1. Free Resource Automation Landing Page

   It would be good to be able to create a landing page that has the option for recipients to checkmark certain items to download for free.

   EXAMPLE: After a positive call with a FSBO, we might just send them this email that has a link to a landing page. Once they click that link they are taken to a page that has 5-10 options for free download "free open house guide, free facebook/instagram posts, free listing flyer designs, free custom eflyers, free emarketing plan... etc." Then the user can checkmark which items they want to download. Once they finish checking what they want they click the "download free materials" button at the bottom. From there a page pops up that has them put in their information ((REQUIRED: Name, Number Email) (OPTIONAL: State / Zip)), then this info auto emails the agent and puts them in command. This would be a great resource for not just FSBOs but how agents market to them.

2. Ability to Re-Order Sections of Agent About Me Page

   On the "About Me" page, I think that section should be above the "My Details" page because the about me section is more relevant than languages spoken/what market center you are on etc. I think it will pull people in if the order is swapped.

5. Create Saved Search When Open House Form is Completed

   With the new website open house landing page it would be great if a prospect signed up on that page during the open house and not have to go to the agent site or consumer app in order for the saved search capability to work. If I understand it, currently, if the prospect was looking in a specific school district or neighborhood etc. they would have to signup not just on the open house page but also use one of the other areas. Would it be possible to get this capability? I plan to notify the prospect of new properties coming on the MLS meeting their criteria on a weekly basis after they signup at the open house and also set them up on a smart plan.

   With the new website open house landing page it would be great if a prospect signed up on that page during the open house and not have to go to the agent site or consumer app in order for the saved search capability to work. 6. Customize Landing Page Lead Source

   I have an innovative concept that could benefit both fellow agents and my own business. At present, the KW Landing Page operates as a centralized system that accumulates all new leads without distinguishing their originating landing pages. As a result, the full potential of Command is limited. It would be highly advantageous to have the ability to personalize the source for tracking purposes and to access additional functionalities.

   For instance, if I generate a landing page for my builder and wish to monitor leads generated from that particular source, the only feasible method currently available is to filter by source from the system named KW Landing Page, rather than KW Landing Page My Builder. By customizing the source to KW Landing Page My Builder, I could establish an automatic tag that would facilitate the creation of a smart plan. This would enable me to present myself as an expert and offer new leads with links, videos, or any other pertinent materials I choose to include in the smart plan. I would also be able to incorporate tasks and follow-up items.

7. Add Custom Vendor Types and Dropdown List

   Replace having to manually enter vendor type with a dropdown list of all vendor types within MoveEasy's provided spreadsheet template when bulk uploading to My Preferred Vendor List which feeds agent's website. Second, ability to add custom vendor types.

   This would save the agent / admin so much time uploading or entering vendors and be able to more accurately convey to the customer what the vendor can all do.

   Example - Our team already has over 100 vendors on a spreadsheet and we were flying through inputting by copying each column (Contact, Company Name, Phone Number, Website, etc) from our already created list but then stalled greatly when it came to entering each vendor type. There is not a complete visible list of all so I have to flip back and forth from the spreadsheet manually typing the vendor type after scrolling and viewing all the options within the dropdown list when manually entering each one by one. And then we found no appropriate options for some.

8. Pixel Integration for Agent Sites

   It would be great to have a pixel that we could install to our own websites (not the KW provided websites). Follow up Boss has this feature and it's wonderful. Let's implement to Command too, please!!

9. Make Lead Forms on Landing Pages Editable

   Hello, have you considered making lead forms under landing pages editable?

   "Let's Talk" - let us choose the call to action - not all like to talk. They may just want to request information from us. Still allows us to capture their info and nurture the lead with a campaign.

   "Phone Number" - not everyone wants to give their phone number in exchange for information. Email should suffice, but leave it up to the agent to decide for their campaign.

   With flexibility, an agent can better use the landing page (lead magnet) for not only sales prospecting, but for profit sharing, and for agent attraction, in exchange for information or a download.

   A true lead magnet or landing page should be able to offer an exchange of information for the data. For example, if I wanted to offer a custom download list or template.

   Please allow flexibility to edit landing pages or widgets, otherwise, they can deter agents and prospects and are limited in their use.

   I was going to use KW Command landing pages for my prospecting project, but now have to look for another CRM/Database to lead generate for agent prospecting.

   A flexible landing page allows the agent to never leave KW Command.

10. Allow Imported Reviews for Agent Sites (Zillow, Google)

    We should be able to import our reviews from other central websites such as Google, Zillow or Facebook. Other real estate companies (such as Compass) can do this seamlessly (automatically).

12. WordPress Integration for Agent Sites

    WordPress Plugin to add Smarter Agent IDX Listings Search, Map Search and Neighborhood Landing Page to any WordPress website. (For Smarter Agent to feed to Command from any KW Agent or Market Center website or Blog)

    The plugin would include a Quick Search Widget, Featured Listings Widget, Open House Widget and a Landing Page Widget. In addition, a custom search manager to create custom searches for landing pages and neighborhood pages. Lastly, the ability to insert scrolling listings and listing grids in landing pages and neighborhood pages created as blog posts or pages.
