It seems that when someone unsubscribes from email marketing through Command it is only for ONE smartplan.
It would be great if when someone unsubscribed from Command mail that it unsubscribed them from EVERY smartplan rather than just one.
Alternatively if we could get a notification that they unsubscribed so we can manually remove them (until this feature becomes available that it is automated).Having some people frustrated saying they are unsubscribed but it isn't working because they are still receiving other emails.

It would be very useful to me personally to be able to use logic in a SmartPlan.
* We can randomize the SmartPlan delay with custom scripts:
** 5-15 days for a delay rather than a hard-coded amount of time.
** Allowing agents to write custom scripts for this means we could randomize touches from 1 day to any amount of time at all.* We can randomize the steps in a SmartPlan:
** Rather than text, email, text, email. It can be pseudorandomized with code.
** This is achievable by indexing the tasks in a container, such as a dictionary, and randomly choosing one to show up in the agent's tasks for the day.
** You can still write code that checks if a delay is required.*** IF (previous task != delay) {choose delay} ELSE {choose random task from SmartPlan}
* Logic for adding contacts to other SmartPlans:
** IF the contact responds 3 times {subscribe {contact} to {ChosenSmartPlan}}.
** IF the contact becomes a lead AND initiates contact {subscribe {contact} to {ChosenSmartPlan}};(a smartplan to get the appointment for example).* Logic to deliver notifications to the agent:
** The goals tab seems to be largely off my radar. I like to analyze data as numbers fascinate me, therefore...
*** IF {date/time} is >= "the 15th" AND {LeadsGeneratedThisMonth} < {Agent'sGoal} {notify agent that they should be committing more time to {LeadGeneration}};
*** Being able to write custom scripts like this would massively beneficial to an agent like myself who is vigorous and highly ambitious.Python would likely be the most readable and simple coding language, but I'm not sure how well it would integrate into Command, as I don't know what language was used to build it. Python has some great libraries with most of the things agents would ever need prebuilt into them.
Adding the custom scripts feature allows a multifaceted agent like myself to be exponentially more competitive, and to deliver a significant amount more value.

Example: A Smartplan could be set up with the following parameters:
Step 1 - Task to Call Client
Step 2 - Delay 90 Days (Only triggered when initial task is marked as "complete")
Step 3 - Repeat Unlimited Times

This would be extrememly beneficial for agents with larger databases who may not always be able to stay up on their tasks 100% of the time. This would also allow agents to stay more on schedule with their calls/touches.
Current Issue Example: Agent adds Contact to regular Quarterly Call Plan, since the Agent has over 1,000 contacts on this plan, they don't make their call until 30 days after the task due date. However, the Agent is still given another task in 60 days to call again, even though the purpose of the plan is to only call each client every 90 days.
Overall, this would drastically improve Smartplans and allow for countless additional use cases by taking away the limitation of plans being time/date-based, and instead be progress-based, moving forward based on actions taken.

Hi, it would be very helpful to get a notification to retrieve your testimonial. You have to go in and control it so we have no knowledge of when they are submitted by our clients unless they tell us. Can you please add in a notification for any reviews submitted through our website?
And the new website is great!

It would be helpful if the address search can be more relevant and mimic the search on our older KW Website. IE: I search for a property 1234 Main street that is actively listed and it is the first result in suggested content drop down rather than having to scroll far down. Search should use location if available to determine the most relevant results.

Feedback was submitted by associates that it would be helpful to have a sync between their new Agent Sites & MC preferred vendors.
This would cut down time on manual entry for those common / in-house vendors that many of our associates use.
If Agents prefer not to display "fallback" MC preferred vendors, there should also be an option to hide.

Being able to text associates from Command MC would be great vs. having to use the Demo account to text.

I have been using command for smartplans and texting to recruits. once the recruit engages, I move them to command mc. it would be great to have the ability to sync the entire contact record between command mc and command and visa versa -

In the intranet, we had the capability of emailing all associates at once to advertise events, notify of form changes, or disseminate other important information. Now that it is going away, we need this function in CommandMC.

Command MC would be great to have the applets and functions that our associates have: emailing all associates, Campaign marketing to Contacts/Recruits/etc.
Having Command MC read out Associates is great, yet there's no way to email all associates through Command... unless you go Intranet or Demo Account - which are not connected to Command MC.

We are using Command for recruiting pipeline, but most of our smart plans have a texting task and having to manually complete this task from a personal phone is not ideal.

Referrals seems to be an abandoned product when it is one of Command's most important products. Referrals should do the following...all VERY easy to implement:
1) include the agent's location in the referral request email so that if we keep those emails we can search our email by location to find them again.
2) include their contact info in the referral request email so we don't have to hunt it down in Command if they didn't include it.
3) upon accepting the referral, send the receiving agent to the referring agent's profile instead of the main page
Those are 3 simple ideas that would make referrals 300% more effective.

