Allow Guest Users for Individual Agents
Currently, separate admin access is only allowed on Team Accounts. Individual agents should be allowed this function too. An Individual agent's first hire is an admin after all, so why limit their growth in command?

commentedIt is critical that my licensed TC has access whenever she needs it. Not allowing this is extremely disruptive.

commentedMy licensed TC must have access whenever she needs it to my Command. Critical!

commentedAbsolutely critical that my TC have access to my Command. Makes zero sense that an individual agent cannot add a RE licensed TC. Unacceptable.

commentedI rely on my TC heavily and she has to have access to my Command to be able to do her job. This is an absolute must without me having to watch for an email when I'm out at listing appointments or showing homes. This is a must!

commentedI work as a TC for many individual agents and this has to be approved. I cannot do my job without access to their Command and expecting them to be paying attention to a security code email when they are out in the field is ridiculous. Beyond frustrating! This is critical!

commentedAllow associates not on a team to add guest users to their command. That way TC's don't need to request agent codes from the agent every time. Most Transaction coordinators work after hours, and do not get the codes right away from the agent.

commentedIf KW wants to be the company that promotes leverage for it's agents it needs to keep leverage in mind when making changes to the systems. Either give TCs the ability to access multiple accounts through their own KW Command account (similar to switching to/from a team profile) or allow us to get the verification code directly. Expecting agents to keep forwarding their verification emails is time consuming and counter productive.

commentedAs a TC for multiple agents (individual & teams) the verification code is causing a lot of issues within our systems. Agents are not available to send us these codes and it is hindering productivity. As a KW agent myself I have my own command account and unfortunately am only able to link to one account. something I have always hoped would be rolled out is the ability for my account to be linked to multiple teams or agents. this would help with security issues as we will not be logging in and out of each agent account and can simply log into our own. It will also help with tracking activity and tasks being performed. I see in the top right corner where there is the option to toggle between individual or team (Other accounts). maybe admin/assistants/coordinators/etc can have their own master account and be linked to the agents/teams they are working with and just toggle between.

commentedKylie Sickendick (TC for Alex Pozo) commented: LOVE this idea! I am a transaction coordinator for 4 KW agents and I am constantly having to bombard them with verification codes that were sent to their email address. I would love if the TCs were about to get notified via an email/text too! This could be as simple as "adding a TC" to the agent's main profile with the TC's email address. Anytime a verification code is sent, it would send to both email addresses/phone numbers.

commentedWith the new password verification code requirements, I have transaction coordinators who are struggling to get into their agents' accounts. This is because the verification codes are getting sent to the agents' personal emails. Some kind of resolution for TCs to have an easier time getting into their agents' accounts with the new verification codes feature would be great.

commentedI work for 1 broker that has 2 offices as an in house TC. I support between 80 and 100 agents. Having to keep putting in a verification code each time to upload documents for the broker to review is very disruptive in the workflow. Often times agents are on the road, in meetings or doing other things that do not make them readily available to send a verification code, I do not have access to their recovery email, nor do I want to. We need a way to be able to upload the files for the broker to review from our own personal account, or another work around that is not so disruptive.

commentedSolo agent transferred to team account just so he could have a team account. He was running into issues and extra costs for API nation syncs due to having a team account.

commentedAs a TC, I work for multiple solo agents in our office. I'd love to receive the compliance notices directly rather than wait for my agents to forward them. Would be great to have the option to send these notices to both the agent AND their TC/VA/Admin of their choice.

being able to add a guest user or admin to a personal command account. Would be helpful for TC's and assistants.

commentedThis is a critical feature that I need. My admin needs her own login and access. Why isn't this feature available yet for individual agents? Not having this makes my job and my assistant's job so much more difficult.

commentedWhether an admin or a transaction coordinator as a first hire, individual agents need to be able to provide guest access to their accounts which are accessed using a different log in than their own

commentedSolo agents currently CANNOT add admins and virtual assistants to their Command, despite this being critical to becoming a Level 2 and Level 3 agent per the MREA. The only way to create admin accounts is to be reclassified as a Team, even if you're solo. This impacts awards, office rankings, and company rankings as solo agents would now be forced to compete with mega teams with potentially dozens of agents. This is wrong. Let's follow the model with our systems and let solo agents heavily LEVERAGE their businesses without being forced to either 1) give away complete control of their database or 2) compete in a completely different bracket.
