Thanks for reaching out to KWRI Tech Support! Apologies for this, in this case it looks to be a limitation of our system where it won't allow using company names that don't match existing ones in the system depending on length there. Given that, the most we can suggest for now is to submit that over at ideas.kw.com (http://ideas.kw.com/) and our product team can look into possibly adjusting how this works in the future there. Sorry again for this and let us know if there's anything else we can do for you here today!

I'm trying to add COMFORTECH as a company to a client of mine but it keeps auto populating 3 other companies in there that are similar but not this one. How do I stop this auto population issue?
