Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. When adding an activity for a contact, you are able to add your notes associated with that call, text, mailing, etc. However, you cannot edit those notes once the activity is saved. So if you make a mistake you cannot undo it.

  2. Embed do not call list into command so that it will automatically populate agent's contacts if phone numbers match. Automatically prevent calls to those numbers.

  3. Add the ability to search for a contact with specific content in the notes. EX: Search for all contacts with notes containing "Katy, 3 bedroom"

  4. Currently, there is no official API access or endpoint for retrieving contacts in KW Command, making it difficult to integrate with third-party automation tools like Zapier. Users must rely on workarounds using Google Sheets and Webhooks, which are inefficient and prone to errors.

    Adding an official API endpoint for retrieving contacts would allow users to:

    Search for existing contacts before creating duplicates.
    Automate lead management workflows using Zapier and other integrations.
    Improve data accuracy and reduce manual data entry.
    This feature would enhance KW Command’s integration capabilities, aligning with users’ needs for more flexible and efficient CRM management.

  5. In CommandMC, inputting Interaction: Call - there's options to indicate: no answer, answered, etc... yet in associates Command: those features are not there.

  6. Previously when you imported contacts and there were records that failed, the error file contained ONLY those that failed.

    Now, the error log is the entire import file with numerous columns at the end showing why they failed.

    This is messy when you are imported thousands of records and because error validation is on numerous columns, basics sorts are not able to quickly show the associate what failed.

    Please go back to showing only the records that failed on the error file export.

  7. It's fantastic that we can manage a number of signatures in the email module within contacts! But we need to be able to select a default one that automatically inserts into our emails. For every email we send right now, we have an extra two clicks to click on the add signature button, then click on the signature.

  8. On a contact when you go to 'add activity' on the list of 'interaction type' I would like you to add 'door drop' or 'pop by' on the drop down menu. Then I can mark the days I personally show up at peoples homes with a door drop and then I can add notes if they were home or not.

  9. Make it ok to put the same phone number on multiple contacts. That is a reality that should be addressed.

  10. Currently we are able to create a custom field in command based on a category created by the user. However this option can only be viewed under the individual contact card. From the contact dashboard there should be a way to filter through custom fields using the advanced or basic filters and the column should be Clickable so these same contacts can be sorted based on but not limited to ascending, descending, newest, oldest etc. Finally the ability to bulk tags these contacts based on custom fields should be available too.

  12. I have tried to import my Database from a 3rd party CRM via a CSV file. I have many contacts already in Command from doing Opportunities over the last several years. However I have used my other CRM religiously for many years and wanting to get everything into Command. We now have an option to merge duplicates within Command but not as we import them in. It does not import the duplicate contacts. Which has halted my attempt to import and use Command to its fullest potential. I don't have time to import each person individually as I have hundreds…

  13. I send out email campaigns regularly through KW command to my sphere of influence. When I go into a profile to see activity on their timeline, it shows that the email was sent, but doesn't show if it was opened or not.

    Is there a way to add their activity on the recent campaign, for example, whether they opened, clicked, etc...?

  14. When I schedule an event from command in google calendar it would be very helpful if that event would show in timeline or tasks rather than having to create a second record to show the meeting.

  15. Currently, tags are sorted in order of date added to the contact. With system tags always appearing at the end of the list of tags. Would prefer that tags sort alpha/numerically on the contact card view and contact list columns view.

  16. The ability to add and remove Contacts from Email Lists from within the Contact Card. If timeline shows emailed failed, why make agent go through Campaigns and the lists to remove? If agents can see the Email Lists a Contact is on currently and want to add to existing list, add from Contact.

  18. When we enter contacts into Command that need to be linked, it would be awesome that when after you enter the first contact, and then when you start on the second and you "Add a relationship" ....if the Collaborator and Tags automatically populated to the second contact...that would be amazing!

  19. On the right-hand side of the contact profile, the "Last Time Contacted" field appears empty. Scrolling to the bottom of the page, there is no information about how or when the lead was added—no creation or interaction dates are shown.
