Email Notifications for Incoming Twilio Texts
Have the availability to have an email notification for Twilio text messages. Currently you only get a desktop notification, phone notification, and a push notification. Those only work if you are logged into command. The Command app in notorious (at least to me) for logging me out without notice and when this happens there's not a way to know that text messages are coming through. We'd just like the ability to also turn on email notifications.

Be able to block or at least mark some incoming leads as spam/scam
Should be able to block or mark leads as scam. We get scam emails from the website and all we can do is archive them.

Auto run of email videos when client opens an email.
Agents would lik to have an email auto start in an email when the clinet opens it. Not have to click on a link

Ability to create mailer drip in command similar to mailbox power
Ability to add contacts to a mailer campaign. For example: have a seller lead on a weekly or monthly mailer postcard campaign to stay top of mind. Similar to emails and text. This is just another way to stay in touch physically. Mailbox power is a third party tool that offers this ability but it would be better if I can manage it from command.

Every CRM I know has a form creation function, whoever responds to this form is automatically entered into the command, avoiding manual work for this purpose.

Stacking tags on top of each other
I saw this was 'released' but not in the way I would like it. So I sort via a tag like A and W. When I add another tag it expands the search to include the second tag- NOT WHAT I WANT. I want to be able to add another tag that looks at all those A and W tags and only keeps those that also have this second tag, such as Past client, then add another tag reducing my search from under those tags.

Support International Phone Numbers in Commissions for Referrals
Currently, when adding an international referral in the Commissions section, the system does not allow users to input phone numbers with international country codes. It assumes all phone numbers are in a North American format, which results in errors for agents working with international referrals. This enhancement will allow users to add international phone numbers, ensuring proper data entry and improved communication with referral agents.

Messages about contacts
I would love to see the option to send messages to team/collaborators to chat about a lead without an opportunity or deal; to tag a team member so they get a notification; to keep communications in one place for the team.

Opportunities WITHDRAWN from the MLS or TERMINATED
Whenever a contract has been closed, the Opportunity Phase is changed to CLOSED. It would be very helpful, especially for tracking purposes, to have a WITHDRAWN Phase if the seller decides to withdraw the listing from the MLS or a TERMINATED Phase if the buyer or seller terminates the contract. Otherwise, these all go into the Archive file and it doesn't really explain why it is being archived and cannot be used to filter out your withdrawn and terminated Opportunities.

Be able to add a company as a contact and not have the name shift
In Command, when adding an LLC or a Business, the contact card will re-arrange the name of the business. Can we have an option to put in a person or a business and if it's a business, have it NOT change around the name?
