How can we improve Command?

Send from @kw.com Email Address

Use our actual KW email addresses instead of the "agent99999@mailer.kw.com" when we send out marketing emails. The person would more easily recognize who its from and this would help avoid having our emails go to the recipient's spam folder.

    I would use this feature if it showed up as coming from my name or my kw email

    Sending an email from command that comes from a gibberish email that does not have a name will likely go to spam or be sent to spam from the consumer, which therefore will continue to go to spam. That's contact and potential money lost for everyone.

    So many reasons why we need OUR email to show;
    1. because even if they don't read it, they see our name as the sender.
    2. because it will get marked as SPAM
    3. because it basically announces BULK EMAIL, less personal etc.

    Those are just a few off the top

    Email without my name is easily filtered out into spam or ignored by clients. Please change to reflect the actual sender. Thanks.

    Looks bad when emails don’t come from us.

    It's hard to build trust when our emails show up in such a spammy format. I would use the email newsletter functionality and smartplans more regularly if this feature were optimized.

    Just found out that my two Halloween touches have gone to spam for a friend. Wondering if this is because they were sent out with the smartplan and campaign. Also hoping that if the sending address is the kw address, these e-mails would less likely go to spam. PLEASE GET THIS ONE GOING ASAP.

    Make the from email-address on the Monthly Neighborhood nurture something other than "no-reply" Ideally it would be from my personal email address so the likelihood of it being opened is much greater.
