It would be very beneficial on many accounts to have Twillio integration available in CommandMC. There are many factors like recruiting or KSCORE, where sending out texts would be invaluable and save time in the day.

We have a Preferred Vendor Program for our Market Center and we have some that are not listed in the categories given. For instance, we have a flooring company, roofing company, and pest control. There should at least be an "Other" option if there isn't the option for custom categories.

As a KSCORE Admin who uses CommandMC, I would love to have this option or at least add the "KSCORE Scholarship Approval Meeting" as an option in the Appointment Type. When conducting these appointments, based on the written KSCORE Best Practice Model, we are required to have the recruit's Blueprint with their goals as a reference for the meeting which can only be added to the recruit card by creating an Appointment. Unfortunately, there is no good choice for Appointment Type regarding these meetings. I am having to either designate one of the appointment type options for my meetings which can create confusion, or I have to log it as a Meeting in the Timeline which creates double the work by having to relay the meeting details in addition to the document information in the details box.

This would be tremendously helpful along with simple format options to allow easy readability for paragraphs. I would love to have a note to be pinned that allows me to find the most relevant information to a contact.
