The MCA, Broker, OP, or those with most access to CommandMC should be able to delete tags. It might be an idea to even have the option to either allow other roles to create tags or not, so tags are kept clean and organized based on the higher leaderships' decisions.

I think this is a great idea! Plus, for the text tasks, since they have to be manual due to not being able to use Twilio, having access to CommandMC tasks would allow an easy way to manually text right from the app to phone messages. Would love to see this!

This would be amazing to have for on the go purposes and to easily track appointments, notes, phone calls, texts, etc. I highly recommend to implement a way to easily text from the app to make Text Tasks easer through CommandMC. Texting from a computer is difficult if you don't have your number for texting set up already in some way. It could allow us to copy the text from the task and paste it easily in the our preferred messaging platform right on our phone.

This would be a great idea to have to allow agents who have names that put them near the back of the list. It would also be nice to have a search bar at the top to search our agent database if they know who they are looking for if random order is added.

FYI, KW Connect Reports are always uploaded before the 7th business day of the month, so even though we don't have an exact time, know that they will always be up by that point! :)

It would be very beneficial on many accounts to have Twillio integration available in CommandMC. There are many factors like recruiting or KSCORE, where sending out texts would be invaluable and save time in the day.

We have a Preferred Vendor Program for our Market Center and we have some that are not listed in the categories given. For instance, we have a flooring company, roofing company, and pest control. There should at least be an "Other" option if there isn't the option for custom categories.

This would be such a valuable addition as there is already the Bulk Action "Add to Email List" within Contacts that ONLY works for Mailchimp. Getting it to allow editing an existing email list or creating a new one within Email Campaigns in Command would make operations smoother when utilizing Command for newsletters.
