associates - click here for List)
    Twilio (ie 86 of 180 Associates - Click here for List)
    Facebook (Post Scheduling) (ie. 150 of 180 Associates - Click here for the List)
    Twitter
    Gmail
    Etc.

    Have the option to limit the Courtesy of information displayed with listings on Agent Sites to just a Brokerage Name and not both a Brokerage and Agent name based on the requirements in individual regions/boards. Thanks

    Our board, the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board provides us with Neighborhoods maps, Area's and Sub Area's. Would we be able to use Data directly from the boards that have neighbourhood maps and integrate those maps into sites and the app so it's locally more accurate and relevant?

    Our consumers need the ability to search for previously SOLD homes. This is a functionality that investors use Zillow for. We need this added to the Search Filter on our Apps and Websites.

    For agents licensed in multiple states, each state has its own requirements regarding what info has to be present on marketing pieces. E.g. I am licensed in both CA and TX. In CA, I am required to display my brokerage which is Keller Williams OC Coastal Realty. It is not acceptable to only use a generic KW logo without the specific CA brokerage mentioned. I obviously cannot use that same marketing logo when marketing in Austin, TX where i am with the Southwest Market Center. The solution would be to allow multiple marketing profiles, and the ability within Command to choose which marketing profile applies.

    Can we connect to showing time or give a field to plug into address to show which houses you have shown each buyer.

    It would be really useful if we could use Kelle/Command Mobile and Command to manage our buyer/tenant showings and to keep notes. Setting up and managing showings can take up a lot of our time and it would be great if we could do so within Command and on the go with Kelle.

    This is just what I had in mind maybe this is a long-term idea but for now if we could just simply have a "showings" in interactions in the contact card and use Kelle to add notes and photos would be a big help.

    ??Within command's "Showing Manager" we can input our scheduled showings (at someday be able to schedule showings within KWLS 2.0).

    ??Create a showing schedule

    ??Pull info from KWLS 2.0

    ??Pull stats automatically so we can have on-demand stats in Kelle/Command Mobile while on showings

    ??The ability to invite buyers/tenants and give them the ability to add feedback themselves whether in the app our sites or a landing page

    Create a "tour mode" for showings

    ??Add showings to contact card and opportunities

    ??Create a ranking for top choices

    ??Be able to start an offer from the showing manager

    ??A widget for upcoming showings

    ??Option to create a summary of showings and email to buyers/tenants

    In Kelle/Command Mobile:

    ??To be able to record audio and video or upload even by specific rooms so we can later compare to other properties.

    ??To be able to leave notes

    ??Receive AI insights on properties in the area at some point

    ??Automatically and manually create summaries of buyer's feedback

    ??To be able to ask Kelle "what are the insights on this home?" and the AI could tell us while being in the home with our clients would be amazing!

    And at some point down the road... having the "Showing Manager" feature on a Command Mobile Apple Watch

    Can we split commercial out or indicate it at a higher level? Example commercial buyers and listing opportunity. Commercial is very different from residential. Thanks!

    Have a Downline Opportunity. Phases could be Cultivate, Pre-licensing Course, Exam, Licensed. I'm not sure how the Income aspect would work though. Maybe just make Downline it's own tab?

    Opportunites currently only allows 1 Co-seller. An update should be made so multiple owners can be added. For example, I have an opportunity that has a mom/dad/ and 2 brothers, but i'm unable to add more than 2 people. This should be an easy fix to allow multiple owners.

    More people are looking for RENTALS and we currently cannot setup a saved search or create a smartplan for our rental communities