In using filters to deselect certain contact tags, it would be WONDERFUL if there was a "Select All" option so that the process of applying the SP to 12,500 selected contacts wouldn't require the same process to be repeated 25 times. This could be solved by updating the max contact per page from 500 to unlimited. Please and thank you!

"Select All" is currently limited by the number of contacts visible. 500 per page in contacts, and you have to click "see more" at the bottom when creating an email list... even when the entire database has a global tag. Having to load multiple pages seems contradictory to creating a tag that affects the entire database when you have to scroll through mulitple pages to truly "select all."
This is both true in contacts & when creating email lists.

We have over 6,000 database contacts. Sometimes it would be great to filter certain tags and then press "select all" and it would selected EVERY ONE OF THEM, not only the up to 500 that show on the page when we have 2,000 that nee to be selected. This would help our team out HUGELY! This system is frustrating to use without an actual select all that actually selects all in the database with that tag. And especially beneficial when creating email lists. You need to make it more Large Database friendly.

Its been brought up a couple of times that people would like to have profile photos within Command. They are thinking similar to social media profile photos. They say this will help recolect the client and the conversations they have had outside of taking notes.

Can use the App when not at my desktop to see who key players are. For example, if I need to call the Lender when I am out in the field, I can open the App and have the Lender name and number right there to contact them.

Command Center is designed to help us save time and be more efficient. Manually plugging in every Referral agent that gets into our system into contacts is extremely time consuming and tedious. If this can't be done then allow smartplans to work in our referrals tab in command to execute email and texting campaign just as if it were in our contacts tab.

We are having trouble keeping track of referrals that we have sent to other agents. Referral agents are terrible at providing updates. We need to follow up with them on a bi-weekly or monthly basis for an update. We currently put a monthly smartplan in the contact that they are a referral, but there is no link to the referral system to get updates, so we are having to duplicate data or bounce between the 2 systems that should be integrated and more easily accessible and efficient.

For example,
When I'm adding a new contact, I have to save the contact then go into the campaigns tab to add them to an email list for my campaigns.
It would be so convenient to be able to add them to an email list right from the contacts tab as I'm adding them into my database.

We have a staff member that has left, we are cleaning up the recruiting pipeline and have found several redundant tags, we, (mca/tl) cannot edit/delete the tags created by the staff member that is no longer with us.

Anyone can create a tag who has access to CommandMC. This means that people can create tags willy nilly and then when they leave the market center, the market center is stuck filtering through those tags forever.
Please make it so any tag is owned by the market center and that the market center can delete any tag so as time and systems change, we stay current and don't get everything cluttered with too many tags.

Currently I can BULK ADD TO SMART PLAN - I'd like to also be able to BULK REMOVE - or make change in Bulk. Recently I was coached to have all Monthly Neighbourhood Nurture Smart Plans so on the same day (eg 15th of the month) so that I can block my checks of activiity to the days around that rather than throughout the month. I was able to BULK Add to Smart Plan but I was unable to BULK remove as a first step.

Currently, there is NO OPTION to sort and select from smaller, specific groups of Contacts to Bulk remove them from any SmartPlan. We can Bulk Add, but to remove, it has to be one by one or REMOVE ALL Contacts on a Specific SmartPlan.

When you log in command and place a call or text, that should go on our daily numbers in command Automatically reporting, we should be able to go back and add closings and appointments later.

I come to KW Command from Follow-Up Boss, which is great in that it auto-reports your dials, connections, appointments etc as you logged them. During a productivity coaching session I can simply change the date ranges and show my activity.
It would be great if this feature were created within KW Command, particularly if the stats were tracked in calls and messages iniated through Kelle.

I'd really like to be able to access a list of the addresses that direct mail campaigns populate and send to for things such as postcards. Not having this ability makes it difficult to ensure who we should follow up with.

We need to know who we are sending to! I love the feature of drawing around a specific house to pull in those addresses - we just need to be able to get those addresses/contacts easily into our database to be able to farm them!

I am a TC that is an independent contractor and I currently have my own KW login. It would be nice to be able to attach this login to agents that I work with. This would give agents/TC's better control over areas, in Command, that are accessible to the TC and would give agents the ability to see what their TC's are doing within their Command account.
I have a few agents that use DotLoop, I am paying for my own DotLoop account so that I can login to my agent's DotLoop account, give myself "team status", then log out of their account and login to my account. By doing this I can see my agent's transactions in my account. This allows my agents and I to see who has done which tasks.
