Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  2. When looking at the opportunities that belong to a contact, I'd like it if it displayed if the opportunity was marked lost.

    There are definitely opportunities in my command that I forgot to mark lost. I'd like to not have to take the extra step to open each opportunity to verify if I had marked it lost.

  7. It would be helpful if we got an AI that could take in texts like "I talked to a guy named steve at an open house. hes looking for a house in a year and hes a veteran. His number is 333333333" and create a contact with specific tags like "veteran" or lead source as "open house" or create a smart plan for 1 year AUTOMATICALLY.

  8. Please provide the ability to add a checklist (just like in the opportunity phases) to a contact that is added to command. This is an early stage of the lead generation process, but we are not able to create our own checklists on how to "connect" or develop that contact relationship further.

  9. With the increasing usage of AI note taking devices that export notes and conversations as a PDF file, agents need the ability to add those notes to the contact. Current note limitation where it takes several paragraphs and turns them into one long mess is useless.

    Clean outline and transcription on the pdf will help agents who use these call recording and note taking devices instead of asking agent to type in one thing and have platform try to make it all one long sentence.

  10. I’d like to suggest a potential system update that could help with database management. It would be very helpful to have a filter or flag that identifies phone numbers in the database that are unable to receive text messages. Currently, the only time this becomes visible is during the text verification step when an exclamation mark appears next to a contact before sending. Adding a way to filter or view those numbers in advance would make it much easier to clean up the database and ensure messages are only sent to numbers capable of receiving texts.

  12. Provide a Primary Phone alert, just like Primary Email Alerts for phone numbers that unsubscribe or type back STOP

  13. Have an intuitive AI ISA that reaches out via text to incoming leads to qualify them, and interact with them until it's time to pass them off to an agent. It would also identify contact activity in our CRM and start a text dialogue to try to reengage a contact/lead.

  15. Can you add a merge tag for "contact address"? Even better can you make it where any option in the contacts column has a merge tag to go with it.

  16. Export specific client names based on their last name (ex: A-H, I-P, Q-Z). I want to be able to search for this in the filters without having to individually select each name.

  17. Currently the filter will filter by the Day and month of a Home Anniversary. So if you want to look just for home anniversary's of clients who purchased 5 years ago, you won't be able to. As the filter will show all the anniversaries, as they happen every year.

  18. Create an Alert Pop-Up text box, or and alert text field under or next to contact name. that would be seen each time a contact is pulled up. This would flag an agent that there is something important to know before reaching out, such as "spouse recently died" or "currently battling cancer", etc. This would also solve the other ideas of "Buyer Bullet Points on Contact Page" and "Do Not Contact" next to client name. Currently there is no way of knowing unless you scroll through notes prior to contacting each client.
