To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Have a field for: Referral? "yes" or "no"

    If yes, another field opens up to have the Referring agent's contact information entered so it links to the client, and another field for either $ or %. If there's no referral fee involved, someone can just put 0 (zero). Once an opportunity is created, that information would populate, and the agent could click a toggle to push it to the DA.

    This would help keep track of referrals easier so they wouldn't have a chance to get overlooked and missed. This would also be a great way to track where referrals…

  3. We’d like to suggest enhancing the Contact Profile page in KW Command by integrating real-time property data and a Google Street View preview based on the address saved in the contact's profile.

    Proposed Features:
    Live Property Snapshot: Pull basic property details (beds, baths, square footage, lot size, last sold date, estimated value, etc.) from a trusted public data source based on the address in the contact’s profile.

    Street View Integration: Embed a Google Street View image of the contact’s address directly in their profile for quick visual context.

  4. Agents are unable to efficiently review and edit multiple contacts while navigating through the Database. The current single-window approach disrupts workflow and causes loss of context when switching between contacts.

    To address this, we propose returning the Contact Name as a link feature Command previously had. Agents could open multiple contacts in separate tabs within the database view, by right-clicking on the contact name and selecting "Open Link in New Tab" button.

    This allows for standard desktop browser Tab management features, such as tab closing, reordering, and grouping which all would enhance user experience and productivity.

  5. After completing a search for contacts, opening and moving through them, add a number above the next arrows for where you are in the list. EX 3 of 247 so you know how far you are into the list.

  10. adding some additional search parameters to what we currently have...maybe not all of the ones available in mls but at least the 20 most used would be a great start. I'm currently having to set up reccurring searches through mls for more than half of my contacts instead of command due to lack of filter options.

  11. It would be great to be able to "add activity" to a group of people that have been tagged when we send something to the entire group either through a direct mailer or an email etc vs having to add that activity one at a time.

  12. In the daily tracker log sheet, please add a field to enter the number of attempts. That way we can see how many communication attempts we are making each day vs. how many actual 2 way conversations are happening.

  13. I do pop-bys for my clients and with the growing date base, if we could just check mark the names and ask the command to map the addresses to utilize less drive time, it will save us a lot of time. Google map can only do 25 addressed max, there are other apps that will do 50 addresses but we have to share the contacts with them. We need command to do this or us so we do not upload our contacts in a third party app. Please help.

  14. Please add "Assignee" as a column in the Export file. Within the export file, team managers need to know which team member is assigned to a specific contact. Currently, you have to first filter by assignee and then export, which means separate exports for each team member. It'd be more efficient to export all contacts, clean up the file and then sort by an Assignee column. So many other fields are included in Export, why not Assignee?

  15. The desktop version of Command needs to sort SmartViews in alphabetical order like the mobile version currently does. The random order makes no sense after all this time unless we are still in Beta.

  16. Can we label the phone numbers; we already select what it is when entering it but it does not reflect once saved. I cannot tell which is a work line or a mobile

  20. Want to seen the one that we were looking at last. I wish it would save place in my scroll. I want it to go right back. Would use the back and forward buttons some times but not always. Match behavior from Google Contacts.
