Setting up annual holiday Smart Plans is a real pain in the butt right now, since every time I add a contact I have to manually add them to each holiday email Smart Plan and set a date individually. Very cumbersome approach. It would be great to be able to create a SmartPlan with multiple steps - each step being a separate email that goes out on a specific date. And if a contact is added on a date after say the first couple of steps, then those steps are just skipped.

Have a Smartplan start on a specific date, like for holidays. Looking to do a Smartplan for Veterans on Veteran's Day.

Being able to send an email, text or assign a task on a specific date, including from a user custom date field.

**I agree and there should be an option to EXCLUDE holidays so a smartplan doesn't text someone on Christmas Day, etc. I've had customers unsub and block because of this. The text/email seems "tone deaf" when it lands on a major holiday.

100% Agree! We are working on scheduling out our 36 touch/19 to connect and some of those are tied to Holiday Cards, and Events set to a specific date. It would be nice to have something in SmartPlans that allows us to set reminders based on a date or event do a reverse plan. If Event is on X date, text reminder sends 2 days prior, email 1 week prior, etc.

Dates instead of number of days

The ability to pick a day, such as a holiday or the day of an event, and then build a SmartPlan that runs up to that day. For example, build a SmartPlan with a 10 day duration, with Day 1 Step 1 being an email and Day 10 Step 1 being a phone call. Then set the count down start date as April 15th, and it will automatically send out Day 1 Step 1 on April 5th, and Day 10 Step 1 on April 14th.

hand in hand with ability to choose calendar dates, such as 4th of July rather than the total number of days to repeat. If full functionality is added, similar to the way most repeats (Google reminders, outlook, etc) are set up, you can choose a specific date, a frequency or the first of the month (or even the first weekday of the month). This would solve more than one of the requests out here.

This feature is already in use for our contacts. Hoping it can be duplicated in the smartplan and email campaigns. I want my newsletter and smartplan to go out on a specific day of the week each month.

I would love to have the wedding anniversary saved to the contact and a smartplan as well! We help many clients buy homes when they are married and they include us on their special event so we really need to be able to add this feature to command. Please add soon. Thank you!!!

I have unsuccessfully been trying to figure a work around for the smart plans created/managed by Keller Williams. Please either make the KW created smart plans editable (allowing us to create a copy that we can edit would be fine), or allow the creation of smart plans using dynamic date triggers like the Birthday and Home Anniversary plans already use.

Add a Calendar feature in the smart plan to better organize the touches and delays more efficiently.

In creating a smart plan you can put a beginning date on the calendar and and end date and be able to determine how many touches and how much time delay you need to meet the end date of the smart plan.

This would also help in someone using an existing smart plan and help navigate the time line more easily.

This is huge for us too. We would love to be able to schedule smartplans to trigger on Mondays, or Wednesdays, instead of only being able to do 2 or 3 days from the trigger.

Be able to send automated home anniversary emails on the date of clients home anniversary

We would like the ability to replicate/make a copy of a KW Smartplan and then be able to customize it for our team. For example, we like the Birthday Smartplan, but want to take out the text step. Right now, there's no way to do this.

I'm hoping for the ability to modify KW Command Smart Plans, or at least the option to craft a similar plan with the ability to specify a trigger based on contact information for when the Smart Plan initiates.

Additionally, it would be fantastic to have birthday Smart Plans for a contact's family members. For instance, receiving a reminder a week prior to their children's birthdays.

I'd like to customize when the my task triggers in relation to the contact's birthday date - for example, I'd like to get a task notification 30 days prior to their birthday to send a handwritten card, then a task notification the day before that birthday date to make a call/text - but I'm not seeing that option to do so. I only see the smartplan starting as soon as I add a tag, which wouldn't line up the dates correctly if I added them all to the smart plan on the same day - I need the tasks to correspond with each client's birthday date.

I contacted customer support and there is currently no way to make an editable copy the current KW birthday smart plan while keeping the birthdate triggers - they said the only current solution would be to create 500+ individual birthday smart plans for each contact and recommended I submit the idea here. Seems like a very basic feature to have on the platform :(

The KW birthday smartplan is a bit overkill for some. We'd like a touch task and a twilio text only. There's no limit to how much more we could do with SmartPlans this way!!
