When you log in command and place a call or text, that should go on our daily numbers in command Automatically reporting, we should be able to go back and add closings and appointments later.

I come to KW Command from Follow-Up Boss, which is great in that it auto-reports your dials, connections, appointments etc as you logged them. During a productivity coaching session I can simply change the date ranges and show my activity.
It would be great if this feature were created within KW Command, particularly if the stats were tracked in calls and messages iniated through Kelle.

It would be really helpful to have a separate tab or location for just Twilio text messages. I am loosing them in all of my notifications and feel like I am missing out on leads.

I'd really like to be able to access a list of the addresses that direct mail campaigns populate and send to for things such as postcards. Not having this ability makes it difficult to ensure who we should follow up with.

We need to know who we are sending to! I love the feature of drawing around a specific house to pull in those addresses - we just need to be able to get those addresses/contacts easily into our database to be able to farm them!

When you export contacts, they export in (what appears to be) a random order. We would like to be able to export and have our contacts in the order we see them on the computer.

I am a TC that is an independent contractor and I currently have my own KW login. It would be nice to be able to attach this login to agents that I work with. This would give agents/TC's better control over areas, in Command, that are accessible to the TC and would give agents the ability to see what their TC's are doing within their Command account.
I have a few agents that use DotLoop, I am paying for my own DotLoop account so that I can login to my agent's DotLoop account, give myself "team status", then log out of their account and login to my account. By doing this I can see my agent's transactions in my account. This allows my agents and I to see who has done which tasks.

I find many agents dont do this or at time of our tech huddle dont have the perfect picture they want in yet althogh they usually send to agent services and we have a google drive for but they never cirlce back and put in their profile. I believe we were able to do this in white pages before the transition.

The ability to move an opportunity from a personal account to a team account (or vice versa) to avoid having to archive an existing opportunity and recreate it (while also losing all of the historical data.)

Sometimes we don't reach closing the first time and it would be great if we could reset, or uncheck, the steps in the buying/selling guides.

Allow us to create OTHER guides within Guide Builder for our consumers to read/use along with the Buying + Selling templates
For example: "How a mortgage broker could help you more than your bank" or "Getting your home ready for photos"

We are given one sellers guide and one buyers guide, but I would like to have one that is for Building, or one for Refinancing, or one for Probate, or one for leasing, or one for lease listing, or just a generic one that I can modify for ideas throughout the year... or for investors, or commercial... Just the option to create our own.

have the buyer guide and seller guide visible from the start on the agent site. when someone goes to select it then prompts them to sign up to view the guides.

I'd like to be able to choose a selection of contacts based on tags and then bulk edit action to add or change lead source to one of the available options. Right now I only see ability to select lead source one contact at a time and this is time consuming when you are running a team database with 5+ agents entering their own contacts.

After files have been submitted to compliance there is no way to remove a mistakenly placed document. Also for some reason the folders tend to flip to the wrong one as you add a document and get placed entirely in the wrong folder. Then you can't remove them if the folder was previously submitted. It would be nice if A. We could still remove them after the folder has been submitted as there are often more docs to be added after submitting the folder and B. Create a button that allows docs to be moved to the correct location/folder if they were mistakenly placed.

Please either add Referral Agent to the Relationship drop down OR better yet add a new field for Referral Agent to associate a contact for an agent with a client.
The issue with making the Referral Agent in Relationship would of course be confusion about if they are related to the client etc.

When a new referral agent is added to your network, that agent should be added to database Contacts for easy communication. This should be done with an "import contact" button, either in the individual's dropdown info or to add the network as a whole.

Since you cannot bulk complete tasks anymore, when you mark a task complete it takes you to the top of the list again, so you have to scroll down to where you were when you marked off the last task. It should just stay where you marked so you can go onto the next text quickly and easily.

While making a smartplan, you can select a design from command to add. Would love to see an import button there as well to pull from your documents on your computer.

Please make opportunity checklist items pushing to tasks optional. Such as a button like there is for "hide completed items" that says "generate task" Filtering them out each day (as filters do not save permanently) is tedious and checklist items from transactions closed 3 years ago have now cluttered our task lists.

I am personally super disappointed with the layout of the new task screen. Under far right there are three little dots as if it's an afterthought. The only thing we are doing when we go into tasks is "taking action" by using the 3 dots. I suggest the ACTIONS be moved to a priority position on the page. Ability to customize columns would help this a great deal.

I like that there are now filters for tasks, but I need to be able to select more than one, and I also need to be able to save filters.
I need to see "past due" and "due today" only, at the same time. I'd also like to be able to save filter presets. So that when I go back to the task page, I don't have to select the filters again.
In our team's other CRM, all non-lead contacts have a future task at all times. Leads are on a campaign (aka. SmartPlan).
Some contacts need to be followed up with more frequently than others, so the "Last Contacted" date might not catch neglected contacts until it's too late. And SmartPlans don't take into account following up on a certain date for a specific reason. So tasks are the solution for maintaining both timely and meaningful connections with our database.
The problem is, in Command, we cannot see which of our contacts are missing a task. Being able to filter out contacts that have no tasks would be useful because it would help make sure no contacts are slipping through the cracks... and going with Redfin. :)
