To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. It would be good to be able to create a landing page that has the option for recipients to checkmark certain items to download for free.

    EXAMPLE: After a positive call with a FSBO, we might just send them this email that has a link to a landing page. Once they click that link they are taken to a page that has 5-10 options for free download "free open house guide, free facebook/instagram posts, free listing flyer designs, free custom eflyers, free emarketing plan... etc." Then the user can checkmark which items they want to download.   2. On the "About Me" page, I think that section should be above the "My Details" page because the about me section is more relevant than languages spoken/what market center you are on etc. I think it will pull people in if the order is swapped.

  5. With the new website open house landing page it would be great if a prospect signed up on that page during the open house and not have to go to the agent site or consumer app in order for the saved search capability to work. If I understand it, currently, if the prospect was looking in a specific school district or neighborhood etc. they would have to signup not just on the open house page but also use one of the other areas. Would it be possible to get this capability? I plan to notify the prospect of new properties…

  6. I have an innovative concept that could benefit both fellow agents and my own business. At present, the KW Landing Page operates as a centralized system that accumulates all new leads without distinguishing their originating landing pages. As a result, the full potential of Command is limited. It would be highly advantageous to have the ability to personalize the source for tracking purposes and to access additional functionalities.

    For instance, if I generate a landing page for my builder and wish to monitor leads generated from that particular source, the only feasible method currently available is to filter by source…

  7. Replace having to manually enter vendor type with a dropdown list of all vendor types within MoveEasy's provided spreadsheet template when bulk uploading to My Preferred Vendor List which feeds agent's website. Second, ability to add custom vendor types.

    This would save the agent / admin so much time uploading or entering vendors and be able to more accurately convey to the customer what the vendor can all do.

  8. It would be great to have a pixel that we could install to our own websites (not the KW provided websites). Follow up Boss has this feature and it's wonderful. Let's implement to Command too, please!!

  9. Hello, have you considered making lead forms under landing pages editable?

    "Let's Talk" - let us choose the call to action - not all like to talk. They may just want to request information from us. Still allows us to capture their info and nurture the lead with a campaign.

    "Phone Number" - not everyone wants to give their phone number in exchange for information. Email should suffice, but leave it up to the agent to decide for their campaign.

    With flexibility, an agent can better use the landing page (lead magnet) for not only sales prospecting, but for profit…

  10. We should be able to import our reviews from other central websites such as Google, Zillow or Facebook. Other real estate companies (such as Compass) can do this seamlessly (automatically).

  12. WordPress Plugin to add Smarter Agent IDX Listings Search, Map Search and Neighborhood Landing Page to any WordPress website. (For Smarter Agent to feed to Command from any KW Agent or Market Center website or Blog)

    The plugin would include a Quick Search Widget, Featured Listings Widget, Open House Widget and a Landing Page Widget. In addition, a custom search manager to create custom searches for landing pages and neighborhood pages. Lastly, the ability to insert scrolling listings and listing grids in landing pages and neighborhood pages created as blog posts or pages.
