Email Reports for Individual SmartPlans
Being able to run a report for each smart plan email that is sent to see who un-subscribing from what plan, or who has opened each email. We are sending multiple emails for different plans, and it would be nice to be able to pull a report for each smart plan email that was sent within a particular smart plan!

Search by Contact Name in Email Campaigns Report
When looking at the results of an email campaign, they are listed in no particular order and there is no way to sort or search the results. If an agent needs to search to see if a Contact either received or opened an email, one must scroll through the entire list and manually search. Not time efficient and there is no reason it should be so time intensive to search for results for a contact. Timeline does not include the email nor any indication if opened. This should be basic functionality, not a feature request.

Add Tool Tips for Definitions in Goal Setting
Please add in an i icon to the Kelle Guide for Setting Goals on what Cost of Sales & expenses are! This helps agents who have not read MREA or taking Business Planning Clinic understand these fields better to then configure those amounts to complete the Kelle Guide faster.

Set Team Goals and Individual Goals
Currently, I have set our Team's yearly production goal under our rainmaker's account while logged under the team account. Initially I thought this was setting the goal for the whole team under the team account. I had an individual agent on the team add in their annual goal in their Command account on the team side. Since doing so, when looking at goals for "All Team Members" it now has the combination of the Team/Rainmaker Goal, plus the individual agent. Ex: 65 Transactions (Team) + 16 (Individual) = 81 Transactions (All Team Members, not correct)

Auto-Calculate Conversion Rates Using Opportunity Date Inputs
The only way to determine what associate training is needed in the sales process is to examine conversion rates from contact to appt to contract to close. These fields already exist in Command. Why doesn’t command calculate these crucial ratios automatically from agent supplied dates? Or similar? The framework is already here and it is quite silly that Command wouldn’t automatically calculate these ratios which have THE MOST DIRECT IMPACT ON AGENT INCOME than any other metric. Please add this function because right now I believe the vast majority of KW Agents don’t even know what a conversion ratio is…and…

Make Reports Printer-Friendly (PDF)
To enhance user experience and operational efficiency, I propose the addition of a printer-friendly report feature in Command CRM. Allow Email Campaign Results Export
I would really like to be able to export an email campaign's results to an excel spreadsheet. For example, I have 26 emails that didn't send. It shows the reason why but I would like to be able to export this list to use to update those that may have incorrect emails. Or export the list of those that didn't open it so that I can send it to the agent in a spreadsheet so they can connect with the clients.

Report on All Activity on Contacts
For tracking purposes. Is there a way to go in and check for all updated notes and activities per month or time period? The goal is to know what activities we are doing and to be able to track our activities. This would be a helpful tool to coordinate with team and leadership opportunities. And to know how productive we are in working our database.

Show Current Closed Units, Volume, and GCI for Year to Date
In order to build our businesses, we are encouraged to know our numbers, not just "potential" and "probable", but our actual numbers. At any given moment, an agent should be able to know their GCI for the current year without using other platforms or having to calculate themselves.
Imagine being able to click on reports and see:
"As of today, your GCI for 2023 is..."
"As of today, your closed units for 2023 are..."
"As of today, your closed volume for 2023 is..."

Automated Activity Tracking and Reporting
Command should be able to automatically track activity and outreach to our DB's.
This should be broken down by automated outreach (smartplans) and manual outreach (typically driven by tasks, calls, emails, texts or appointments).
This information is already being captured in each contacts timeline.
It would be helpful to add contact reason and contact outcome for each task or activity type ie for reason it could be cold outreach, DB follow up, Lead follow up, Client update, listing appointment, buyer appointment, etc. There may be different reasons for different activity types.
Then outcomes may look something like no answer, wrong…

Show Contact Names for Appointments in Reports
When you click on the number of appointments held in the report section of, Command we would like it to tell you who is being counted as an appointment.

Customize Team Activity Tracker Questions
For those of us using the Procoach accounts or even teams with newer associates, it would be extremely benifical to be able to adjust some of the questions asked on the Activity tracking form.
Rather than having "did you sign any contracts today" I would love to be able to change that for PC Agents to "How many contacts did you assing to smartplans today?"

Goals Report to Include Deductions, Net Commission, Amount Left to Cap
This would provide an at-a-glance view for with the toggle capability to see the data by Calendar year vs Anniversary year. Having to manually track or depend on the data within individual opportunities is cumbersome. I know this can be streamlined and save time.

Anniversary and Birthday per Month Report with Contact Names
This report would enable agents to be prepared ahead time to send cards, gifts, etc. to mark these events. Agents could simply print the report at the first of the month and then make sure they have cards on hand and gifts ordered.

Profit & Loss Statement Report
I would love to have a way to keep track my business expenses and create a Profit/Loss report every month. Since KW Command will be able to track our income based on our 'opportunities', it only makes since to also be able to track our expenses.

Report for Neighborhood Nurture Engagement
I would love see who is engaging in a bi-monthly or monthly neighborhood search so we can follow up. Perhaps a notification of contacts who open the smart plan and are looking at listings. Or a way to filter these contacts. We seem to be good at sending them out but the follow up and metrics to these systems seem to be lacking.
