Transaction Coordinator Role in Command MC
At our Market Center, we have an in-house Transaction Coordinator. While we don't want that person to be able to have log in access to everyone's Command account, we would like for her to be able to create opportunities under that agents name without logging into their account.
It would be great to have a Transaction Coordinator role in CommandMC where they can create an opportunity then select which agent that opportunity is for. That way they don't have to log in each agent's Command and those opportunities will be able to populate on the agent's Command and in CommandMC.

Send Mass Texts to Associates
Since we are in constant contact with our agents about different things in the MC or RE in general, it would be easiest to do it through Command MC since it's always up to date with their contact information instead of typing it out into an excel sheet. or at least be able to export contacts to upload into contacts in Command.

Improve the new Compliance Viewer Filters and Queue
We need all of the same filters we used to have in the old Compliance Queue, readily available off to the side just as before. It is incredibly counterintuitive to have to open a filters tab and then select filters and then click save. This change turned a one-click action into a 3-click action. We also no longer have the ability to filter by Opportunity type and event, this is extremely important for training new admins in market centers. Page 1 and Page 2 of DA Download in One PDF
When we download the Associate Detail (page 2 of the DA) page in the new Transactions, it opens a separate tab for each agent along with Page 1 of the DA. Can we please get it to where they download all in the same tab so we don't have to download multiple pages.

Would it be helpful to be able to choose whether to automatically print the DA after moving a Transaction to the Closed status? We want to save clicks, and want to make sure we choose the best option for all MCs when implementing a feature for efficiency.

Allow Market Centers to Require Certain Vendor Fields be Completed by Agents
If would be nice if Market Center by Market Center, we could require certain Vendor Fields (ie Title, Lender, Home Warranty) be required for Agents to fill-in.
This would help with MSA, JVs, etc. to be sure that we have clear and transparent reporting for our vendor partners and the ability to track the number of transactions we're completing with each partner.115 votes -
Provide a "Reject" Option for Termination Requests
There should be a "reject" options for Termination Requests. We (MCAs) understand that an undo button is probably not possible due to listing attachment. However, a reject button should be available. While this would create a delay in the agents' ability to create a new offer, if agents are following proper timeline procedures, there should be enough time between a cancelled contract and a new offer/commission being submitted to allow for an accept/reject option.

Allow Only MCA and AMCA to Hit Month End Close Button
Limit Month End Close to MCA & AMCA ONLY. Having the button available for anyone with MC Leader status is a HUGE risk. Please "gray out" the button for all other leadership roles.

Customize Columns in Command MC Compliance
At this time, it is not possible to customize columns—such as rearranging, adding, or removing them. As a compliance coordinator, having access to specific information is important to my role. I would also appreciate the ability to sort the data for easier review and organization.

Ability to add Comments to the DA
We utilize this area to indicate breakdown of commissions and transaction fees or concessions since it is not detailed on the CDA itself and only lists the adjusted GCI.
In addition, we would like to NOW be able to indicate if the Seller, Buyer, or combination of both are paying said commission.
Having this in the comments, rather than adding them separately after printing the pdf ensures this information stays with the CDA in the event it is revised.

Ability to Add Vendor on the fly for both MC and Agent in Transactions
Need ability for MC leadership and Agents to be able to add a vendor on the fly in the transaction or adjustments sections rather than having to back out and add to vendor list.

Appointments Reminder Modal during Month End Close
I would love to see a prompt when you close the month asking if your appointment numbers are correct before actually closing the month. All other sections - # of contracts, listings, agent count, CO$ - they all tie back to something else but appointments do not. I miss being able to double check that part like Winmore used to ask us.

Commission Request Status on Compliance Applet overview
When searching opportunities through Compliance Applet, I would also like to see the status of the commission request. Is it submitted, opened, terminated?

Edit License Expiration and MLS ID
MC Leaders with the "Compliance Coordinator" and "MC Broker" leadership roles should have access to edit the license expiration dates and MLS IDs in the Associates tab of CommandMC. As it stands, only OP, MCA, TL, Assistant MCA, Assistant TL accounts have access to edit this information.

Awards for Large/Small Teams
In our region, we have alot of Mega groups - think 30+ people. I have in my MCs a bunch of smaller groups (under 10 people) that do impressive numbers but they will never get recognized for awards because the mega teams just outproduce them significantly. I'd like to see us filter our groups based on agent count of the team so that the smaller groups can get some recognition as well.

Allow Deductions Based on Gross Commission
Currently deductions are calculated off Net Commissions. It would be helpful to have the option to have deductions, like PC fee, calculated from Gross commissions.

Remove auto approving commission requests
When an MCA edits something in a commission request, upon clicking save the commission request is automatically approved. I need to be able to make edits before agents click the final approval. Like for adding a wire fee or a private deduction etc.
There is still a MAJOR need for agents to be able to review commission requests and submit prior to an edit of an MCA or AMCA.

Commercial Reporting
Seeing property types & subtypes in reports is very helpful! Although, the way commercial is being tracked has really skewed unit & volume measurement.
Depending on the type of transaction, some commercial properties are measured by square footage not units. In this case, the Square Footage is populating into the UNITS portion of Reports. It makes tracking volume & units accurately really difficult. I would like to see that value moved to its own column at the least. Although, there is an opportunity for specific commercial reports, too!14 votes
